I backed into a large rock that caused a rattling noise. The mechanic I brought my car to said it was the muffler, but he didn't do muffler work. I came here because it was close to me. I'm very glad I brought my car here as the gentleman who helped me (appears to be the owner?) was ready to help me, fixed my car fast and I've had no trouble since. The price was more than reasonable too. He didn't try to scare me into work that wasn't necessary (which has happened before at other places). He was honest and to the point. I highly recommend this place. read more

not only was the service extremely fast, I was given a price about 5 times cheaper than another muffler shop I checked. I got a muffler attached after a muffler delete and was told the actuator part I needed and got it attached. this has to be the best muffler shop in LA. read more

I came to get an exhaust on my truck after talking to him over the phone. He told me a price then he drove my truck inside drove over the jacks and then told me the price is going to be $150 more than what he said on the phone after driving two hours there horrible service do not come here. read more

I brought my car in today to get my Cadillac converter installed. I called ahead of time to see If he could fit me in and he did. I had just bought this car and didn't know it had many problems. I brought my car here as it's the closest shop in my area and had good reviews. The price was really inexpensive and the quality was great as well. It was done within an hour which was great since I have a tight schedule. Overall really recommend this shop. The owner is really trustworthy and does not overcharge like other shops. Called to inquire about protection for my catalytic converter, Jack said to bring my car over so he could look at it. Yesterday morning I brought my car to him he told me he didn't have the materials he would need for the job but to come back after 2. I did & he fixed me up while I waited. I was referred to Jack by West Valley Service Center. I have a brand new 2017 F-150 XLT Supercrew 4x2. Every shop wanted to re-do the piping an do a Cat Back exhaust system that would've cost over $1k. Jack examined the truck - used my existing stock piping and replaced the muffler. I now have a new truck that sounds like a muscle truck and was very cost effective. I was in and out in less than an hour. Thank you Jack for the efficient and quality work. read more

I chose this place based in the Yelp and Google reviews. I called and Jack answered the phone, he was straight forward and answered my questions. He had an opening right at that moment and asked me to come right away. I needed my catback exhaust system installed. He has a modest shop with 1 lift and it was neat and well kept. Had my Catalytic Converter stolen so purchased a California legal replacement cat and took it to Golden Muffler to weld up. the owner/operator was professional, knew what he was doing and did some beautiful welds all for an extremely reasonable price. Great little muffler shop to get the job done. The owner is very pleasant to to talk to and is proud of his work. I came here to have a resonator removed from the exhaust system and replaced with a straight pipe. I called ahead and told him I would be there at 12pm. By 12:20pm I was out the door. Prior to lowering the car back to the ground he asked me to look at his work. That surprised me since most mechanics and the alike prefer not to deal with any criticism, positive or negative for that regard. He gave me his business card, which on the reverse said next time you come in with the card you get 20% off. So make sure you get one of these! Price is above average from what I read elsewhere, but I relied on the Yelp system to guide me to a trustworthy business. It didn't fail me. read more
