Tried their Dim Sum!! Not bad! Service was great! Some items where a bit on the dry side but most were flavorful!! Ambiance was nice!! They do have free parking around the corner downstairs but the car attendant asks for a $4 tip! This place does take credit cards which is good!! Bathrooms were clean as well & that's a plus!!

Wow! I was utterly blown away by the food at this spot. I wish I lived closer so I could frequent this spot! My party of three had a whole lobster, whole dungeoness crab, a vegetable, and a soup all together and it was ~$50 per person, not bad at all! The crab was so sweet and juicy, and the way the restaurant prepped it was amazing! Their seafood a la carte deal is such a great deal!

I have come to restaurant 2 times, the first time the food was amazing and the staff was attentive. I definitely did not feel that way the 2nd time we came here. The staff came to take the order but felt like they were avoiding us after that, they did not come by to check up on us. It was hard to flag down somebody to put additional orders for extra items. On top of that, the chicken that we did order was out of stock. They did not remove that from the bill, which I realized after I went home! I did call them and they were opened until 2am. They told me to come back for the money, which they did give me. This could have been avoided if the bill was corrected. This resulted in wasted time. The food is generally good, but I would say be careful and check your bill twice before paying.

This is a delightful place the have hotpot or a nice Chinese dinner. They have several hotpot tables, large tables in the center for regular dining and private rooms for parties. This place currently has specials going on for assorted seafood (lobsters, fish, geoduck....). The wait staff is very attentive. From taking your order, making recommendations to changing your plates when it fills up with bones. We had the lobster with sticky rice, half chicken with ginger and scallions, Peking pork chops and vegetables. Free fresh Fruits and sweet soup as dessert! The overall quality was good! Unfortunately the pork chops were too salty and the chicken sauce was not very thick. This place is still worth coming back! Here's to wonderful holiday surprises!

First time I ever went to a restaurant that would charge you 30% extra for ordering seafoods. How on earth a restaurant charge you a "cooking fee" on any seafood you order. This is highway robbery.

Ordered a cavalcade of dishes and not the hot pot; eel was really fresh and robust in amount of meat. The lobster was also excellent. They allowed us access to the ice cream and other free items given the amount we spent.

I didnt have high expectations for this place but it blew my mind! Ive dined here for hotpot and "normal" food and they were both positive experiences. My most recent visit was to try their hotpot so I have more recollection from that visit. We ordered a variety of food such as tripe, pork liver, oysters, shrimp balls, pea-shoots, etc. Everything tasted fresh! Service was decent too. Id say my favorite thing from this place is their congee hot pot base. Its so yummy to drink it by itself after cooking all the food in it and all the flavors have marinated. It reminds me of century egg congee (皮蛋粥). I was lowkey expecting some century egg to pop up whilst drinking it. I also enjoyed their cold appetizers. My favorite was the cucumber (vinegar+garlic taste) as it had the perfect amount of sourness. Itll be really refreshing when eaten in the summer last but not least, I want to highlight the seats here- super spacious and comfy booths. I saw lots of families with small children here so its defintely family-friendly! This restaurant will be my go-to if im not sure what I want to eat #thestruggle

The food was great. Me and my wife didn't have to wait long for a table and the servers were great.

It used to come with complimentary ice cream after your meal but they took that away recently and now offer red bean soup instead.

Check in at the kiosk when you arrive and stay close by--we missed our name being called and had to wait another 30 minutes after an already 2-hour wait for our party of five. Once seated, we understood why it's so popular. The restaurant features a beautiful water wheel, multiple levels of seating, and a lively atmosphere. You customize your meal by choosing your broth, meats, vegetables, and sauces. We started with the spicy broth, but it was overloaded with chili peppers for our taste, so we switched to the herbal broth, which was rich, fragrant, and absolutely delicious. The fresh ingredients were the highlight. We enjoyed the water spinach so much that we ordered three servings. Other favorites included the milky beef, lotus root, beef balls, bean curd sheets, and several other fresh selections. The extensive sauce bar let everyone create their perfect dipping sauce. Considering the generous portions and quality, the prices were very reasonable. The wait is long, but the outstanding food makes it worthwhile. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Flushing.

We were seated towards the back of the restaurant where we found a cockroach crawling on the bench seat. Also, the straw decoration on the bench seat was uncomfortable throughout the meal for me particularly. Our waiter, since it was our first time, helped us a lot in choosing the broth and its spice level (we ended up getting tomato and mild chongqing), as well as helping us with the amount of food we would be ordering (which turned out to be almost the perfect amount of food for our party of 6). Some of my favorite dishes that we got were the: - Wide Potato Noodles - Doesn't take that long to cook, SO chewy and nice, pairs well with any broth or sauce - Enoki Mushrooms - My favorite kind of mushroom, even more chew and great noodle substitute - Fried Breadsticks - Very crunchy and don't lose that much crunch whenever dipped or soaked in the broths. - Sliced Beef - Standard and really good meat option for hotpot. Some of their specialty beefs are also interesting, but I ended up just preferring this over those. - Beef Tendon - I lied. This was the best meat option. Extremely soft and melts in your mouth. Doesn't take more than 5 seconds to cook. Just so good. Even with everything that I liked, I didn't find that much that was superior to other hot pot places that I have been to. I did enjoy the food that we did have, but with the insane wait that I would likely have if I came back as well as the high price of the meal, I don't know if this would be worth coming back to in the future.

From the appetizers to the selected hot pot items, everything was really cool. I highly enjoyed the fried pumpkin and the sausage appetizers. Soup base you can split up to 4 ways with a variety of soup bases available. They also have some complimentary desserts at the end. Water for the table also is lemon water, not just regular water, wow! From the waiting area, there are plenty of seats and room while waiting for your call number. They even have a play area for kids with board games and toys with light refreshments and snacks available. It's not even water, they have honey melon tea! I would recommend putting in a reservation if you can, but the waits are not that bad either, especially when you have all this in the waiting room. Inside is very clean and organized. They have buffet items available on the floor and also really nice bathrooms, bidets included. This is a premium experience that you're paying for, not just a typical restaurant. They even have shows for kids at certain times showcasing traditional facechanging performances. Service was very quick, and servers were very attentive to each table. They spoke both Chinese and English and explained the whole process to us. Ordering and payment all happen on the iPad. Really enjoyed my time here. They gave us aprons to wear to protect our clothes which we appreciated and they even had a mini one for our baby who was in a booster seat on the booth! Love their tom yum, tomato, and house regular broth. We ordered a ton of meat and veggies. Of course we also got the dancing noodles which was both delicious and very fun to watch. The staff was so nice to our baby! They gave him a free toy and also some kids food!

I normally…read moredon't like places with many prices, but since our daughter chose it so we enjoy with her. The prices on the windows are very confusing and more like false advertising for me, the lower prices are for the members which we're not since this is our first time and definitely our last, unless our daughter wants to come here again. So the price is the more expensive one. For me, I prefer straight forward pricing, so this didn't give me good vibes, it's not the money, just the way they advertising and we have to know what we can only have with the price we chose. The restaurant just gives us the specific menu for what we selected to have then we don't have to be denied for what we chose because we selected gold instead of top of the line menu. The place is clean and nice. For $78/per person and only have Australian Wagyu Beef (not really Wagyu) then it's over priced. We did have some premium beef which I liked because of the marble of fat on the beef quite tender and tasty, but only a sampler or whatever they called it. Service with one person is quite inadequate but she's very attentive and pleasant, since she had to run the whole restaurant, sometimes forgets things. The tomato broth was good and everyone liked it. The seafood plate is OK and our sweet shrimps are sweet. Some snow crab legs, jumbo shrimps, fish fillets, nothing to make me go wow. The appetizers tempura is crispy and good. The raw octopus is tasty. The vegetables are fresh and clean. After they denied me the premium beef sampler, I let my daughter to order everything else and I just enjoyed with the family. My daughter seemed to be happy and ate a lot, so I was happy. I've eaten enough shabu, hot pot to know that Australian or American Wagyu are overrated, many of them are tough and chewy, not as tender as normal ribeyes or Brisket that I like. This restaurant Wagyu beef does have marbles of fat in it, so it's tender and not so chewy. So, for the GOLD menu, I don't think it's worth the $78 but for special occasions, it's OK. I just don't like the confusion of many menu, many prices, and not getting my own menu and get denied for something on the menu because I didn't pay enough.
