I paid $35 for dip powder manicure ($20 for regular manicure), $30 deluxe pedicure ($25 basic pedicure), not including tip. - Pedicure was high quality, very thorough, good amount of leg massage time. - Dip powder manicure was good, only disappointment was that there was no lotion/massage/hot towel after my nails were done. I've been here before and have seen Bao in the salon and he always greets customers with such a warm smile and more times than not, by name! Then came back the next to day to get it fixed and they didn't even see the issue, I was trying to explain but they didn't understand. Quiet, CLEAN and good job on my gel polish. ONLY complaint was that my nail tech was some what slow. My gel manicure took an hour and a half but I did come in with hairdresser nails which means hair dye and chipped nails and so on. He just accidentally used the wrong top coat so had to file down and do the last coats again. But other then that it was a good experience. Was able to call-in in the morning and got in the same day. What I asked for, and then what I got.. this is NOT ombré it's like half and half. I wish they were honest and say they can't do it instead of making me sit there with an inexperienced tech for 2 hours, charging me $70 and the look is so bad. I immediately went to another salon on a weekend so they could fix this mess. I used to come here a lot but after this experience I won't be back. Just say you can't do it! I sat and waited for a half hour for someone to do my procedure.. The Hanna come over to do my nails she argued with me it dip and it was not it was gel !! Make a long story short I had to get a hold now set !!! Kim was hearing what was going and never said anything not a good manager !!! Then the we're talking about me in there language !! I was really happy with my experience here besides paying $85 for a deluxe pedicure and a basic manicure with gel nail polish. According to their pamphlet a manicure costs $15 and a deluxe pedicure costs $30 so I'm not sure how they came up with the total of $85. Called to see if I needed an appointment for a pedicure today or if they do walk-ins, lady on the phone said no I didn't I could just come on in. I drive 25 minutes to get here and the gentleman asked me what I needed, & I said pedicure & he starts stalling,, keeps looking at appt book. I said I called and was told I could come on in. He said how long ago did you call, I said about 30 minutes ago. Again, he is acting like this is a total problem keeps hemming and hawing looking at the boom and finally goes, "Ok well, we will see you." It was embarrassing because everyone in the salon is just watching. I said you know what, never mind I don't really feel welcome." I drove ALL THIS WAY to be made to feel like seeing me was a hassle and I would have booked an appt when I called previously if I knew. Now I have to find another place on the fly, on a Friday. UPDATE- immediately after I posted this the owner reached out to me and invited me back to redo my polish. I respect the fact that they reached out to me to make it right. I went back the following day and was very happy with the polish job. The first time I came here I had a really good experience. From there it's been downhill. I've only been here three times, but I thought I had found my spot. My first visit I had a man do my pedicure and he did a great job and I was happy with it. He listened to what I wanted and took his time. The second time I have a younger woman do my pedicure. I wanted a classic pedicure with the hot wax. Well, she completely forgot about my hot wax and I noticed when she was painting my nails. The third time I had another woman do my pedicure. She was very thorough (or I thought). I had to remind her two times about my hot wax, which she wasn't understanding, so I let the owner know why I wanted. She did the wax and then painted my nails. I noticed when I got home that several nails were not painted all the way. Very disappointing after spending an hour and a half and $40 for a half ass job. read more

My boyfriend and I came in here on a Sunday afternoon for pedicures. I made an appointment and when we walked in, there was a bit of confusion about who would do our pedicures and they said they only had guys to do pedicures so they couldn't do my boyfriend's pedicures. I was very confused and actually left, still bewildered. I decided to call and they explained that most men did not want men to do their pedicures. I then explained that my boyfriend did not care at all... so we returned because I really wanted to get a pedicure that day! Bao did my boyfriend's and another guy (sorry, don't remember his name) did mine. I had gel and he actually changed the typical order of how it's done so that my boyfriend and I could be in the phases together, with my polish going on at the end, which is not typically how it's done. I appreciated this. My boyfriend was smiling with his eyes closed the entire time and won't shut up about his soft feet (he's a new convert to pedicures, you're welcome). I get gel on my toes and I have noticed that even if you get the most deluxe, ultra, etc pedicure, you sort of get short changed on the amount of time your feet spend in the water and are getting scrubbed if you get gel. This was not the case. My guy spent a ton of time rubbing and scrubbing my feet. The gel polish job was very meticulous and neat too. We were both very very pleased.
