While shopping nearby we decided to get a bite to eat here. Happy Fishman was on my list of restaurants to go to so we came here to order a set meal. We were impressed by how quickly the food was prepared. Service was attentive and efficient. They brought teas to the table and a soup (hum choy tong) which was very good. The noodles (e-fu) were cooked just right and very flavourful. This contrasted well with the braised tofu and fish with gravy on rice. The dishes worked together to balance out the flavours. The HK milk tea was smooth, creamy and sweetened to my taste. Everything was excellent. We will definitely be coming back again soon.
