Buyer Beware: High-Pressure Sales and Questionable Business Practices I was a client at this spa for over a year and a half, and while the quality of the facials themselves often made me feel wonderful and special, the business practices overshadowed any positive experience. I strongly urge potential clients to proceed with extreme caution. 1. Aggressive and Unethical Sales Tactics: The facility operates on a high-pressure sales model centered around selling expensive packages. Despite repeatedly expressing that the cost was outside of my budget, staff were relentlessly pushy and inconsiderate. They utilized aggressive tactics, including offering high-interest payment plans, to convince me to spend money I could not afford. The sales environment was so overwhelming that I often found myself literally running out the door to avoid being pressured into purchasing another large package. Not to mention they took a "facial analysis" on my first visit to compare each time...I NEVER did that. Ever. 2. Concerning Business Instability: During my 18 months as a client, I witnessed significant staff turnover, with dozens of aestheticians cycling through the establishment. Furthermore, the company has repeatedly changed its business name, which now, in retrospect, raises serious concerns about their stability and transparency. 3. Financial Warning to Others: This environment felt like a financial "black hole." I am currently in debt as a direct result of being repeatedly pressured into buying costly packages I could not afford. I share this warning with everyone I know: Do not allow yourself to be financially manipulated here. I am new to facials, they are good so I don't know what to compare it with. I only was able to do the hydra facial and hydro facial promos and the only unfortunate part is they make you take pictures before of your face so they can try to sell you packet deals which are overly priced. It almost feels like you are buying a car or something they run you credit and you see if you can qualify to make monthly payments. They are scammers and evil heartless ungodly creatures owners. I went there on 1/5/25 after working 16 hours shift at the hospital, to get my refund from the product I returned three months ago. It's turned to a nightmare! Please don't go at the spa, full of arrogant owners, and the staffs with they same native liars, thieves and fake products. have a very bad evil heartless experience with the wellness spa at 1095 Bird Ave. I have been calling the spa several times and ignoring. So I have to go there to get things resolved I found this spa on my Facebook page, with an image of beautiful facial person with a deal of $89 on June 2024. I went to do my facial, after I wanted to pay I was asked to talk to someone. This person took me to a room to shows me a product (blue light) tools that's she claimed cost 10,000 and will eliminate all skin problems. But I can got it for $5,0000, the product is lifetime warranty I can return anytime if it those not work. Also, when you buy the product comes with 4 free facials which can help achieve the results of your skin problem. And the products on a special deal today, I asked for $1500 she said no and we agreed to $18000 which I said I have a financial problem, she said don't worry about it this is your skin and she said let me look at your phone. I said for what so she can see if I qualify for the product. I have no idea she was trying to connect me with a lender call Cherry. She asked me for my personal information I gave to her and she said look you approved. I know I have blocked my credit without calling the credit bureau. I was very tired and extremely exaggerated that day and she saw that and take advantaged of it. The transition went through told me I don't have to pay for the facial which includes with the product I bought. So I want to give a try to see if it works and help with my uneven skin. I was scheduled for next facial in a month. The blue light burns my face, making my face more darker and damaged. I raised the concern to the staff Emily that made me buy the product and the owners and I want to returned., I was encouraged to keep using and I will see great results. I felt like a fool, it's looks like they are using some kind of witchcraft on customers to weaken their souls. I finally went and returned the product and walk away on October and I did not get my refund. I stop payment of the product and I was getting threatened by the lender Cherry damaging my credit. So I went to the spa to get cancel and refunded, I was very upset yelling and screaming at them. So the owners came, and he told me I am not getting my money, it's final sales which I was not told. I called the police to help resolve the matter, and he told me he will call the police told them I assaulted her staffs. He was so arrogant and so full of himself. The police arrived and refused to talk to me because he wants to talk to the owner. I don't know why, maybe it's bravery. They all gathered together talking to the police, I went in front of the spa go live on Facebook. Later I was confronted by the police that I have assaulted their staff, it's turned to a nightmare. The low IQ police officers was all on their side. My faith save me not to spend a night In jail by the lies and heartless evil act they scams on me. The service was bad, not an experience staffs, doing dirt facial not even know what they are doing. I will say the place is clean and presentable inside the living areas I was scammed, abused and violated my Wellness spa and team up with lies against me to the police. And when you go for those facials, they are done by some random people who are not even aestheticians. The lady who does your facial handles your face so roughly and when you ask her about the products she applies, she has no idea about them, only says "hydrating treatment or professional/ resurfacing treatments that will take out all the debris " . She just had one answer for all the serums she applied. Pathetic ! Also after you're done with the discounted facial, you'd be asked to buy more facial packages and you'd be offered to buy CBGardn products which are somehow sooooo much cheaper in comparison to the CBGardn original prices mentioned on their website. I was shocked! Are the products fake in the wellness spa? Also when you're offered discounts on facial packages you can only get discount right there and if you check out the facility you will no longer be eligible for the discount. I went in for a facial with Lynn and it was so relaxing and i've never felt better. My facial also came with a arm and neck massage which is always a plus. After my facial I did a skin analysis and we looked into the deep surface of my skin to check out my problem areas and what I needed to work on at home. She then explained to me that every time I would go back for a facial we would take a look at my skin analysis to look at improvements and results.
