Thank you for our glass shower doors! The guys at Gold Coast glass a really standup guys. They came to help us out during our remodel and got the glass in our home that we want it. I believe it was Tom who came over to our home and took measurements and talk to me through what will be getting. Then they come back out after the material is ordered and do an install. It does take a couple times because there are steps that are involved to hanging glass on the wall (imagine that). From what I understand you can pick from a variety of finishes and you can pick different glass thicknesses. You can also choose how many hinges do you want for your door. As you can see in the picture that I'm adding we only had a 36" x 36" shower. It's not the biggest thing in the world but that's with the house came with and these guys were great at working with us. The door was hung on the wrong side (they never asked which way I wanted it installed) and there's a huge gap next to the door where water can readily come out. I've left several messages and nobody calls me back. I've spoken with a few people and they tell me that somebody will call me but nobody ever does. Given the price, service and lack of follow up, I would NEVER use this company again. read more

There was an accident at our home and several windows had to be replaced timely so we did not have the luxury to call around to many places and have multiple quotes so we had to accept the first company. From our experience, the Owner was very rude and offered zero service with the order that turned out to be a large order. When we tried to follow up with him, he refused to answer the phone. I have told the person who gave us his name about our experience. Neither of us will ever use this company again nor recommend him to anyone. There are many glass specialty places out there and we do not need to do business with someone like this. read more

They were hired to install glass handrail sections. They demanded a deposit, 50% that's not legal. After a delay they never came to install the handrail. They kept the deposit $4000.00. When I asked for the money back I got 100 excuses. Example, "the owner is sick so we can't send money now" next, "we are filing bankruptcy" and "i don't know who you talked to". They are a complete disaster, and thiefs. read more

I started the process of adding some mirrors and glass shelving to a bar area in my condo a fee weeks ago...contacted Bill at Goldcoast Glass because they are right down the street from me...explained what i wanted, he sent a guy out to measure and give me a quote...i told them i wanted to see samples of what they where proposing...it was very difficult to get together with them the shop was constantly closed they are not available for there customers...i finally got together with Bill gave him my deposit so he could order the mirror and shelving...approximately 2 weeks later he finally scheduled the installation...because of wind canceled and rescheduled for Wed/today of the next week...Alan calls, wants to come out again to look at the job to see what he will need to do the job (these are supposed to be professionals) while he is here starts telling me he didnt know about the shelves...that i went and met with Bill about ??? starts measuring again with a pen in his hand and marks my cabinet...he was the only one stand or around the area i asked him about it and he lied that it was not him, i wiled the ink with my finger and it was wet and smudged...we were able to clean it but i knew something is not right with these guys...he leaves and i received a call from Bill wanting more money to do the job...I canceled the order and requested my deposit back...they are not honest buyer beware of these guys!!! read more
