However, on Wednesday we were told that the lunch special was now only good until 3pm. We understood but when I asked to speak to a manager I realized he was cooking the food. So, I waited. Once our food was done and he was finished cooking, I asked to speak to him about it. He initially said he would update the sign but then got nasty and stated that everyone knew when lunchtime was as if I were stupid. When I explained that for years we were able to get the lunch special all day, he cut me off and continued to say, "Everybody knows when lunchtime is." I left determining never to support this Sharks again and to share my experience with family and friends. It's disappointing when the owner is disrespectful and condescending. So sad. He is losing business because of unnecessary comments. Well, the other businesses in the area will get more of our business because the owner of this Sharks demonstrated he doesn't care about his customers.
