Confused. The website, Google, and Yelp seem to have different information for the hours and location. We wanted to try here and I placed an online order that's supposed to ready at 2:30pm, but the restaurant is closed. Again, on here and their website, it says they're open. But physically at the restaurant, it's not open, it's dark inside. I call the restaurant at 5pm, when they're supposedly open for dine-in and told me that they called me to discuss my order. I check after and they did call me, but I don't answer unknown numbers and they never left any voice messages. So he tells me they can refund the order, great, problem solved, right? Nope. I get off the phone and then receive an email from someone saying they wanted my address because they'll deliver my order. Confused, I call the restaurant back and end up speaking with someone else. We ask when the order was completed since we placed this order at 2pm? When did they make this order and are deciding to deliver us food that's been sitting for hours? They're telling me that they'll deliver the order, but they don't have the matcha tiramisu, a $9.88 item, so they'll use that as a "delivery fee." I refuse and tell them that their website let me complete the order, we were there to pick-up the order as mentioned on the confirmation, but they weren't open. The matcha tiramisu was processed, why would I get penalized for it? So he then offers to change it with something else, I say okay and give him our address. My husband also checks GPS and tells him how far and how long it'll be to deliver (30+ minutes). The guy says okay, we get off the phone. Problem solved again? Nope. I get an email saying, "We apologize but we won't be able to drop it off. It is too far of a drive for our associate . We'll process a refund as soon as possible." Guess I will wait for my refund since I wasn't told how long it'll be until I receive it. I'd avoid or call before placing orders. This place is crazy and confusing - and not just the hours. Came here on late night and it was good. Not too busy, not too crowded. I like the robot that served the foods straight to your table. The beef udon was good. Right amount of soup and beef. I opened a box with squid and the smell was disgusting, like a dead seafood, squid was rotten, had green color and soft texture, look at the pic, it was so disgusting, I had a hard time to not throw up. The food was decent but nothing amazing that I would come back for. The sashimi was fresh. We ordered the sashimi regular dish which consists of 15 pieces of sashimi, including salmon, tuna, white tuna, another tuna that the waitress mentioned, and hamachi. The salmon was fresh but a part of it was slightly frozen. The hamachi was very fatty and DELiCIOUS. Everything else was meh. We ordered an assortment of skewers. The bacon enoki skewers consisted of bacon wrapped enoki mushrooms. It was okay, nothing special. The chicken liver and beef tongue skewers were quite bland even with the ponzu drizzled on top. I'd recommend a thicker sauce to add a burst of flavor like oyster sauce. The chicken yakitori skewers had flavor but the chicken itself was dried out. We also ordered the Tuna Tataki, a dish that reminds me of beef carpaccio but with tuna. The tuna is slightly seared and surrounded by the flavor of ponzu and green onions. I thought the dish tasted fine. The ponzu flavor was apparent in the tuna, but I felt like it was missing something to make the dish shine. Overall, neat place and food was alright. I didn't find anything amazing about it to make me want to come back. Perhaps the rolls are the most amazing part that is worthy of at least four stars? read more

We went to that restaurant after reading some of the reviews. That was a big mistake, I don't know how some customers can give 5 stars ,certainly not on the food. But everything was very disappointing starting with:::: As we arrived at the adress that we had, the parking area was full, I had to drive around and waited until somebody would leave the parking so I could take there place. It was a shock, as we walk in the place, there was one table with customers only, that should had told us, to turn around and walk out the place. But we did not. Our mistake. Th place has no ambiance at all. But they are up to 2024 with there tablets for choosing our menu, and robots to help with the service. Our order was , black Dragon rolls, that my compagnon had ordered, and was satisfied with it, but the second order was Dina roll, on both order,there was nice presentation, but the taste of the Dina rolls had a very strong fish taste, that mean, it was not fresh. Surprising in middle of the week, it should had been fresh fish. I also found $7.02 for a beer in that no ambiance restaurant was a bet much. This was not in the class of the Diplomat for asking that price. The server was very friendly, maybe even too much, a few time she came to our table and was counting, how many pieces of sushi, we had left in our plate. Allo ......
