A fantastic venue for food, drink and gaming fun. Over 700 board games to choose from to play at a table with your friends or family or sit at the bar by yourself and play with the bartender. Learn new games or enjoy old favorites. Make new friends Nd play with others. So much potential for fun!

    Homework for the next visit!

Play With Your Food in Glens Falls, NY. Do yourself a favor and check it out. 600+ Table Top Games which even for me was a little overwhelming but was part of a party of 5. A game was recommended for us, Camel Cup, so that was the game for the evening. Even as someone who dabbles in all styles of table top games the initial hurdle is always the set-up and mechanics. The owner saw we had the setup but was unsure how to initially start the game. He did a tremendous job of giving us key points to keep in mind, Sherpa'd us through the first few turns, then knowing he gave us the tools, stepped away to have our own "A-Ha!" moments and really enjoy the game experience as a group. He checked in over the course of the two games we played and was quick to offer friendly banter and make sure there were no needed clarifications on the rules. Best piece of the night: he recommended the next game our group was going to play the next time we get together. As someone who regularly watches "How To Play" guides on YouTube this already has me stoked for my next visit and having someone in your party with a vague of how to approach a game can make all the difference. $10 gets you(r party) a table / access to their gianormous library of games. I was with a group of 5 at a table that accommodated 6 but beware table space can fill up quick! Limited but tremendously well priced / affordable Food Menu makes Play With Your Food a place you can routinely frequent without breaking the bank. Beverage wise, they offer a select choice of both Draft & Canned Craft Beer from the immediate area as well as the greater Capital Region as well as some domestics. A few Wine, Cider, Canned Cocktail and Mead selections tied in with Soft / Energy Drink offerings (for those longer Twilight Imperium sessions) provide plenty of offerings for all types. I highly urge anyone reading this to get a group together. Get your table then get a drink / place a food order. While your food is being prepared, take your drink and just enjoy that wall of games. Take in the art work, see what pops out at you. Pick the box up, see if it meets your party's group size / time frame. When your food is ready, collectively talk about what you want to play / do some research on the games as you enjoy your food! Once that is settled on, select your game. Set it up. Embrace the experience. Don't be afraid to ask questions or even recommendations. Cannot wait to see this place thrive and grow because it's truly a much needed one-of-a-kind establishment for any sort of gaming enthusiast.

I have been to this location several times over the last year (since it first opened), and each time I had been impressed with the cleanliness and tidiness. Today was a very different story. As soon as we entered I could see that the place was a mess. Toys were all over the place, nothing had been neatened up, and the foam floor pieces were buckling in several spots. We arrived at about 2:30pm and we were the only customers, so it seemed odd that it was such a mess. The sand pit area is overrun with toys and the kitchen area was trashed. The round sitting bench that used to spin no longer does (we were told it broke), and there is a random metal climbing dome with a slide that has paper and tape on it, seemingly covering screws or something. For the price of admission (25.00), I can't say I will hurry back unless I learn that things are being better maintained. I never understand when places start to grow, but as they do, they let other things go. The appeal of the Littles Play Cafe was the trust I had in the cleanliness and maintenance, but today I lost my faith. I hope they do better, because when it is good, it's a nice place for little ones to play.

We arrived right when they opened at 10 a.m. and were seated immediately, which was great. We initially considered sitting inside, but the smell of eggs was so overwhelming/nauseating that we opted for outdoor seating instead. The patio was charming and cozy. The service was friendly, attentive, and one of the highlights of our visit. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations. We all ordered the brunch tower, which included a "fruit salad" that consisted of squishy grapes, sour Granny Smith apple chunks, and canned mandarin oranges. The fruit tasted low quality and unappetizing, and I only managed a few bites. I also ordered the bananas foster crepe, which was severely overcooked. The crepe was so tough that I needed a knife to cut through it, and the texture was far from what I would expect from a crepe. Overall, while the service was pleasant and seating was prompt, the food quality left a lot to be desired, especially considering the price point.

Our server was very attentive but chill and knowledgeable. We got the Utica greens to share as an appetizer, a cocktail and Mad Max local beer, then a burger with hand cut fries and a chicken stuffed poblano. Dessert was a passion fruit chocolate tart which we took to go. If you're looking for well crafted food with a creative twist, this place is a great choice. Taylor was one of the best servers we've had in a long time. Everything is made fresh daily, and if you sit at the Chef's Counter, you'll see it first hand. You'll also get great descriptions of everything from the awesome Chefs and maybe get to try something extra too. I recommend using the reservation system on their website and specify your seating preferences. You can choose from the Chef's Counter, the bar, a high-top table, a low table, or an outdoor table (weather permitting). We also appreciated them asking about food allergies on the reservation system too and they verified it when we arrived. We were so impressed with the unique menu options that are offered in the appetizers, small shareable plates, main courses, desserts, and drinks. We are already planning on coming back Sunday for brunch and know we'll be back again soon for dinner.

The wraparound porch is just so nice to sit outside and eat in warm weather. They really utilize the space well, as it's covered in colder months so you can still sit there. I was here for brunch on Mother's Day with reservations and was seated promptly. Due to the holiday, parking was not possible in their lot as it can only take a few cars. No matter, as we were able to park nearby. Their brunch menu had plenty to choose from. You were given these small carrot cake muffins to start, then a choice of starter and main along with dessert, wow! You also had a few cocktails to choose from and you could also swap out for a mocktail too. It was extremely busy but the staff was attentive and handled our orders with ease. Their attention to detail was so nice. For starters we had a strawberry salad, French onion soup, tuna tartare, coconut shrimp. For mains, the burger, salmon Benedict, chicken and waffles and a Polynesian style breakfast bowl with coconut shrimp, sticky rice, pineapple and greens. Lastly on a full tummy we had coffee with chocolate mousse, strawberry shortcake and peanut butter cheesecake. Spending the morning here for brunch was the perfect way to kick off the day. Brunch was enjoyed by all. On a side note, I've also had dinner here and you can expect the same wonderful experience. I'll be back again!
