After making an appointment at Best Buy for this to be done, I showed up to find that it would be a 2-3 hour wait. I'm not sure what the appointment did for me? I didn't have the time for this, so I left. It was then that I remembered Niles. Found that he had a storefront now, so I called about my battery replacement. They assured me it could be done. I asked how long it would take. They said about 10 minutes, unless it was busy, in which case it would take 20. Did I need to make an appointment? Not necessary, they said, just drop on by. Came in the next day. Super friendly and courteous, as I remembered, and they seemed a little busy, but I was assured it wouldn't take more than 20 minutes. They also coached me on some battery tips, and let me know to come right back if I encountered any problems. The cost was $9 more than Best Buy, but for the convenience, it was an easy decision. Was in and out in the promised 20 minutes. One thing: they are cash only. I never carry cash, so I had to run to an ATM.

    Ok, how do I say this? My Iphone 16 Pro Max screen cracked from a heavy leveler that fell onto the…read morephone screen. I needed to replace the screen immediately before my trip. I couldn't get the screen in time through Amazon. Based on the reviews and I went to Niles. The brothers were very nice and replaced the screen for $250.00. In less than a week, the screen started to crack due to dropping the phone which I never had a problem with OEM screen. The phone became hot and the screen wasn't very bright. I couldn't take photos outside cuz it became very dark. Battery drained very fast. I talked to the owner about it and he said that the IOS software update caused the battery to drain and there's nothing he can do about the crack. So I ended up ordering a high quality "OEM" aftermarket screen from Amazon by ReOriginal ($280.00) and replaced the screen myself. BINGO, the screen works the way it should and didn't have an issue even I dropped the phone. So do your research before buying a replacement screen, ask about the brand, and quality. I left two stars (Could've been better.) Sorry Nile and I have to be honest! The photos of the screen is from Nile!

I'll see what he has to offer and we'll go from there. He told me that AT&T has a special where they are giving away a phone with any new service. He took my information and then when running it through the cash register, he made a call to his supervisor and was told that they are not giving new phones and that I would have to pay. I told him to forget it then and I would go ahead and buy the StraightTalk phone since I already had StraightTalk service and did like using them. He said ok, but if I ever do decide to go with AT&T, then to come back and we'll get you going. I bought my StraightTalk phone and left the store. I am now receiving bills from AT&T about a service I never got for a phone I never got and a phone number that I've never used or had. I can not reach a human who speaks English to explain this too. I am given phone numbers to automated numbers that have nothing to do with my situation. I receive threatening emails from AT&T billing with no way to respond back to them. They can certainly reach out to me, but I am not given a way to contact a human in any way. So AT&T is going to ruin my credit now for a bill they will not look into. I'm so =^%#*@+/&¢ mad!! I had to give them a star in order to post this review.

I worked with Brian, a newer representative, and he was patient, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me with exactly what I needed. He took his time answering all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. When he needed additional support, Junior stepped in right away, which only showed the strong teamwork at this store. I would much rather have representatives who take the time to ensure everything is done correctly than feel hurried through a transaction. As someone from the older generation, I truly appreciated the respect and patience shown by both Brian and Junior. It was an absolute pleasure being helped here, and I would gladly recommend this location.

    I'd have to say our experience prior to working with Maurice was not very good…read more I don't want to smash on anybody in particular because the first guy was really nice but totally misled us. We switched phone plans and decided to get a family plan with Verizon. My husband dropped off his family plan to join one with me and our daughter. And of course, we joined in on one with him. That said, the day we went to buy three phones, we ended up walking out with just two. The third phone couldn't get up and going. And we were there for a couple of hours! Lots of chaos. The short of it was, I had to call the 800 number to get the third phone going days later. We were told about a TV that comes with Wi-Fi and ended up taking the deal. There was no information given to us about the TV, turned out. The Wi-Fi was just as expensive as spectrum (which we already pay) so I ended up having to take the Wi-Fi back and do away with the "free TV." Allegedly the original Guy told my husband to call the 800 number on his own to get the Wi-Fi box returned. When I walked in today, Maurice was helping another customer and decided to stop everything to assist me and helped me cancel the WiFi and directed me on returning the box. The things that didn't operate properly to begin were honestly very small, tedious, and doable fixes. My husband and I ended up figuring all this out on her own in order to get his new iPhone up and going. Sometimes it kind of seems like people just work on commission, which is understandable! But to complicate someone's process is never fun for a customer. I just wanted to commend Maurice for his assistance and we will work with him anytime going forward! A big thank you for giving me the sigh of relief that this entire process is over and we finally have three iPhones up and going! Thanks Maurice!
