The morning ritual is the best smoothie I've ever had. It's hard to balance health and flavor, but this was both healthy and incredible. They list the ingredients used in each smoothie, so you know all of what they contain. You can even add different boosters such as mass muscle, etc. It's located inside of a gym, to the right side of it. Don't be thrown off, you don't need a membership to enjoy the fantastic smoothies. The workers have been really sweet each time we've visited, and when we ordered via Uber it was ready upon arrival. One of the only drawbacks is how expensive it is. I also really wish that they listed their nutrition facts online. For such a health oriented company it's shocking that they don't, and especially a company of decent size. The smoothies contain dates, nuts, etc. So although they are good ingredients they can be high in fats, so it's important to know. Our smoothie also has coffee as well which we enjoy, but knowing the caffeine content would be appreciated. My last order also had huge white frozen balls that were unblended in it which was odd, I'm not quite sure what they were. If the price was lower, we would come here much more often. It is a great way to start your morning, and makes you feel fantastic afterwards.

Since our local grocery outlet has had new owners, I'm consistently finding items that are not…read morepriced, and more often than not they're. things that I might have been interested in buying had they just had a simple price on them. Today I was there for literally five minutes and I found eight items that were not priced (a few are pictured). They had some citrus fruit salad in the refrigerator section that was on price so I asked a young man working near me if he had a scanner. He didn't so he had to take it up to the front and he came back saying they were $1.99. Great price so I went to the check in with three of them only to find out that they were not $1.99, they were $4.99. I asked the cashier why they have so much trouble keeping things accurately marked, and she launched into some of what were essentially excuses about how the inventory moves around too quickly, blah blah blah. The previous owners were able to do it, the Concord store is able to do it, the Dublin store is able to do it, so what the heck is wrong with the Pleasant Hill store? If you're planning on shopping here, bring your patience because you're going to have to ask over and over how much things are, unless you're independently wealthy and then I guess you really won't have to care. My young child and I walked in today and not only were we immediately greeted but the person behind the counter, Maile also asked if we needed any help finding anything, and then I saw a really cute hat as she was ringing me up for a swimming cap and she told her coworker that I was looking for one that I could adjust to fit better around my head. In the meantime, another customer had approached the counter and at the last minute I grabbed one more thing. Maile rung my items up and asked me if I wanted a bag. Then, she helped the other customer on the other side as her coworker tried appeasing me with other hat sizes. Every person working there seemed to have a smile and a FANTASTIC attitude!
