Their swift action began a process that was completed six months later on November 7, 2025. During this six month period of time, our tile and carpet were replaced, our kitchen island rebuilt and walls and molding repainted; all in our absence. Fortunately, communication was very thorough between us, our insurance company and FireService. Upon our return to Florida, we were told the work was done, which it was. However, multiple items had to be touched up and looked at again, which was dependent on our observation. During this "touch up" month, FireService was very cooperative and wiling to bend over backwards to please us and for this we were grateful. From beginning to end, we were more than satisfied with the attention FireService gave to us. Our villa is now up and operational and looking clean and neat, just as they had promised.

They were terrific when they started, but as the job went on they became sloppy and rude. Their project manager, Chris, is extremely arrogant. In the end I had to bring in others to do the finish work on my cabinets. I wish the story ended here. Six and a half years later, now, I have wood termites in the cabinets they installed. Wood termites are in the wood when installed, and take between 3-8 years to become evident. Against my better judgement I called Fireservice and met with Chris today. He just stopped short of calling me a liar, stating that termites come from the ground and he never heard of anything like this before. He will "check with his boss", but I know where this is going. They are the disaster that should be cleaned up.
