I didn't take photos of all the dishes. Overall, the food was delicious. I liked all of the dishes we ordered except for one. I didn't love the Hot & Sour Soup, as it was too sour/vinegar-y for my liking. The Bang Bang Chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the sauce was good. Would definitely get this again. I was pleasantly surprised by the eggplants. From the texture to the sauce, the eggplants were tasty. I haven't tried the food yet. Placed an online order at 5:30 pm for pickup at 6:30 pm. Even received a call around 6:00 pm from the restaurant to confirm everything on my order. There was an option when placing order to pay now or pay when you pick up. I chose pay when you pick up which I confirmed again when they called. Arrived at 6:30 pm and food wasn't ready. In fact, they did not even start making my order when I arrived for pick up. Only after I paid did they place the order with the kitchen for the food to be made. They said, come back in around 30 minutes. I understand the concern about having people ordering and not paying, but if that is the case - then don't allow payment when you arrive as an option on your website. I find it difficult to believe that in today's food industry where it's so normal to order and pay when you receive the food; that this restaurant still wants to operate with a 80's business model of zero trust and only start making food after full payment is made. If you're looking for the perfectly fried Dried fried chicken wings come here! Now I've tried all the known spots in the city for Asian style wings and this new, hidden gem is a must try. Our go-to's so far are the honey glazed chicken wings, sautéed string beans, cucumber pickled salad, beef brisket with rice crepe roll and the dried cooked spare ribs with ube. Friendly staff, clean space and some of the biggest wings I've seen. I asked for the most popular wings to go and it takes about 15 mins. They were fresh, crispy and super hot. There's flavorful Paco crust on top thats savory with a hint of spice makes this dish addictive. Chicken is super juicy because they only use jumbo size. At $15 for 10 wings, I think this is a steal. Good. 2) Duck fried rice - Hint of truffle but missing that wok hei flavor and nothing in particular stood out. Pricey at $22 for what it was. 3) Sandstorm chicken wings - Salt and pepper flavor came through and these were plump wings. We all liked these. 4) Salted egg mushrooms - Mom's fave. Had Go Chicken for dinner tonight and it was very tasty! Everything was so flavorful and my favorite dish was the beef stew with rice rolls - it came out piping hot and sizzling in a clay pot. We also ordered golden yolk mushrooms which were exactly what you imagine they taste like. The duck fried rice was also great. The chicken was good but could've been crispier. Come Try Chicken -- that's what Go Chicken says in Chinese characters, if you're curious. Arrived shortly after 2pm on a Saturday. Placed order by 2:22pm, last of the 5 dishes we ordered arrived at 2:39pm and by 2:55pm, they were coming by a couple of times to check on whether we could pay for the bill -- this was rude and offensive behavior! I see they have a closing time of 2:45pm but if we ordered by 2:22pm and kitchen stopped cooking at 2:39pm, what's the problem with leaving us to enjoy the meal we paid for? We didn't need any service and I don't see how we were an inconvenience to anyone. If they really want everyone to be out the door by 2:45pm, then they shouldn't accept anymore dine in orders after 2pm. I chewed through my food so fast that I felt like I was getting indigestion! Also don't be a sucker for their scallop noodle $20.99 -- I should've called them over to find a scallop for me -- just find one!! The whole plate of noodles tasted bland with no flavor. Check out my pics. Their so called Bang Bang chicken $14.99 is basically General Tso sauce -- nothing banging about it. The espresso spareribs $14.99 remind me of the dimsum I once had at Koi Palace many years ago but these spareribs were a little tough to chew. The only highlight was the sandstorm chicken $14.99 and golden egg yolk mushrooms, although definitely not worth $12.99 -- two dollars worth of white mushrooms fried with some egg yolk batter. Finding parking was easy since there's plenty of metered spots nearby, and we had no trouble grabbing a table when we rolled in at 11:00 AM on Saturday. The setup is a little unique--you order the food via a QR code, but you still pay through the server. Small and organized spot with amazing service! One of the ladies wearing eyeglasses was so friendly, she recommended the Beef Brisket Stew Rice Roll and even showed us a few to-go orders. Service like that really makes a difference. We tried four dishes: Golden Egg Yolk Mushroom - hands down the best dish ever! Unique, crisp, full of real egg yolk flavor, and not salty. Loved it so much we could easily eat it as a snack. Sand Storm Chicken Wings - super crispy and huge portions (10 pieces for $14.99!). Incredible value for the Bay Area. Caramelized Spareribs with Ube - visually striking and unique. The spareribs are already marinated with savory flavors, but the caramelization wasn't sweet enough to balance them. We were greeted and seated by a waitress upon entering the restaurant. They have an extensive menu. We ordered the Black Truffle Duck Rice, Seafood Crispy Noodle, Sand Storm Chicken Wings, Caramelized Spareribs With Ube, Espresso Spareribs, Sauteed Green Beans, Honey Glazed Walnut Shrimp With Cranberry Aioli, and Jasmine Tea. Our food came out in a timely manner. The Black Truffle Duck Rice, Seafood Crispy Noodles, and Espresso Spareribs were ok. There weren't anything special with these three entrees. We couldn't really taste the Espresso in the Espresso Spareribs. The Sand Storm Chicken Wings were piping hot when they got to our table and they were flavorful. Wow, the food here was so good!!! We ordered over the phone and everything was ready in about 15-20 minutes. We tried the Sandstorm chicken wings, egg yolk mushrooms, and chicken tenders with ube. The Sandstorm wings were tasty and crunchy - definitely a solid classic chicken wing but probably not something I'd personally order again. The chicken tenders with ube was so good! The flavor was on point and caramelized which made them perfect over white rice. The chunks of ube paired surprisingly well and added a nice touch of sweetness. Definitely a must order! The beef brisket stew was alright. The cut of brisket was a good mixture of lean and fatty parts and the rice crepe roll was a good choice to absorb all the sauce. I quite enjoy their sand storm chicken. I asked what that is and the respond was "similar to salt and pepper chicken". -shrug- they were the large party pack and they were juicy inside. Flavor was very subtle tho. I wish they had Hong Kong milk tea or iced lemon tea on their menu. read more

Really good fried chicken at a good value. Definitely out does the Panda. They have a pretty big menu with a lot of different offerings will need to test them out more. Hopefully they last longer than Wok Up did. Taking away a star since their time estimates for take out were slower than anticipated but hopefully that gets better with time. read more

The waitress was super cool and knowledgeable and when asked for her suggestions she had no problem hooking us up. We got the garlic string beans, sandstorm chicken wings, dry cooked chicken tenders with ube, braised spareribs with red onions, and the xo pan seared rice crepe rolls. What can I say?! Everything was good, came out piping hot, and we were all happy campers. Good food, fair prices, I have a feeling that we'll be back really soon to try other dishes! The sticky sauce itself is not ube flavored, but it is a sweet & spicy sauce that goes so well with the ube pieces and lightly crisped, juicy chicken. If you're not a fan of chicken, they also have a spareribs version too. I also tried their boiling bowl of stew that has rice crepe rolls, beef brisket, and beancurd. Tried their wonton, beef chow fun, tomato beef fried rice, seafood crispy noodle, sandstorm chicken wings, spareribs with ube. All our solid options, but I wish they had the baked pork chop like they did previously. The only thing I found a little odd was that for the tomato beef fried rice, the tomatoes were just diced and sprinkled on top. I thought it would be "chowed in" like tomato beef chow mein, but the rice was still tasty.
