You need to go at the perfect time before any other customers, or you're in for a wait! Since we have a big family who all love sushi, this is a nice budget friendly place for us. The combo meals range from $15-22, which is a great deal. You're surely going to get filled up! Just beware of the wait. It's a family business with just one cook in the back... and there are to-go orders too.

Dare I say the best sushi around? Food: 5/5. We shared the fish lover favorite. I am not a huge fish lover, but this platter was delicious and the best fish and sushi in the area. Every bite was perfection and tasted very fresh. Service: 5/5. The host/waiter was very kind and attentive. We got our food in a timely manner. Atmosphere: 4/5. The location is interesting in between the Happy Teriyaki and Roost gift shop. It was hard to find and is lacking signage. The inside is very bare bones but clean. Definitely the place to go for delicious sushi!

This place is the best! We've done take out a few times now and always enjoy the food. Tonight we dined in, while the setting isn't anything more than a cafeteria style location. The service from the family and food is amazing, they even take care of our Celiac need in the family. They are starting to be our go to Sushi place in Eagle over the other locations. Plus really good pricing!

Tried this place for the first time, got takeout when I was craving sushi and it was so gooood!! Such a great price for the quality too. It was so fresh and delicious! I highly recommend this place! I got a spicy tuna roll, salmon lover roll and miso soup!

Wow... a secret small hole in the wall store next to happy teriyaki is probably the best sushi restaurant in Eagle right now. Fresh, clean and extremely cost effective. This place is delicious, and for now there are seats available until others find out!

Great little sushi spot in Eagle. Had sashimi and a few rolls. Everything came out great and the portion sizes were lateget than expected. Friendly service.

We were not able to dine because the restaurant was closed, even though it's Yelp Page says it's open on Sunday's until 6pm.

Only down part is the bench tables they have. Super uncomfortable & there is no name outside the restaurant so a bit tricky to find. Now to the good part. We had a few items but the best one was the spicy tiger tempura shrimp. Sooooo yummy. Service was great. Ambience was super chill. Definitely coming back for more.

Ambiance is kind of like a dive bar. Food was not the best and a bit overpriced. I tried the beef barbacoa tacos and pulled pork sandwich. The taco was okay, but the pulled pork was pretty dry even with the bbq sauce. Ordered an Old Fashioned drink with my meal. I always judge a bar by how they make the traditional drinks like Old Fashioned, mojitos, and Long Island ice tea to name a few. It was bad. Not sure how they got it bad. Too much bitters? Cheap alcohol? I don't know. The "highlight" of my night was an interaction with the bartender lady. After all the eating, my friends and I stuck around outside to chat. I decided to go back in to grab a beer. The Yakima Blend IPA caught my attention so I asked for that. I pay $13 for it. Bartender gives me my cash change. I leave a $5 bill as tip (on a $13 beer!). She takes it and asks, "That's it?" Too good for a 40% tip? My company keeps an unofficial list of must-try and stay-away-from hotels and restaurants near our offices in various states. And with the view by the patio, how can it not be the most perfect setting to enjoy my birthday dinner. We just stuck with water since it was on the warmer side today. We just went straight in for dinner. As much as the appetizers sounded lovely, I was ready for the main event. So for dinner tonight I ordered the charboiled salmon with seasonal veggies in place of the salad. My salmon was plated beautifully with nice char marks on it. The veggies were a variety of squash and were sautéed nicely. And you can tell visually that they were seasoned nicely with spices and herbs. I dug right into my salmon. My first couple bites were delicious. I did spread some of the sun dried tomato butter on my salmon. The butter was fantastic! It added a nice flavor element to the salmon. After I ate about a a fourth of my salmon, I noticed that it was not cooked all the way through in the middle. With my new kidney, I can't have rare or undercooked fish. My immune system can't handle a parasite if the fish were to potentially contain any. I shouldn't have assumed that it was going to be cooked all the way since our server didn't ask how well I wanted it cooked. I did have to send it back and have another one remade. While my new fish was being prepared, my server gave me a small salad plate to transfer my veggies to. I got to work on them so I wasn't staring at my family eat. The veggies were cooked perfectly. They weren't overly soft or still raw. It had a nice bite to them while still being tender. Unfortunately, they were overly seasoned and was on the saltier side. I was hungry so I polished them off. But I did have to drink a good amount of water to help with the saltiness. Thank goodness the portion was on the daintier side. As hungry as I was, it would have been bad if it was a bigger portion. All that salt would not be good on my new kidney. My second round of salmon came out. Was it as pretty as my first plate, no but it will do. I'm sure they set the flame on high, let it sit on the grill for a while and then flipped it to cook the other side. I have cooked salmon well done plenty of times and have it come out tender. When you cook for a living, having cooking times for your dishes should be down to a science in your kitchen. Unfortunately, the salmon was super dry and flavorless. As hungry as I was, I ate it. The butter did help with the dryness of the salmon. But I shouldn't have to rely on butter to make the dish edible. For my birthday, I got a free dessert. I chose the gluten free carrot cake. My cousin eats a gluten free diet so I thought this cake would be perfect for all of us. I enjoyed the cake very much! The cake was moist. The spices in the cake were fragrant and very noticeable in each bite. I loved the frosting on the cake. Since the cake wasn't overly sweet, the frosting added a nice sweetness to it. I enjoyed the cake very much! Our server did a mid job. There were times when she would be gone for long periods of time and we had to wait for her. The patio was perfect with its stunning view. Dinner was ok but dessert was fabulous. Overall it was a decent experience. I do look forward to coming back and enjoying the outdoor patio with my husband for a date night. I just know now to make sure I vocalize everything to my server so I don't end up with dry salmon again. I do want to come back and have a better experience.

It's a nice sports bar theme, but also welcoming and cozy. Once we sat down, a server came over immediately with menus. It seemed like she was the only server though, which made me feel badly for her...she never stopped moving the entire time we were there with taking orders, serving, refilling drinks, taking payments, etc. We had a party of four - I ordered the "Hail Mary" (2 patties, onion rings, bbq sauce, bacon, American cheese and pickles), hubby had the double steak burger and my friends ordered "The Big Hurt" and "Bullet Work". Bonus points for having multiple fries options (regular, garlic, French fry dippers and sweet potato), but unfortunately for me, they were out of sweet potato. Food came out relatively quickly and everything looked pretty delicious. My burger was bigger than I expected, which I appreciated. The onion ring was the perfect size for the patty and the drizzle of BBQ sauce was enough to flavor the burger without drowning it. The only downside was that the bacon wasn't crispy enough and the cheese was barely melted. The patties had some nice, crispy edges and the bun was soft even though it was toasted. It might have been bumped up a notch with some mayo on the bun, an extra slice of cheese and lettuce, but overall, it was a nice, very filling, burger. The fries were perfectly seasoned, slightly battered and the fry sauce was a great compliment. Everyone finished their meals and raved about how much they liked their burgers. Due to the one server taking care of so many tables, we didn't see her again until it was time for the check. Thankfully the water glasses were enormous and I luckily made it through dinner with just enough to drink. We would definitely visit again to check out all the great options on this menu!

I had a Blue moon on tap, with a glorious orange wedge. The beer was perfectly poured and had excellent flavor. I wasn't in the mood for the lounge fare, but luckily you can order from the full restaurant menu from the lounge. My friend and I opted to split the Signature Barrel burger.with cheddar cheese, bacon, brown mustard, onions, lettuce, tomatoes and a patty that is grilled to your liking (medium). We asked for a plate to split the burger ourselves, but the bartender was nice enough to put in the order as a split order without an additional charge. Our burger and fries were split and served on two different plates, which was greatly appreciated. The burger had a nice flavor though a tad under seasoned and a notch more than medium-didn't blow my socks off, but it's a solid burger. The fries were the star, as they were crunchy, yet pillowy soft inside, covered in a lovely batter. I wouldn't mind going again and trying out the restaurant side, it was a nice visit to the lounge. They only had one bartender for a large crowd and she hustled really hard to keep everyone happy...I just felt bad that she didn't have much help.

But Idaho does not provide drive through sales of hooch. So you know, unlike the guy in the red pick up truck with Texas plates who we saw today drive through up to the window thinking he could order to go. The store is well lit and well stocked with a very helpful woman working at the counter who asked us, as we checked out our order, if we needed vodka. Maybe because we had a bottle of bourbon, rye, gin and tequila as our purchase. Once every 12 or so months we find the bourbon and gin bottles at our house are empty and our last purchase of them was Thanksgiving 2023. Once every couple of years the same holds true for tequila and rye so in some years, like this one, all need replacing at one time. So it was intuitive for the nice woman to ask if we needed vodka but that is a spirit we use so often that I think I'd have to brush the dust off of the Grey Goose bottle in the liquor cabinet before I poured it. But I have read that vodka is the best selling kind of hooch in this part of Idaho and, boy howdy, it sure seemed so for the selection in this store. My husband said the vodka display looked like the cereal at Albertsons for the over abundance of options. We don't need a liquor store often but when we do we will come back to this location. On the topic of location, this is in the same strip mall complex that houses Winco and Home Depot. Woohoo PS: They have Licor 43 at this store so for we fans of that botanical liquor from Cartegna, Spain, to make Carajillo, the liquor and coffee Mexican after dinner drink, we no longer have to drive to the liquor store in Boise's North End to buy it. A couple of years ago when I bought a bottle, that North End store was the only one to carry it.
