Matcha was so good. Color was perfect. The barista was super proud of that COLOR ugh she slayed and was so nice. I love that they have outdoor seating so that my pup and I can sip outside and enjoy the weather. I have to try the loukoumades next time! Edit: came back 2 days later for another matcha mm MM I love her so much. I got the loukoumades and it was a true sweet treat. The barista made them fresh so they were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside and when you dip them in that syrup ouuuuu that'll do it. 10/10 no notes.

So delightful! I will crave Greek donuts for the rest of my days tbh. I thought they would be overwhelmingly sweet but was so pleasantly surprised when they were mildly sweet and fried to perfection with a soft inside and a light crunch on the outside. All of the sweetness came from the fact that they were drenched in a generous portion of delicious honey. Mine were made fresh and they were amazing warm, especially on a chilly day. Order at the counter. The gals working there were cute and friendly. The space itself is small and it seems many people take it to go, but they do have a few tables and a high top counter. Enough room for 3 or 4 parties I would say. If you can't snag a spot, they're located right by Astoria park and these babies would be lovely to take for a stroll.

I loved this. If I want to go somewhere to depression eat and put myself in a diabetic coma, this is the place. It's just a damn shame I don't live in NY anymore because this would be a part of my weekly rotation. Only thing I'd complain about is having a little too much ice in my iced coffee but no one really gets that right for me anyway.

We were looking for a churro place and Im goad we found Gold n Honey cause they made really good sweets! The churro loukoumade was delicious ! They were super nice! We ordered the Dulce de leche one too for home and even tho they were about to close they gave us extra Loukoumades for the take out order! I would definitely recommend this place after a nice walk in the park We also tried the Hot Matcha and it was okay!

Stopped by this small, cozy coffee shop with some friends, and it was the perfect place to hang out. They have a few chairs outside where you can wait or chat, which was a nice touch. We ordered their famous Loukoumades (they're like Greek-style donuts), and wow--definitely worth the hype! We got ours with chocolate and strawberry toppings. Keep in mind, you'll need to wait about 10 minutes for your order, but trust me, it's totally worth it. They come out hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The portions are HUGE too--8 Loukoumades were more than enough to share between two people, especially with a coffee or tea on the side. The staff was super friendly, and the location is great if you're in the area, just a short walk from Astoria Park. Perfect spot to grab something sweet before or after a stroll in the park. Highly recommend!

Loukoumades. OKAY. Believe it or not I've never had Loukoumades before and have nothing to compare them against. Sure I like a fried piece of Dough but the Loukoumades were not worth it with a Box of 8 costing $6.50. Adding Nutella, Walnuts, Pistachios and other Toppings to the Loukoumades will cost you more. Also had a sweetened Black Coffee with my order. WALK DON'T RUN.

Been wanting to try Gold N Honey for a while. I really loved the crunchiness of the Loukoumades with Honey, the walnuts really make a difference. Definitely giving this place a try again. Would love to try other flavors

Ordered: Deluxe Sweet Loukoumades (~$8): Loukoumades with milk chocolate, white chocolate, Biskotti, and fresh strawberries Aya's take: Fried, sweet, and soft. A great and messy dessert. Only thing is I wish more of their options already came with fresh fruit or that they had more than just strawberries. Great addition to the Astoria area!

Wow. The only sole Loukamades spot in astoria. The menu is short and sweet and let me tell you so are the loukamades! I tried a few of them and they were all absolutely delicious. They're filled with nutella, i was blown away. The sizes are just enough, not too much and not too little. The nutella cappuccino was also delicious. I do have the say the espresso was not that good, please change it. Overall a great experience - there's some seats inside and a lot of outdoor space including benches wrapped around the tree. 10/10!!!!!

Nothing bad to say about loukoumades! We get our favorite 20 piece served with Strawberries and Nutella. So airy, fluffy, crunchy in places. Its a textural party in your mouth. Didn't think to take a pic before diving in.

This place is ABSOLUTELY INSANELY AMAZING! The loukoumades are literally the best I've ever had IM IN HEAVEN. So so beyond delicious best dessert ever

Great dessert spot! Came here with my boyfriend and we shared the Sweet Loukoumades, which were amazing! They had a great chewy texture and the Nutella dressing on top added the perfect amount of sweetness. Washed down with an Iced Latte and I was good to go. I got to try the Nutella Cappuccino that my boyfriend got and it was really good. Quite sweet but delicious. Definitely worth the visit!

First time trying loukoumades with my friend and they were delicious. We had the chocolate and pistachios toppings and it was so sweet and the nuts and chocolate had a great contrast. The loukoumades were quite chewy and really warm. I would def recommend this place as a delicious local dessert spot. The service was great and quick and the staff was super friendly! The ambiance of the restaurant is that of a fast casual dessert spot. There's also a nice front patio with outdoor seating.

If we wanted to get a table in the main dining room, the wait was estimated to be over 2 hours (we went around 8pm), so I highly recommend making a reservation if you plan to go. The staff were very quick with service and very friendly. We were offered toasty bread with some lemon and an olive spread while we waited for our food (which also came out super quick!). We ordered the octopus and lamb chops. The octopus was incredibly tender, the meat was very soft - I personally would've preferred a little more bite to it, but it still tasted good. The lamb chops were flavorful. The medium here is on par with medium rare at most other places, and one of our pieces was borderline rare. At the end of the meal we were also offered complementary desert, which was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed our meal overall, but just know that it's a little on the pricey. The octopus and lamb chops came out to $80~ pre-tax and tip. Would recommend if you're a fan of seafood!

Then he tried to take the dishes away THREE DIFFERENT TIMES when it was very obvious we were not done. It's a little overwhelming because there is definitely a lot of seafood to choose from. The fish selection looks fresh but they do have some previously frozen seafood like large prawns and lobster tails. They have the names of everything and the price per pound posted which can be a little intimidating because it's a bit expensive. We ordered a grilled branzino and asked for the large tiger shrimp. The staff behind the counter said it would be the ones without the head but when long at the sign, it said head on tiger shrimp so I was a little confused but we just went with it because we assumed the staff knew what they were talking about. We did also get the head-on large prawns. We asked for everything to be grilled and confirmed that they don't use butter or cheese or cream on anything and then we went upstairs to get a table. Upstairs by the window is nice because you can people watch on a good day. We asked the staff member if there were any butter or cream or cheese in the mezza or rice and she said no, so we proceeded to order those and also asked about the soup of the day. She told us it was a shrimp and corn soup and that sounded good so we ordered that as well. The mezza came and the babaganoush and moussaka were good. The lemon potatos were fine but other places have made it better. The tahini was tahini and nothing special. The soup came and we took a sip and it tasted like cream so we were confused because the staff member didn't mention cream when she was taking about it. We asked about it when another staff member came by to drop off the rice. The original staff member who helped us came back over and we asked her if there was cream in the soup. She told us that yes because it's a chowder and the chowder has dairy and told us that we ordered the soup. I'm not denying that we ordered it. My issue is that we specifically asked about avoiding dairy in other food menu items and she didn't even stop to mention that hey the soup of the day that you want is a shrimp and corn chowder and has dairy. She took it back but I felt like we were inconveniencing her because of her tone. The mains arrived shortly after. The head-on prawns came and then the branzino. The large head-on prawns were overcooked and a little rubbery. The branzino was a touch too lemony but that was probably my fault for squeezing lemon over it. The fish was firm and smooth. There wasn't a lot of flavor on either dish. By this time, our table is pretty full and one of the staff members came by with the tiger shrimp and he more or less just stared at the full table and then plopped the plate down right next to my husband's phone. We barely even had time to move plates around to clean up space for him, but I feel like they should have definitely looked a little harder because one of our plates was just full of bones and shells and could have been taken away which would have made room for the shrimp. They were also over cooked and rubbery. Throughout our meal, no one came to check on us once. At the end of the meal, I used my own hand sanitizing wipes and was a little puzzled that they don't give any to customers. We got the bill and were a little peeved that they charged us $3 to butterfly the branzino. We weren't told about that and we didn't particularly ask for them to butterfly it. There's individual hand wipes by the stairs and it's odd that staff don't bring them to you once you're ready to pay. Are customers expected to walk around with dirty hands to go grab the wipe by the stairs? It's definitely a one time experience and overall, I wouldn't recommend it for the poor service and seafood being overcooked and underwhelming.
