    Regular Poke Bowl
    Denise L.

Surprise! A very nice surprise to find this yummy poke stop. Hadn't had a poke bowl since pre-COVID. Everything tasted fresh and blended nicely-brown rice, onion, seaweed, crab miso, goemae shrimp, poke special, shoyu salmon, furitake, sesame sauce, and all. They had other bites to try next time and mochi. I hope they make it as it was quiet at the mall.

Poke bowl was delicious and spam musabi and the music was great

I really wanted to love this place with all of the great reviews! This is in a mall so I was surprised and not expecting much as mall food is usually OK. However service was very nice and I appreciated that they had a number of protein items. Came here for the poke nachos Left here with a bag of stale tortilla chips - PASS Yes the fish was actually fresh and good but I did not like that there were toppings that you had to pay extra for - when the bowl was already pricy. Spam Musubi - was very good Takoyaki Balls - was very excited but disappointed. More of the dough than anything else. In addition the take out container for it needs improvement. Its a bag - which causes the sauce to get everywhere. Bottom line go somewhere else and ALWAYS ask about what the nachos are. Lesson learned.

The food is good, the service is just slightly intimidating. It's just a normal poke bar. The veg poke has a sweet soy sauce with tofu, fried tofu, mushroom, and edamame, which was very good. The sriracha aioli is also pretty good with scallops and tuna.

This place is okay. Could be a convenient spot for lunch in the mall and was pretty crowded during lunch hour (noonish) on a Tuesday afternoon. They don't offer many toppings nor much variety of fish/sauces, especially in comparison to other poke places. At $13.50 for a regular sized poke bowl that includes 3 scoops of fish, I think the pricing is standard. I feel like other places in the area charge slightly more for around the same amount of fish (think the average is $14-$15 for a regular), but offer more toppings/substance to make for a larger meal. I usually prefer a larger combination of sauces for my poke but went with the gomae sesame and spicy mayo since they only had a total of four options for sauces. My mom got two of their dressed poke options, the signature poke and spicy scallops; neither of us were impressed with the flavors of either. Their topping options were super limited and they charge an extra dollar for seaweed salad, which I have never encountered at a poke place. Overall, not a fan of the variety nor taste that this place offers and will not be returning. It was pretty popular while we were there though, so maybe others enjoy it more or it's just a convenient/decently-priced place for lunch in the mall. They do offer yam noodles as a base, which I thought was unique.

This is always my go to lunch place if I'm craving fish! For the price of one sushi roll these days, you can get double or triple the food with poke. I usually go for the large poke bowl since I think it's a better deal, but I may end up having leftovers. The best part about this place (besides the freshness of the food) is the convenience. On a weekend, at peak lunch hours, we were in and out of line in under 10 minutes. Not bad if you're hangry!

Believe it or not, my boyfriend didn't like seafood, sushi, never heard of poke growing up. However, he craves this place at least twice a month and I do too! They're ingredients are pretty high quality and they seem to always have heavy hands when scooping the fish you chose so that's a huge bonus! We love this place and if you're a sushi or poke lover, you gotta try it! It's weird to find a hidden gem like this in a mall but hey I'll go drive to the mall just for this food!

A good option for the usual Poki/Japanese food lovers. The price is a little better the average so feel free to drop by

Came by for a quick lunch. The lady behind the counter was super nice, and the general impression of the place was clean and tidy. We decided to get a Large Poke bowl, with sushi Rice and Yam noodles. We added pretty much all the veggies. We chose our five scoops of protein, then added ponzu and chili sesame. Then added all the toppings. Overall, we paid $18 for the bowl and thought the portions were decent. Unfortunately what really surprised me was the rice. It was cooked with way too much water and when she scooped it out, you could just see it as a lump of rice. Almost like mochi with how clumped together it was. Then when she scooped out the Yam noodles, they were just dripping with water. She didn't drain it enough and the bowl ended up being over cooked wet rice and soggy noodles with water on the bottom of the bowl. Having a bad base kind of ruins the rest of the bowl... The fish was okay, honestly I don't expect it to be as fresh as it is when I'm in Hawaii, but it's definitely not as fresh as some other poke places in the area. Overall, this place was decent. I think the location is convenient for people who are shopping or working at the mall and want a bowl of Poke. Personally I would consider going to a different poke shop next time. Maybe I just got unlucky with the quality of my bowl, but I've had many other better bowls from other poke shops around the area.

Go Fish is my favorite build-your-own-bowl aka "California style" type of poke restaurant, so I'm glad I finally got around to trying this location that's inside Stoneridge Mall. The main reason why it's my favorite is simply because they have their signature poke, which is prepared the way Hawaiian poke is made. The flavors of onion, sesame, and limu seaweed amongst other ingredients is what makes this makes this poke so good. I was a little upset to see the dull color of the ahi in the signature poke compared to the plain ahi that was much more vibrant. I wasn't sure if this would alter the taste, so I opted to just one scoop instead of three in my bowl. My other two scoops were the plain ahi and salmon with sriracha aioli. To my surprise, the signature poke was still very good despite the color. The poke bowls are so filling and I'm glad they have this spot at the mall!

Visited this poke spot for the first time: the store was clean and had a lot of seatings. The portions were smaller than expected and there were limited toppings compared to other poke places unfortunately (the poke bowl tasted good though). Might come back if I can't find anything else to eat in the mall but would probably buy something else to eat if I had options!

Small selection of ingredients - base, proteins, suaces and toppings.

TLDR: I'd be willing to pay a little more if I got more food in return as portion sizes are smaller than other local poke restaurants. The ingredients are fresh and flavorful, but leave some to be desired in variety. They are limited in protein options, sauces and toppings with some that are an upcharge. We ordered two regular bowls that come with 3 protein scoops, with a mix of greens and yam noodles, which are delicious. Service is friendly, if not a bit slow. Ambience is airy, bright and inviting with many backless metal stools and small tables for dining in. Pro tips: - If you ask, they have unagi sauce in the back. - Seaweed salad costs $1 more, but is listed in small font, so don't be surprised by the upcharge. - There's a side menu handwritten on butcher paper that is easy to miss, in case you're in the mood for gyoza, tempura, spam musubi or takoyaki. This was surprisingly good for mall food. I want to come back and do a blind taste test of their spam musubi and the competing offering directly across from the boba shop!

The spam musubis are sold individually, unlike most of the other Hawaiian BBQ spots, but the pricing is similar, if you were to get two pieces here compared to an order of two at the other spots. The musubi was a bit smaller in size compared to other spots though - it was more narrow / skinny like a rectangle, instead of the block / brick size. You also have to pay more just to get rice with your fish (if ordering a "poke boat") which feels like a rip off in my opinion. Ahi tuna ($14 for 1/2 lb) itself is solid and good quality for what it is in this area. The sauce is described as a sesame soy sauce with spicy mayo. It's on the sweeter with some savoriness, light on the sesame, and not so much salty. I do like the flavors, but the poke isn't marinated long enough for them to seep through the whole fish chunks. Has a very slight kick from the chili flakes.
