New food court that just opened up in the place LOTTE used to be, now called new grand mart. Only two of the five places opening up so will need to come back to update my review, but glad they're up and running! Also just FYI- their hours are 11am-9pm everyday EXCEPT TUESDAYS (closed). Last order at 8:30pm.

Soup you get with the croaker set. They gave me a little more today than last week.

I've been ordering from here since they opened and the quality has already gone down. They are not consistent with their servings. Today, I ordered the croaker combo which I've ordered several times before. I always got two pieces of fish but today I only received one "medium" size croaker. With the combo you get soup but they always give an odd amount. They never fill the medium size container and every time I order it, I always get a different amount. I rather order this from Aery. Don't order the soft tofu soup. It's a rip off! They charge you extra $1 for seafood and it's a spoonful of the seafood mix and a piece of old shrimp. They don't give you a big container of it either. It's the 3/4 size container and they don't even fill it to the top. I've never seen any restaurant sell soup like this. I wonder if it's the same amount if you dine in. I have a "do not order again" list for this place. The only good thing about this place is that it's close to where I live and some items are delicious. Also, last week I ordered 3 dishes. All the rice was hard and not cooked properly. Had to throw it away.

Ddukbboki $14. Not enough dduk. Pricey for what you get. Only 12 dduk in the dish. I would not recommend.

It's okay. You don't get the value. For the price, you are not getting enough food. Jjamjjamyun combo is $16. Bit pricey. Ddukbboki is $14 and not enough at all. Tastes okay. Hopefully, if they can give more food for the price. To the owners, one advice. You don't go to grocery store to get Michelin Starred food, think value for the money.

Hard bulgogi and 50 cents worth of to-go containers.

He walked us through the menu with confidence, offered thoughtful suggestions, and checked in at all the right times. What really stood out was how naturally he connected with our table--warm, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. The food was excellent, but Andrew's service is what made the evening truly memorable. We'll definitely be asking for him again. **Onassis** Dining here is always fun, but Onassis brought the experience to another level. He had an easygoing, welcoming presence that made our table feel comfortable right away. His recommendations were spot on, and he made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish without ever feeling overbearing. You could tell he takes pride in what he does--he was attentive, detail-oriented, and always one step ahead. The entire meal felt seamless because of him. Outstanding service that we'll be talking about long after the meal. **Luis** Luis delivered the kind of service that turns a great meal into something special. He was incredibly attentive and intuitive, making sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. He took the time to guide us through options, answered every question with patience, and made us feel completely taken care of throughout the night. His calm, friendly demeanor made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. The food was fantastic, but Luis is the reason we'll be coming back--and specifically requesting his section.

We explained that this was our first time here and we said we would have the lunch hotpot/bbq. That was basically the last time we saw our server. He didn't tell us about the appetizer bar, which I fortunately knew about from the web site. We ordered on the iPad and the food came remarkably quickly, delivered by kitchen personnel. At another KPot, the dishes for hot pot and bbq are different colors, and here they don't do that - so we had to remember which mushrooms, meats and vegis we ordered for hot pot and which for bbq. The appetizer bar in the back has a variety of apps (kimchi, pickled veggies, noodles), some fruit and a variety of sauces. As I said, the food came quickly and was quite good. We enjoyed everything except for the spicy fish (for the bbq). Neither one of us liked the spicy flavor - it wasn't too spicy, just didn't like it. The chicken and beef bulgogis were good and the veggies were good grilled and in the pot. The place is nice and there's a sizable bar. Although a number of workers appeared to be working conscientiously, we got terrible service. Our particular server never came to the table to check on us even though he was walking around. He spent much of the meal sitting at the bar. We had to ask twice to have our water glasses filled by other Staff. Our server never came by to change out the grill top, which I've never experienced before. I actually thought about asking for a different server. The food and ambience are good. Because of our service situation (which was really disappointing), I'm struggling with giving the restaurant 4 stars (I would have given 5 with good service). This type of meal depends on good, caring service that we've gotten at other hot pot/bbq places in the area. Because of this disappointment, I don't expect I'll be back here again.

Boo-hoo, look around and you'll find a spot unless you're driving a yacht. Now, to the setting and the food...the setting is the way I like it. Rustic, clean, unassuming, not fancied up. Wooden privacy screens are set in between tables. (Perhaps because of Covid? Not sure.) This to me was really comfortable, didn't feel like I was stuck in a cattle car. I'm sure there's Korean BBQ here but we weren't at such a table. In fact it looked like grills had been removed from some tables and replaced with wooden covers. So nice to have that extra space because... Ordered bibimbap, bulgogi, steamed dumplings, etc. The extra side dishes I enjoy (kimchi, sprouts, etc.) were there as well. Ice tea, yadda yadda. Korean music was playing but it wasn't loud, on another screen by the kitchen I could see Family Guy. Again, not loud or intrusive. Didn't feel like they skimped on portions, there was plenty. Almost too much, wasn't sure I'd manage to finish the bulgogi but I did...mmm. Overall, this place is a nice break from other places. If you want to take someone out and just enjoy yourselves, this would be it. Perhaps a bit different when full, but still. Btw, it's been 13 years since I first went here. This week was only the second time. I totally forgot where it was or whether it was still around. So glad it is.

I've been craving it for so long, and while the fresh kimchi in the Lotte supermarket deli fridge was sufficient, I have found my new go to. The kimbap tasted fresh (would suggest the spam!), and the fried cutlet was beautifully fried, even when we broke it open to eat at home. The cold noodle was bomb! I initially wasn't thrilled they put the noodles and the broth in the same container but it was actually fine by the time we ate it at home and the noodles were exactly the right level of bouncy/chewy, the broth was still frozen in some areas (rightfully so). I can't wait to come back for the same exact order!
