It's been about a year or so since Borage first opened and I finally got around to trying it out…read more First off, I love the vibes in here. It's giving cute, cozy, sunny brunch vibes. My boyfriend and I came on Mother's day (unintentionally) and we waited about 10-15 minutes to sit at the bar. Getting our orders taken & our food served definitely took a bit of time, but we enjoyed seeing all the cooks in action and getting to smell all the amazing smells!! I got Grandpa's one pan skillet and my boyfriend got the sausage breakfast sandwich on croissant bread. All I gotta say is those chefs definitely knew what they were doing! The flavors were unique and intentional and I enjoyed every bite. The home fries (potatoes) were also so yummy and everything was cooked really well. There's nothing basic about borage and I love that! This place is a gem. They also have a cafe/market area where you can order drinks and pastries. I wish we waited until we got seated to order drinks because the menu was much more extensive than what I saw in the cafe and I would have ordered a different drink had I seen all the other options. The staff here are also very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our little brunch and will be back with family next time!

For example, I got a breakfast Sammy on homemade pancake bread. Do not skip on the pastries or rosti (hash brown) Really fun and delicious drinks too! The service is solid for the busy crowd and they have friendly staff. 10/10 would recommend

There aren't enough adjectives to say that fully express how much I appreciate Founders Coffee/Speedway Garage! Getting to work remote from here throughout the week has also been an amazing option that I very much love having. They have a great amount of space and the environment is so accommodating for having remote meetings too. Thank you to the entire staff for always being so welcoming and inviting! This place…read morewas only accessible via steep stairs so I'm sorry to anyone with a disability but wants coffee from a local shop! I got a medium vanilla latte & my date ordered a different hot drink but his was served in a mug with a saucer while mine was placed in a Togo cup - my date stated we were dining in. Idk maybe the cashier was giving me the option to leave quickly if needs be (if that's the case, good looking out lol) the flavor of the coffee gave off - it was sitting in one of those carafes as it was already pre-made, which isn't the case because watched it be made. I think the coffee beans/grounds they use are very weak in flavor! I did order a blt + turkey sandwich which I was unable to get a photo of because I was starving lol it was a 5/5 though.

Not sure why people keep going to it. But my last straw was ordering a cake for my baby's birthday party they took the order took my money ($45) and told me at what time it would be ready. Simone called and left a voicemail that did not give any explanation whatsoever and when I called back to see what was going on no answer no response (I was calling like a toxic ex smh) yes. That much smh. Went to the location they had a note on the door they are boycotting the U.S due to the immigration policy. I'm all for whatever movement you want to follow. But I needed my daughter's birthday cake. I'm so disappointed you could've went someone else and gave them my money. Now they deleted their purpose and I have to shop at an American store that they were trying so much to avoid. ‍ Necesitan mejorar en todo. Fui hacer una order de pastel para el cumpleaños de mi hija. El pastel fue pagado por completo! Aceptaron mi orden y me dijieron a qué horas iba estar listo.

The Stutz building wouldn't be what it is today without Indy classic Amelia's Bakery and coffee…read more Amelia's can only be accessed from its interior courtyard, as far as I can tell. This location has a lot of shelf-stable import Italian foods available for purchase, alongside fresh fruits and dairy products from local farms. Counter service for coffee is pretty quick for a mid-afternoon visit. I got the Neapolitan rose latte from the March spring specials. It was kind of expensive ($8 for 16 oz) but very delicious. It was a floral kind of sweet with the addition of a hint of rose. The pink foam colored with strawberry and beet powders adds to the overall cutesy effect! I also got a cocoa brownie ($2.50, about a 3-inch square) and that is surely chocolatey. I didn't find it to be too sweet but it doesn't lack in that department either. They use a Dutch process cocoa in their brownie to give it that signature dark color. Flavor wise, I can best describe it as an Oreo Cakester without the cream filling. Anyway, if you ever see me walking around the Stutz, you'll likely find me with an Amelia's coffee in hand as well!
