I had the fig matcha which was very unique but good. All the pastries looked delicious as well. Small interior with limited seated so more of a grab and go place. Service was pretty quick and employees were knowledgeable. I will return especially when they add more to the menu.

The staff was super friendly, everything was incredibly clean, and it feels like a nice addition to the Medical District. The menu is pretty limited for now, which is expected during a soft launch. They have four signature flavors that you can get as either a latte or matcha, plus a modest food menu with mostly toasts and a few pastries. I liked that they were doing something a little different with flavors like fig and saffron. The only thing I'd love to see is a broader menu down the road. It would be nice to have more traditional café options and a few non coffee drinks like refreshers. If you're looking for a place to study or cowork, this probably isn't it. The lobby is on the smaller side with limited seating. Overall, it's a solid neighborhood coffee stop, especially if you're in the Medical District. Looking forward to seeing how the menu grows over time.

They are new so I decided to give them a try. The place is very small but very cute inside, and clean. The staff is friendly and greeted us upon entering. I ordered their Fig Latte and to me the taste was amazing, the only thing I wish is that it didn't have those pup pieces in it like chunks. My friends got the Fig Matcha and they said they loved it but the chunky pieces in it ruined it. I would come back and give them another try.

I have been following this coffee shop on social media since before it was even fully built, and I was super excited to give it a try. Lets just say I was not disappointed! First, the staff is honestly so kind and sweet, and from following the owner's journey on TikTok, I know how much he works and how he listens to his clientele. The coffee is where I deviate from giving 5 stars. Don't get me wrong, the coffee is really delicious! I'm just more of a cappuccino or cortado gal, and I didn't see those on the menu, so I'm not sure if they serve those drinks or not. I got a fig latte, and it was super good, but I felt like it was missing a bit more of that strong coffee taste. The actual establishment is super cute and futuristic, I love all the silver and green colorway. I highly recommend this place to anyone! For strong coffee drinkers, maybe try adding an extra shot to your drinks.

Very aesthetic but small café! It's definitely not a place you'd want to stay too long since there's not a lot of seating. We came when they were soft opening, so it was quite busy but we still got our drinks in a timely manner. I got the fig matcha latte and also tried the saffron matcha latte. Both were solid and matcha is pretty good quality, but I couldn't really taste the saffron or fig in either drinks, it was very faint and mostly just tasted sweet. The cups are also a bit small, especially for the price. I think I ended up paying almost 9 dollars for a smaller cup. The owner was very friendly and asked us for feedback, so I think since they're a new place they're still working out some kinks in their business model.

Tried Go Culture out after hearing seeing it on Instagram and hearing a coworker talk about it. Beautifully designed interior and friendly staff. I was able to talk to the owner who was very sweet and shared his vision behind the space. It is still in the soft opening stages so the menu is limited but he said that they will be expanding it. I went with the fig matcha and the red velvet cookie. Unfortunately, I knew that when I saw the matcha being poured from a bottle, instead of hand whisked, that I wouldn't like it and it did fall short for me. My coworker went with the fig latte, however, and enjoyed it. I did enjoy the red velvet cookie but at $6.50, it was a bit steep especially considering I later saw them brought from the back in a plastic bag.

The inside of this cafe is really unique for Dallas, definitely my vibe. And the fig matcha was sooo good! You could really taste the actual fresh fig.

    hella matcha

Solid matcha, even if it's poured like Lala's. I've had plenty of whisked matchas that weren't any better than GC Cafe's. The service was great. The owner made sure I had a drink I'd enjoy after they were out of the fig matcha I came in to try. At $8.50, with no tip expected, no upcharge for non-dairy milk, and better pay for the baristas, it's a great value. I also tried the banana bread cookie. It had more of a scone-like texture. It was good, but not something I'd go back specifically for. The space gives me Zenon vibes in the best way. It's not really a place to settle in with your laptop or catch up with friends. It feels more like a quick stop for a great drink before heading on with your day. The location isn't the most convenient, but I'll definitely be back because it's one of the best matchas I've had in DFW.

We tried the fig latte and saffron latte, they had the perfect balance of sweetness with high quality espresso.

I emailed them so hopefully can get that fixed. I love to be part of a reward program and have the ease of ordering ahead from the app! When i walked in this morning, i immediately noticed that it was packed, not really anywhere to sit, so be aware of that. The line wasn't too long and moved quickly. The baked goods looked tasty and they said were from local bakery la casita (i think??). The wait for my drink was short. The service was ok, nothing to write home about, but they were busy so eh. My drink was beautiful and delicious. Highly recommend! I also thought that the decor was very clean, modern and comfy.

Coffee was decent, nothing to rave about. My cappuccino was served in a paper cup which I was not thrilled about. We were eating inside, not taking anything to go, so there was no reason for that. Paper cups influence the flavor of a hot espresso and I drink mine with no sweeteners specifically because I want to taste the actual shot. The espresso was also slightly burnt, which tells me the machine needs a good cleaning. Iced coffee is a different story but for hot cappuccinos, ceramic makes a real difference. My husband's coffee was good though and he was happy with his. Breakfast sandwiches were the toaster style, similar to what you'd expect from a place without a full kitchen. I genuinely enjoyed mine. My husband was not impressed by his. Overall it was a good enough time. We would not go out of our way to come back but if we were in the downtown area and needed a reliable spot in a pinch, we would stop in again. P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. If food/drinks/service impress me, I'll be happy to come back. If not, the stars reflect that.
