We were very impressed with the efficiency and installation of their product. Nine years later, these vinyl sliding doors have had no issues, aside from tightening the handles once. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive option during our research, but they've proven to be reliable and well worth the cost. We asked for a quote from My WIndow Solutions, got one that was quite good. We had explained the rationale for getting a replacement window (the leak). Parry sent over his crew right away to caulk around the existing one so we wouldn't get any incursion while waiting for the new one to arrive and get installed. Nice! For this job, I had also asked to have a custom window casing and deep windowsill built.
