The Thali Special - only served on weekends with 24 hour notice
    Jisha M.

Pre ordered the non- veg Thali special and it was a hit. Keep in mind that this requires 24 hour notice and feeds 5-6 adults. We had 6 people and still had some leftover. It is definitely an experience! When we arrived, food was already set out for us, all that was left to do was start eating. I couldn't possibly explain each curry or dish that was served; I think the picture does a better job. It was a mixture of vegetation and meat dishes, all flavored really well and not too spicy if that is a concern. Can't speak to any of the other menu items. Not even sure if everything in the Special is offered on the menu. Service was a little slow but this has been the case as several establishments lately.

Fantastic! I went with a friend because it was recommended to us. The Saag was very green - it tasted good, but the color weirded me out a little lol. The Tikka Masala was wonderful, probably the best I've had. Then we shared the Godavari Kodi Biryani which had boneless chicken - HIGHLY recommend! It was a little spicy how it came, so you could probably ask them to take it down a notch if needed. I will totally be back!

Mango yogurt smoothie, this was good though

We came here for the first time to try the Thali special. It didn't really require 24hr notice, just 2 hrs in our case. It was already set on our table when we came. It was indeed a feast looking platter. There were 4 of us but still plenty left over. Good for at least 6 person. Anyway, the server didn't really take the time to explain what was in the platter, sauces etc. She just named them.. well the names didn't really matter if we don't know whats in it. Everything seemed curry based, with varying spice level. Some are really fragrant we weren't a fan. It was an experience though.

Got the 1. Vijayawada Boneless Chicken Biryani (4/5) and 2. Thagubothu Kodi vepudu (4/5). Both are good. But not exceptional. The staff were friendly and polite.

Very clean and the food was amazing. Pro tip the portions are huge order one dish and go heavy on the garlic naan you won't regret it. Husband got the extra spicy chicken ordered it as spicy as they make he was sweating in no time so Its legit. Stop by it's great

If you want to come after the lunch rush, the good news is you can wait a very long time to get your food. Kinda long wait time.

Food was too salty, cold and no quality at all. Ambiance is too lowest and over priced menu. Not a recommended place for authentic food.

Similar concept to a mongolian grill but WAY less organized with a nice addition of a small traditional(ish) buffet included. The bowl you start with is comically small, which I imagine is intentional to deter folks from wasting but also to provide time in between to limit how many times people actually go up to get the Hibachi style food. We would have prefered just getting their buffet style food as it tasted better and we didnt have to wait. Somehow, BOTH of our girls didnt get their Hibachi/mongolian style plates they made up and we had to ask for new bowls so they could make their bowls again. It was very confusing and the customer service was pretty bad in that regard. Everyone seemed to like the food but it was just ok. Not a place I would ever consider returning to or recommending to someone.

From the moment we checked in or tried to this trip has been beyond disappointing and frustrating. Check in is at 4pm, we did not gain access to our room until almost 6pm. The upgraded room we paid for apparently not available for our stay. Ok fine, they put us in another room that we had to wait almost 40 minutes for, also fine, things happen. We finally get notification that the room is ready, we go to check in again, they have assigned us the wrong room and we now wait another 40 minutes for a room to finished being cleaned and inspected. They offered us free breakfast for the inconvenience. After texting with the onsite customer service they gave us a $100 credit and offered late check out on our final day. All oft those things were great but the actual staff when spoken too in person are unable to help at all and it's just "sorry, tough luck". Fast forward to the day we had booked a deluxe cabana for the day, we go the front desk pay the almost $600 and are told to just let the server know what drinks we want in the cabana. We get to the cabana and are told there are no staff for the cabanas today. Ok first world problem, I get it, however we paid for a premium service to help accommodate our son who is having temporary mobility issues. This was to give him a sensory reprieve and assist in that need of us having to run back and forth through the park. Again this was a "sorry tough luck" from the staff. After complaining they agreed to refund a partial amount. This location is one of the busier and larger we have been to and we were excited that it had so many additional amenities. Well, it doesn't, at least none of them are staffed. Overall this was an incredibly disappointing trip especially considering the insane amount of money we paid.

I would try it again, but would probably seek out a different place to try first to compare. First, I found the ordering process a bit confusing. Their website advertises BOGO rolls but it's unclear how the second roll is taken off the bill. I was expecting to see a second roll deducted from my bill but didn't, so I called and found out that there is a plus icon under every roll that indicates a second one. I could see this after that, and it made sense. I was coordinating an order for 6 adults so there were several different rolls in our order plus all the free ones. When we picked up the food to split, it was all on one giant platter. This was fun (and I'm glad it saved waste) but we couldn't tell which roll was which and which was the second free one. I wish I would have known to ask for takeout containers to split up the extra also. Another note about the ordering- there is nowhere on the website to enter a pre-set pickup time (only default 25-30 minute option) so you'd have to either order right before pickup or call the restaurant like I did to change the time on your order. I also ordered vegetable fried rice and green gyoza. The fried rice was good but not great. It was hot and fresh, but just not as flavorful so I topped it with more of my gyoza sauce. The green gyoza were not good. The skin was dry and stiff, and the inside was a starchy filling, almost like chickpea or another starchy bean. It was not the soft wrappers with smooth fresh filling I expected, and I was bummed cause I was looking forward to them so much. Our order was on time and the restaurant had easy parking and entry. But besides that, I found all of the aspects of this takeout experience to be just okay.

I'll start with the two biggest positives: they have a buy one get one free sushi roll menu with roughly 12 options. The size of the rolls are pretty good! My husband ordered a crispy crab roll, which is crab and tempura and cream cheese. This is typically his favorite role at other restaurants, but there's didn't quite measure up to others we have had. I got a white tuna and avocado roll. It was totally fine and I would eat it again. I am a huge spicy mayo fan and love it so much. I added it to every single role. So if the spicy mayo is mediocre or not good, it could keep me from coming back again. Sadly, there's totally missed the Mark as it was really sweet instead of savory. I would definitely eat here again for the prices and portion sizes, but wouldn't go out of my way to do so.
