I went up to the counter and told the girl about it and she said she would call someone about but still allow customers to use the cup until I intervened. We have been going to this store for a while now and it has been pretty predictable. The store itself is not taken the best care of. It is not uncommon for there to be tables with dishes on them, silverware being stocked up, straws and napkins are usually not kept stocked either. The service is okay and we occasionally have issues with our order but not as bad as it has been in the past. The restrooms are something to be desired, they need a remodel and to be cleaned up as they are not the cleanest in the world. To add to all of this, the biggest sign of neglect is the shattered pane of glass facing the parking lot on the side with the enterence. The pizza is decent, if you want a golden crust then you can only get a Large otherwise you can get a Jumbo. Is it really worth going here? Stopped in after around of golf to bring home dinner. I come here about once a month. Ordered area and seating area looked clean. Ordered my food, it was quick and service pleasant. Order came up fairly fast. I took my food out to car. Than ran back into use the facilities. O.M.G.!!! I'm giving this Godfathers pizza a 4 star due to the pizza that was served to us piping hot and piled high. Just like we like it! Customer service were excellent . There are 3 boys still in high school running this pizza joint. I would've given this place 5 stars but their cups was so small and the edges was sharp enough to cut our lips! Even though the location has alcohol, there is nobody there to sell it. The location is so cold. Our dinner was cold before we even got the rest of it let alone trying to get through it. If we wanted cold pizza we could have stayed at home. The salad is a joke not to mention the dressing that comes with it isn't enough to go over the whole salad even if the salad was edible in which it was not. Everything we asked for was an additional cost. You must buy this. It's this much more. For a family of four, it cost us almost $80 to eat there in which we might have consumed $20 worth of stuff before it was so cold that we had to leave. I have contacted the " Manager" and their manager all who seemed irritated that I even called and unwilling to fix anything kept asking me what it is that I wanted out of calling which is not how you handle a call like this. I now have a call into corporate. I sure hope they handle complaints better than the Spanaway location does. Update to my earlier review. Came in a month ago and had a bad experience. I was contacted the next day by the owner. I could tell he was genuinely concerned about what happened. I said I would be in again, just wasn't sure when. I ordered my pizza online today since there is no dine in at restaurants at the moment. Process was easy, and seamless. Picked up my pizza about 30 minutes later. When I came in the cashier was engaging. Place was clean and both signs outside light up now. The single star title of "Not Good" is the best description of what I experienced. I grew up on Godfather's and in the 90's in Seattle, the locations were numerous. In the suburb city I grew up in, I'd have to estimate we had at least 7 locations. The pizza was a game changer. This thick crust heavy topped pizza wasn't matched. A single slice was nearly a meal, and you could easily eat yourself sick because the taste is so flavorful, you just don't stop! At its peak, you would see sport teams, families, couples, etc. Locations were flat out packed, and you didn't mind waiting 45 minutes for your food. A few years ago, I read a review from a man from Redmond that drove here for nostalgia. It was at that time I knew I needed to make that same drive. When our pizza came the excitement was short lived. The crust was thick, but airy, it also had about half, if not less of the toppings I expected. After the first bite, I didn't think I was eating Godfathers, it tasted like Chuck E Cheese. This place was dirty, We had to clean our table and I watched others do the same. When I approached the counter to get cheese and crushed pepper a customer was upset, they got Styrofoam cups, The staff advised they were out of clean cups. Here is the problem. Either you stock enough cups so this doesn't happen, of you bus the dining room and makes sure the limited cups you have are clean. This was just a failure. The pizza was terrible, the memory is tarnished, and it was not only not worth the drive from Bellevue, it wouldn't be worth the drive from any distance. read more

I am old enough to remember the glory days of Godfather's Pizza. This chain used to be a top competitor in the south end of King County. I was extremely surprised and pleased when I happened across this location when traveling far from home, in search of a quick and easy lunch. But at the end of my visit- I left disappointed, but at least not hungry. We arrived before 11am, and they were open for their (old school ) legendary lunch buffet. This was a nice surprise. I had gotten up fairly early this day- and was ready for lunch at an abnormal hour. With only one group in the restaurant, my son and I were helped as soon as we walked in the door. This was pleasing-cause I was starving. I was even more excited to see the lunch buffet as an option. About $10/pp (even kids) for lunch. Not a bad price if at least more than half of your group has a larger appetite. The meal comes with a unlimited fountain soda and (unlimited?) salad bar. This is about where I stop being impressed. After I paid, I was handed a proportioned plate of salad for the salad bar. Thought this was weird ~ and also noticed a sign in the salad buffet indicating proportioned salad as a standard - but didn't explain why this was needed. The salad buffet itself was a sorry sight. There were very few topping options and the items that were out looked like they were all at least 1 day past their shelf life. I decided to skip salad. The pizza buffet was small as well, but considering the lack of customers, I guess this was the norm. Had 4 different slices of pizza, each being extremely dry, an indication they had been out for a long time. Which was odd considering they had just recently opened. The best part of this meal was the dessert pizza. Even when served on the dry side- still maintains the spirit of its overall presentation. Bottom line : i was happy to get food as soon as I walked into the door. However, I wouldn't actually return for this buffet. Maybe their pizzas made to order are better. When they got it made, I checked it to be sure it was right. Well it wasn't right. I had ordered the Humble Pie without pepperoni and add ham instead. No ham, had pepperoni. The 2nd pizza was the Hawaiian pizza with extra cheese and jalapenos added. No extra cheese and no jalapenos. Very few pineapples too. When I told them it was wrong after waiting an hour for it, the woman blamed another employee for it. Only good thing is she offered to make the order again but I wasn't into waiting another 30-35 minutes. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDERS. They would rather stand around or wonder around truck stop instead of doing their jobs.
