Luis and Ian are hospitable individuals! They helped me purchase the right energy drinks that fits my system, vitamin packs for me and my husband and they didn't try to upsell me or hide deals, in fact I had enough product that they let me know the majority of my product was free around Christmas based on good deals! That was delightful! Both had great customer service skills around the holidays. Only drawback is GNC does nothing for birthdays and that was a bust. We didn't get our online order on time for my birthday, so we went in there to get our things and I was just a little surprised for how much you pay for products that they don't offer some kind of birthday incentive like 10% off or... a bday treat. You would kind of think they would have that handy for the loyal customers that's been several hundred dollars. Oh well! We still liked the customer service, thanks guys! read more

I just came buy to grab some things for my brother cuz he was stuck at home recovering from a workout and ran out of things. He made me a really specific list with the gentlemen in the GNC helped me find and offered me some info on how to save some money by pairing certain items together. My brother was impressed by the selection of items off the list I took him and that I still had everything else he needed. Arrived at 450 pm Tuesday May 22 and the doors are locked with now sign of life inside. Store hours on the website and on the phone menu say open till 7 PM. There's no display on the door giving any explanation. A bit disappointing after driving 30 minutes to get to the store. read more

I read the bad reviews, so I walked in expecting the worst. Clayton opened the door for us, welcomed us in, and then asked if we needed help finding anything. I asked a few questions, and he was quick to give really informative answers. He walked around the store with us, pointing out the items he was talking about. He told us what flavors he had tried - and which ones he liked of those flavors. He was friendly and honest in his opinions. I waited 50 minutes and no one came back or answered the phone. Not a good way to make profits if your store isn't even open in the middle of the day.
