They work quite productively, followed my labels, and put boxes at my desired locations in the new house which saves me a lot of effort when unpacking. They have been careful when moving furnitures. I asked them to help swap refrigerators as well but we found out one of the refrigerator didn't fit the room at the last minute which caused some problems. We should measure the size before swapping. The movers arrived late and caused significant damage to our property, including furniture, walls, flooring, our brand-new refrigerator, and a brand-new dining table. Communication from Jerome was extremely poor. He repeatedly stated he had "a lot going on" and other moves to handle. Rather than filing an insurance claim, he promised to send someone to repair the damage. The person he sent arrived with only a chalk stick for the walls and confirmed the damaged furniture could not be repaired. We paid $600 for this move, only to later discover this business is fraudulent. Jerome has reportedly shut down multiple companies and has issues with the California Franchise Tax Board. He has since blocked both my husband and me on all platforms. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which has attempted to contact him three times with no response. Please use extreme caution before hiring this mover.

This was almost 2 months later had I not checked my account they would have had the payment and I would have lost out on a large amount of money. I even referred this company to a few of my friends and they decided to go another way.... Good thing! I will NEVER REFER anyone to A2B moving company or use them again and if you're moving really research the company before you use. The reason I am making this review is because when I talked to the owner she wasn't sympathetic she said to me it was a very minor mistake.
