There's a reason this family-owned business has 5 stars -- I called on what was a busy Friday for GoPro, but Phil squeezed me in anyway and actually managed to arrive earlier than anticipated. He rekeyed the front door along with a sliding glass door in the rear and checked a second sliding door that's having problems. He didn't gouge us, nor did he give us a hard sell on the latter door, which we ultimately decided to fix ourselves. The latch ended up sacrificing itself and Ori made a call and found a replacement for the 60 year old part, went and got it and replaced it at no charge. I was shopping for a smart lock for my Marvin door and talked to Renata. She was such a pleasure to interact with. She researched my options, was easy to reach and responded as promised. She also sent Phil to the house at no charge to double check that a smart lock would work on my door. The frustrating outcome was that for a leading nationwide door and window manufacturer like Marvin there is no smart lock available on the market.
