They are amazing professionals who know what they are doing. One of our repairs was to repair vandalism that resulted in damage to the front roof pillar. They took the time to repair the damage and maintain the structural integrity, and when they painted it they blended it seamlessly. When another vehicle had damage to the liftgate, their work was just as stellar. Being in a particularly brutal part of the car for Minnesota conditions, there was an issue with the repair. I walked in, chatted with their Estimator and showed him the problem. Will was wonderful to deal with, and to my utter surprise they performed warranty work without any hassles. The result was like new, the workmanship was fantastic and I couldn't be happier. I wholeheartedly recommend Latuff Brothers for auto body repairs. (My insurance company request that I remove all my belongings including license plate.) FYI: according to my insurance, it is $100/day to keep the car on Beck Northway Collision's property. This was because my insurance notify me of the cost to repair my car on a Friday. My insurance wanted to hear back from me by Monday because it was gonna cost my insurance $100/day for my car to sit there.

Both were late model current production vehicles. In both cases I had multiple estimates, and not only did Beck Northway Collision save me money over other large shops but I was happier with the results than with any of the past repairs I've had done with my various vehicles by well known Twin City body shops I've used in the past. With both my cars I had repaired at Beck Northway Collision John was able to get me in very fast and the work itself on the more extensively damaged car was finished within 3 days. The color on the Toyota was one of the newest colors they are offering and the color matched the plastic replacement panels which had to be painted with the other steel painted body sections perfectly. Not only was the finish a perfect match but the fit of the replacement panels was also perfect and looks factory new. Even small things, like the way the the license plate was mounted into the new front body panel showed attention to detail and perfection. BEWARE I brought my truck in to get my water pump looked at. I was leaking a significant amount of…read morecoolant. Dropped it off in the morning and got a call later stating it was just the thermostat. 200$ Ok great I was sure it was the water pump but that was good news so I had them replace it. Picked it up that evening and drive the ten blocks home and it was leaking as bad as it was when I dropped it off. I'm not sure they even checked the work they did. So I drop it back off the next morning and say it's still leaking. They look at it and say it is the water pump (like I told them in the first place) and charged me another 475$ Now if you know about cars these two parts are in the same area requiring them to remove all the same things. No discount on labor according to the work order even though he said they would. These guys are scamming good people. I'll be going to dons circle service from now on.

They provided an estimate that was in line with other estimates, they had a rental car waiting for me when I brought my car into the shop, they made all the communications with the insurance companies, gave me regular updates on the progress and any additional work to be done once they disassembled the rear bumper and panels, let me know when the car was completed and took care of the rental at the shop when I came in to pick up my car. All this with a smile and professionalism. Oh yes . . . and they detailed the whole interior (never seen my car so clean) and the work they did was perfect.
