Called to check whether they will be able to process a Fedex Prepaid shipment and if they have the Fedex Laptop box in stock. The person did not want to answer the questions and answered way before he understood the question. Extremely rude and did not care about serving customers. I would have real difficulty in believing all these "5 star" ratings. The only review that makes sense was "10/30/2013" and like that post said "Any positive reviews were probably posted by owner" read more

They also have a wide variety of shippers they use and within each shipper there can be many options - so they can quickly match up the best deal for you. Sooo...not sure what's wrong with the people who have this place low stars...this store is amazing!! It's clean, amazing atmosphere, and the manager/owner is AMAZINGLY nice! I came in with 6 things that needed shipping and I'm way unfamiliar with paypal and ebay shipping and he walked me through everything! Something that was definitely above and beyond. You can tell this place always looks out for the customers best interest and always looking to help you save. If you haven't tried this place yet you should definitely use it the next time you have a need for shipping or stamps. I love supporting small business is, the owner was super nice and genuinely a good person. He helped me ship out what I needed in a timely manner without it costing me an arm and a leg. I rang up my transaction and then I realize that I needed a stamp. It was totally my fault and I was willing to do a second transaction. I told him that I'd had damage to my house and was trying to send out repair checks for endorsement so I could get the repair started. I gave him a $20 to pay for my $.50 stamp, he was so super nice he wouldn't even let me pay and break the $20 bill. He said it was on him and that he hoped my house would get fixed soon. Seriously when people are this awesome I definitely take note and tell my friends and family. Anyway hope you'll try this place next time you have a postage need. read more
