I used Go Pro to make a key fob for my 2015 Nissan Leaf. When I opted out of purchasing an OEM fob, Phil helped me select the corresponding "generic" fob online to make sure I bought the right one. Then, when I mistakenly didn't bring the car to his shop (note to self: you need both the car and the original key fob for the new one to be programmed), he generously offered to drive to where the car was parked - all the way across town. Phil was a real professional and stands by his business. We had his company come out and rekey our lock and help with the alignment of our deadbolt. The rekeying was fast and works well. We did have some issues with the deadbolt some times working and other times not. When I contacted Phil about it the next day, he scheduled a time to come out personally and take care of the issue. While he was here, he looked and saw that the latch wasn't working properly and that the deadbolt was hitting something so took care of both things for us.
