I know eating sushi from a gas station sounds questionable, but I promise this sushi was incredible. I ordered the Del City Roll, and wow--it was huge and loaded with toppings. It was so filling and flavorful that I honestly didn't even need the extra spicy salmon roll, but I'm glad I got it because it was fresh and delicious too. Everything tasted incredibly fresh. I also added a side of sticky rice for only $2, and they gave me a whole container full--such a great value! The cream cheese rangoons were perfectly crispy and came with sweet and sour sauce. I'm extremely picky about sweet and sour sauce, and theirs was absolutely delicious. For all of that, my total came to around $28 after tax, which is an amazing deal for the quality and portions. Hands down, one of the best sushi spots I've tried. We'll definitely be back! Both meals were missing the soup and salad. We tried calling and even left a voicemail to give them a chance to fix it, but no one bothered to call us back. The restaurant was empty when we picked up our order, and now I see why. Don't let the nice exterior fool you the service is nonexistent and the value isn't there. We won't be returning. On their website their menu says "Hibachi Entrée Seven Course Meal Served w. I ordered at 6:50 PM and was told the wait would be 15-20 minutes. When I arrived, no one mentioned that my order wasn't ready or that it would be delayed. After waiting and finally asking about it, I was told they were short staffed. While I understand staffing issues happen, that's exactly why I asked for the wait time when I called in my order. It's now 7:45 PM and my food still isn't ready. The lack of communication and organization is extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back. I'd rate zero stars if it would let me.

The issue was being charged $11 for each order of white rice without that ever being mentioned when I placed the order. If I had known white rice was $11 each, I never would have ordered it. I attempted to address the issue with the manager on duty, but the response I received was simply, "That's how much it costs." Rather than acknowledging the concern or discussing the lack of disclosure, the matter was dismissed. Just a really disappointing experience from a restaurant that's part of an otherwise great hotel.

They only take cash or debit or you can write a check at the register but then they have to get a manager to approve. She be pre approval here. So I got in the self check as I had cash. 4 were debit card only and 1 of those was broke and the cash side had 3 and 2 of those were broke. The ones tht were working kept having issues and the lady there was trying to get them back up. Not a good way to run a business. I watched one lady just leave stuff at the self check and walk off.
