Typically there is more transparency if you're taking a gamble with the insurance company and you may have to pay more. The insurance company denied the claim because there was no evidence of the cleaning needed....so why was it presented to me as critical? It's beyond frustrating to put your trust in a new medical professional and then feel like you're oversold for them to make a profit from either the insurance company or the patient individually.
