OVERPRICED, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND BAD TASTE!! Lady taking our order was very passive aggressive and rude, we asked if she had any recommendations and she was very impatient. We waited for 30 minutes for both of our drinks, and when we asked her if the smoothies were ready she rudely said "So many people just came in and we're busy" even though the big group of people came in 15 minutes AFTER we had ordered. We ordered the "spicy mango" and it tasted like orange juice ?? I had the "skinny glow" and it tastes just terrible... we paid $16 dollars total. So overpriced for terrible service and bad smoothies. read more

We came to see Yosemite and were told by the local community this is the best place to get fresh juice in the morning! We have been here 6 days and each day they have been out. We were told to come early by a staff member and even coming right at opening the next morning.. they were sold out. Fortunately we were able to get some good burritos to go. Ordered Chicken Caesar salad, immunity juice, and iced cold brew. The salad was drenched in dressing to the point where I could not even eat it. I just picked out the chicken. Great lunch spot! Nice sized portions and super smoothies! This was the perfect place to drop in before going on to Yosemite!

First impression was "CLEAN". It's nice to see a mountain area establishment take some pride in its dining area for a change. My Son ordered the BLT, I ordered the Cheeseburger. Both were wayyyy better then expected. Staff was super friendly and the experience overall was good. My -only- complaint (not even a complaint but it deserves Mentioning) is: GET FRENCH FRIES. nobody wants chips with a burger, get some fries, lol! Other then the French fries being MIA, this place is worth the visit! read more

Went in one day for breakfast, I was going to order the works. $30 worth at least. Then the cook came by and rudely told me to stand back from the counter if I was not ready to order. I decided out the door and into my car might be far enough from the counter for her. (Btw ... I was the ONLY customer in the place. I was not "asked" to stand away from the counter, I was "ordered" to step away.) Not a way to treat locals, winters are harsh around here (financially). My boyfriend & I stopped here on our way home from Yosemite for breakfast. He got the breakfast burger & I had a loaded avocado toast and a smoothie. WOW!! This place is AMAZING!! best breakfast sandwich ever & all the ingredients on my Avo toast were so fresh and delicious. I had the Nutty Express Smoothie and let me tell you it was delicious ! Food didn't taste fresh. The person taking the order was not friendly at all. The smoothies just don't taste good. Walked out and went somewhere else. Took them an extremely long time to serve the people their food. It's very crowded and small seating inside. The silverware was dirty. Limited parking on the outside. Business owner left an odd response, just shows what kind of person she is. Just because people don't like her crappy food! Very unprofessional business owner. This place was so good! We stumbled on it on our way to Yosemite, needing a quick place to grab a bite, and were pleasantly surprised by this gem. The atmosphere was pleasant and open, and the staff was all incredible friendly. I ordered a veggie sandwich, which consisted of grilled veggies and pesto on a warm ciabatta roll, and a spiced chai latte with oat milk. That meal tasted like a little piece of heaven. So good! Trepidation? Understanding of Personal fault, & Complete LACK of Any sort of Customer. "SERVICE" training? This Likely may Never have been posted, but it was "Earned." and thus justifiable! 1) As a Customer, paying for Glow Cafe food, & MORE than "Reasonable" Kitchen timeliness (25 mins +) for scrambled eggs, (Only a party of 3) it is NEVER Rude to inquire as to delayed service! 2) Despite your defensive statements "Accusing" your Customers, we were never "RUDE" in our inquiry! 3) YES, following an Unreasonable 25 to 30 minute wait time, I did indeed "OFFER" or Ask If a $10.00 "TIP" (not $5.00) might HELP provide any incentive to SPEED our order UP, (not jump anyone) as we were PROMISED 10-15 Mins delivery upon entry. Who WOULD'N'T ask if Tipping could HELP?? Tip was offered, Not "Thrown" in anyone's face! 4) I Don't "Project Hate". and how PATHETIC & Shameful for you to try disparaging & Blaming a customer with a "legitimate" concern of INADEQUATE service. 5) I am SO Glad you have Video & Sound. Stopped by on our way out of town after visiting Yosemite, and was pleasantly surprised! Breakfast sandwiches were delicious, and big. Service was super friendly and fast, and even though the girl at the counter said their espresso machine was on the fritz and to let her know if my drink tasted bad so she could make another, it was perfect. The decor is cute, and there's lots of seating, so even though it was quiet when we were there, it's definitely somewhere I'd be happy to enter during a busy time. read more

Perfect place to stop after a long week of winter camping in Yosemite. Tri tip sandwich was so delicious I nearly cried. On top of that had a smash cheeseburger which filled the soul. Fair prices for the quality you get and nice to know you're supporting a family-run business. Everyone working was hospitable and it was nice to see that they all worked together as a team. Ordered bowl of tri tip chili made in -house. It had a great taste. It did not come with anything...no cornbread, crackers, or bread/toast, which I would expect. They could work on ... - Presentation. There were no onions, cheese, cilantro...nothing garnishing the chili. - Service. When staff brought our food to the table, she didn't place it in front of us, she just placed our food on the edge of the table. - Cleanliness. Our table was cleared but dirty, and I had to ask them to wipe it. Other tables were dirty, with dishes piled on them. If staff is delivering food to tables, they should at least clean up tables on their way back to the kitchen. This was my first time eating here, and my impression is that they are not experienced business owners. There was a lack of attention to detail. read more
