Phil was great. Quick response on yelp when I was getting quotes, and his flat rate of $120 was perfect. When he arrived, I told him the deadbolt had 1 screw that was stripped and he said no problem. He said that in the worst case, he'll just drill out the screw. He tried to unscrew and even pull it out with pliers, but he just drilled out the screw as he suggested and it popped out. He removed the old deadbolt and then installed my kwikset smart lock. He even had a vacuum to clean up dust after he was done with installation. Very nice, fair prices, and easy to contact. Locked myself out of my apartment one night and after reaching out to several locksmiths, Go Pro Locksmith was the only one who responded. They sent someone over within 30 minutes. Response was great, but service was not so great. The locksmith came and said he was in a hurry. Like ok? I already knew he was going to rush the job. He literally spent 10 minutes picking my lock and gave up and said he would need to drill the lock. At this point, I had no other choice as no other locksmiths got back to me. He drilled my lock and charged me $189. Holey molely - lesson learned to not lock myself out anymore. I wish he actually tried to pick my lock more rather than do a half ass job and just drill my lock. read more

My car key broke and I had to use pliers to start my car. In time in need I contacted Phil when I got locked out of my car due to me loosing my key to my Honda Accord ! I contacted him and in a manner of seconds he responded and he bet the prices of 3 other people I had contacted. Originally scheduled for re-keying house locks over Yelp for 1-2pm same day, then the tech called at 1:30 to say actually it was going to be 5-6pm and showed up at 5:50. Locksmith was nice and efficient but seemed to be a contractor. $120 base service fee seems steep. Did good work and gave us good recommendations for the lock replacements, but it was a little frustrating dealing with the office that didn't seem to know what was going on with their mobile units. read more

I needed my lock keypad fixed at my front door and called Go Pro. They answered the phone (getting more rare these days with customer service) and I scheduled an appointment for the following day. He also was patient and took the time to field my questions and show me how to change the battery and review how the lock will work and which codes worked and didn't by testing them out. My car was stolen and I found out where it was on a major holiday. The key fobs are complicated and take awhile to create. I didn't know if the key would be in the car or not or if the car would be trashed or drivable. Phil was standing by waiting for me to get back to him with the status once I found the car. Two keys on the left were made by him and the key on the right was by another locksmith. I brought the key on the right to another locksmith to get it cut and reprogrammed but he didn't do a good job with it and he said he couldn't get it programmed and I needed to bring that to the dealership. Phil was really friendly and helped me to reprogrammed the existing key I had for no extra charge. He responded really quick and got the job done in less than 20minutes. He was able to come out the next morning and worked quickly and diligently to rekey all of our house locks. Fixed our front door deadbolt and did a nice job. Extracted the broken bolt without damaging the fixtures or frame. Made some adjustments to the fit of the door to take stress off of the deadbolt.
