The pizza and pasta are made in house and the portions for the pasta are quite big so I always have leftovers. My family always gets a Stromboli to share (a pretty good size for 2 adults and a small child), but I also enjoy the lasagne as well as the meatballs. Our toddler loves the meatballs, and we share those as a meal occasionally since they are a great size and a great price (appetizer). My husband really likes the french dip sandwich and I like the Swiss melt. I really don't mean to be "that person" because ... it's a salad .... BUT... the Caesar salad is so good and the size of the salad is big. Always crispy and refreshing with an appropriate amount of dressing! Not too much and not skimpy. I took a few sips, and sure enough--my stomach immediately started reacting the exact way it does when I've had rum. When I asked what alcohol he used, he said, "I don't even know." That response alone tells you everything you need to know. At that point, I reminded him I specifically said no rum. Instead of taking accountability, he tried to argue and backtrack. Let me be clear--when a customer tells you not to use a specific liquor, you don't ignore it, guess, or "forget." That's basic service and basic respect. This situation completely threw off my evening, as I had plans afterward and ended up feeling sick. To make matters worse, I reached out to management and received no response. That lack of accountability speaks volumes. At the end of the day, this wasn't just a bad drink--it was careless service. This staff does not prioritize customer care, and that's a problem. If you choose to visit, be very direct, pay close attention, and don't assume your requests will be respected.
