They were doing a good job initially but just didn't think it through as they filled the POD and I paid the price for not having a 2nd person watching them while I was busy. They also ran out of moving wrap (which they say they provide) and it became my problem since several of my lamp shades got dirty and dented from the move not to mention a few dented boxes. Unfortunately, at the end I was very disappointed with the low level of care and how the senior mover started taking calls and left the other mover working alone for a while. They had the nerve to charge me for 3 hours when it was barley 3 hours! If they had continued the way they started the job could have been completed in 2 or 2.5 hours at best!

My husband and I are excellent packers so when the crew (usually just two guys) shows up we are ready to start moving boxes to the truck. We carry a lot of the boxes, ourselves to speed up the process and reduce our costs due to hourly pricing. I think the price for this company is pretty hard to beat and we've had a really good experience every time with no damage to any of our belongings. Their office staff is also extremely accommodating and professional. I recommend them to anyone I know.

Probably $1,000 worth of damage and not a hint of ownership on the issues at hand. The CEO is not taking ANY responsibility for the damages. No return on emails or phone calls. We will be sharing photos of all the damaged items shortly on social media. For example, a $5000 TV was wrapped in one cardboard wrapper with x4 boxes loaded on top of it. Totally unacceptable.

I then had to search for trucks in other cities and found one available in Pleasanton at a similar price. However, he was not willing to go to Pleasanton to pick it up due to the extra distance and fuel cost. I even offered to cover the additional mileage cost, but he still refused and suggested that I go pick up the truck myself. I would not recommend this company for moving services. They do not have their own trucks and rely on third-party companies like U-Haul or Budget. If their reservation gets canceled, they are not willing to make alternative arrangements or pick up a truck from another location.

So I fly up to the house to meet them in less than 15 minutes to find they left to take their lunch break without any communication. When they did finally show up, they spent the entire 50 mins of work whining and complaining about the weight of my furniture and the tight packing of my POD (that was completed by real professionals). Repeatedly asked me if there was anything glass or breakable in boxes so they could just apathetically toss stuff around and carelessly arrange it. Uhhhh, how about you treat someone else's property like it's all fragile/breakable/important to the paying customer?!? What a profound concept. They didn't smartly arrange the space we had to store our property. If they weren't whining about the weight, they were whining that they had to make it all fit in a one car garage. Thankfully it won't be stored long, otherwise I'd be having to find new professionals to fix their mess. Finally, on the last piece of furniture, they decide to bust out a small dolly. It's not your customer's fault if you choose to do things unergonomically, unsafely, and irresponsibly. They then demanded that they still be paid in full despite their inability to follow through on our original agreement, putting me under a very stressful time crunch due to their excessive tardiness. They wanted to claim they'd cut me a deal for my future moving needs, but that is such a laughable prospect, I couldn't even bring myself to acknowledge such a ridiculous suggestion. These movers saw 3 young ladies struggling with this table then proceeded to yell at us that we were "doing it wrong" in wonderful Irish accents. These 2 men stopped what they were doing to help us carry the table down our 12-step staircase with humorously begrudging flare while saying that we should leave a review in lieu of payment.
