My daughter noticed it when we walked out yesterday and I went back in for them to wash off when closing.

So disappointed in so many level. I have been coming here for awhile, and normally have Tiffany as my tech but she was fully booked yesterday so I opted to whoever was available (NEVER DO THIS). My daughter just turned 13 and for her first pedicure experience she got Trisha and I got Sophia (Sophie). When things started I felt skeptical, I got the deluxe pedicure and my daughter got classic pedicure. I was looking forward to the callus remover because I have a lot of dead skin. Sophie used something I've never seen and when I mentioned it to her, Trish told her to use another tool. The one she was using wouldn't do anything nor help get rid of dead skin. I got acrylic too, and once I got home I showered to wash off the left over white mask/paste that was left behind my legs. Well, my acrylic toe started coming off! Spent so much on a horrible job, and I normally brush it off and give that person a chance BUT this morning I called to see if they can fix it. Only to be offered the SAME TECH SOPHIE! I asked for a different tech and someone who has more experience but nope. They said Sophie can fix it, I now have to go to another salon and spend more to fix what this place messed up on. PLEASE book with someone you know at this place!

Located in a small strip mall off Val Vista. Great location that is considered a newer high end nail salon conveniently located in Gilbert, Az. Myself and my daughter came in to treat ourselves, she had been here before and wanted to bring me in for a pedicure since she had really enjoyed her first visit. She had made a prior appointment, so we were able to get in right as we walked through the doors. Staff members were all busy & kept the client's cared for. Each tech on staff were professional, well trained & kept the movement flowing never leaving a customer unattended. My pedicurist spent just as much time on my pedi as the manicurist did on my daughter nails. Both were wonderful experiences. Selection of colours/products was great & I had upgraded my pedi (quite a few options to choose from) and my girl had dip powder technique which is more lightweight than acrylic and allows a better to wear option plus last longer and isn't as harsh to the natural nail. Would recommend this place. When considering the cost it's currently more affordable than some other locations, as it's a new business building up their clientele. We were treated well and the end result we were sure pleased with. *See pics of my daughter's nails they replicated from a pic she saw on Instagrams.

My search is finally over! One of the hardest things about moving for me is finding a good nail salon. I had a good thing going with my nail tech back home in Atlanta, and have struggled to find the nail salon for me here since moving almost a year ago. I tried so many different salons, only to have a chip or my dip powder come off within a couple of weeks. I discovered Gloss Nails Lounge while driving by, and decided to give them a try. I have been here four times now and my nails have held up each time! I usually get dip powder every four weeks and they have not chipped or broken even when I've been rough with them. I've seen Maya and Kent. Kent has done my last three dip and pedis, and I'm so happy with how they turned out! The salon is bright, beautiful, and very clean. They offer a wide variety of polish options including dip and gel. They also carry many of my favorite OPI colors. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Gloss Nails Lounge, you have a loyal fan in me!

Lina was amazing!!! It's always hard to find a good nail salon that gets you exactly what you want! Lina was awesome at making sure the color and shape was exactly to my liking! She was very patient and very talented. All the staff were very friendly. They have lots of different type of nails / colors / styles that can be done. First time coming here and it did not disappoint. I enjoyed getting the Jelly Crystal Pedicure with gel polish and manicure with dip powder. I went down the list of nail techs and went with Bee as I thought it was a fun name. And let me tell you, Bee was fantastic. I highly recommend her. She did a great job, so friendly. Give her a shout out and make an appointment with her. Oh...and the place is so pretty and bright! Thanks again!

I can not say enough about Gloss Nail Lounge. I go to Tiffany, she knows my style, always has a recommendation for me that is spot on! I have never been disappointed with her work or professionalism! She is extremely detailed, nails look beautiful and last! When she is not there, I choose Christine, who is also fabulous!! They are on-time when I schedule as well!! Everyone who works there are so incredibly nice, you can tell the owner takes care of her people, it shows everywhere! Don't have a second thought this is a great place to get your nails done! Tiffany also does the most amazing eyebrows!! Just look at my 18 year old daughter's eyebrows!! OFF THE CHARTS!! She is so talented, and percise. Hands down the best in the business!!

Had a great experience here! You can tell the salon facilities are new. The ambiance was bright, fresh, and modern. It was a bustling Sunday morning but the place was laid out in such a way you didn't feel like you were on top of the next customer. Lina was amazing as a tech. She was kind and patient. I am very pleased with my dip manicure with tips. They had so many colors to choose from and they were neatly organized and sorted to make the selection process a breeze. One of the things I really appreciated was the price transparency. The cost for all services is easy to find our their website, and booking was simple. The salon and workstations were clean. I was offered a beverage upon being seated. Overall would recommend!

I received a similarly bad gel manicure from a male technician (as described by a previous customer). He rushed through, did a poor job on my cuticles and didn't run the file across the top of my nails when he finished. I left pulling the skin on my finger tips away from my nails. He started shaping my nails without asking what shape I wanted and I left with one of the worst manicures I've ever had.

I rarely write reviews, but I just had to for this place. Despite the glowing 5-star ratings, my visit was FAR from amazing. The technician was consistently rude to me and was constantly on their phone throughout the whole process. My nails weren't even fully painted when they finished, nor did they look good! Not only that, but they didn't even apply any lotions or oils even though it came in the package I had purchased. When they were done, they sat on their phone and I went to go use the restroom, only to come back to another client sitting in my seat. My nails weren't even fully dry! I am very disappointed to say the least, I will not be recommending this place to anyone! read more

I must have back luck here. Second time at Gloss. First time I had a pedicure with gel, that was done so poorly. I called to speak to manager because everyone deserved a chance to make it right. The gel and top coat was so sloppy and in my cuticles. Manager apologized and they redid my nails. I went back last week with a friend who treated me and my daughters to gel pedicures. Again, gel and top coat so sloppy, one of mine has peeled off with pooling in most cuticles, and my daughter has had 5 peel off and other daughter 2 peeled off. I get gel often so I know what it's supposed to look like and how it's supposed to last. This place isn't cheap, and for the price they are charging, they need to have competent nail artists. Especially when you pay for gel for kids. We won't be going back here, which is unfortunate because they seem like nice people. I hope they improve and offer better training for their employees. Place was clean and front desk person nice. read more

I have been going to the same place for 15 years and recently moved to Gilbert I didn't want to continue to drive back-and-forth 30 minutes each way. I took a chance on a new place and my first experience at Gloss was incredible and I have not gone back to my previous mai since. Maya is the best. The salon is credibly clean, they use quality products, and it has a great vibe. The young lady (maybe a manager) that works the front desk is extremely nice from the moment you walk in and until you cash out. read more

Honestly this place low key sucks... I had a super bad experience, after being very clear I wouldn't come back because of the horrible job they did they proceeded to bribe me with a free service. I showed them my inspo photos and I walked out with nails looking like diarrhea. Then less than 2 hours later my diarrhea colored French tips chip off... I will NOT be coming again no matter how many free services yall offer. 0/10 won't recommend. This place is a scam. read more

They have a system that works and it takes less than a half hour. In the past I paid at least double what this place costs. I am able to pay in advance for 10 and get 2 free. They run a lot of specials so you always save money. I have used Desiree since I started 1 1/2 years ago. I think she's extremely meticulous and fast. If I'm traveling they have locations in most every state and I can use my prepaid sessions. I highly recommend this place.

This place was literally heaven. We walked in an it looks like a glowing castle. So cleanly, they use brand new unopened cleaning supplies everytime. There is a huge fridge full of drinks that are complimentory and a coffee machine too! Their techs are very good. I got an acrylic with chrome powder and they look like wedding nails. They took pictures of my nails after and posted on their instagram!! They gave personal attention to my mom and I by making us coffees and delivering it to us. They all talked to us and made us laugh. There massage chairs are to die for and the lotion they use for pedicures is FOAMY MAGIC. This brand new salon is gorgeous and feels so luxurious when you walk in! The staff is super friendly and pay attention to every detail when doing your nails. They have so many color options, really cool pedicure options like jelly and CBD, and their nail design capabilities are insane. The language barrier is a huge issue. Though while I understand that it's not the fault of the technicians, it is extremely difficult to communicate needs and expectations as a customer. 1. During the removal of my last gel set, I insisted to my technician that I was not comfortable getting the old gel drilled off as the last time they did it, my nails came out brittle and ended up breaking soon after the service. Isn't gel polish usually removed by sitting wrapped in acetone and foil for a few minutes anyway? She refused to hear my concerns and insisted my nails will be okay. Honestly, this is when I should have got up and left. I'm upset I didn't. 2. I came in with a manicure inspo photo (a french tip with stars over it) and my technician fussed with me the entire time I was seated for my service because SHE was not happy with the color. We reached a point where I grew uncomfortable with having to reassure her that it was what I wanted that I ended up changing colors altogether. Looking back, I'm really frustrated that I let that happen, but there is no reason I should have been driven to do that while getting my nails done. Not even a week following this appointment,my nails are thin and weak, even with a gel layer, and one of my nails is even about to rip off because of how fragile it is now. I am SO so frustrated with this salon (and myself for giving them the benefit of the doubt after this happened once before). I do NOT recommend this establishment to anyone else, regardless of its location convenience. Care for customers needs, expectations, and the health of their nails should not be something I feel like needs to be fought so hard for in such a service.

I just couldn't make it work to come back for an apt in a timely manner so I simply asked a question and JJ gave me that partial refund with no explanation that I would be not allowed to come back. My problem is that I have been a very loyal customer for YEARS. I bring friends and family and my kids here! I love greenfield nails! I would have never asked for a partial refund if I understood I wasn't allowed to come back? I come because I truly think greenfield nails is the best. JJ claims she told me this and she was very rude on the phone. When I asked to speak to someone else she told me no and when I asked for the owner or when the owner would be in she told me she didn't know and that they were out of town and didn't know when they'd be back. What I would like is to be able to have a conversation with the owner. JJ did not communicate with me about not being able to come back and she handled me trying to make an appointment very unpleasantly. I do not think that what I did warrants the way she has treated me or not being able to come back. I paid for an expensive pedi that was not completed I got told they didn't have time on many occasions and so I was given a partial refund for the trouble. And now I'm not allowed to come back?
