Stopped by on 8/3/2026 and service is still slow if you dine in that I had to ask our server if he could check on our order and give us an update. We finally got our food and it was yummy. Food: Rice Melody - Adobo flavor. It had Mango, 2 eggs, lechon, tomato and rice with adobo. Lumpiang Sariwa The Rice Melody was unbelievably delicious. Just as I remembered it. Flavorful but the lechon and adobo was a bit big in size. I wish it was cut smaller. Still good. I didn't like the sauce they gave me (lechon sauce.) I asked for the vinegar soy sauce sauce which is strange as whenever I ate this dish, I was always given the vinegar soy sauce and not mang tomas. Regardless, still good but I took 3/4 of my dish home. The lumpiang Sariwa was refreshing. It was good but the only negative for me was the sauce. It was too sweet and I was not a fan of it. The Karioka is always a HIT. I will return just for that and thank you to Georgina (I think that was her name) for her pleasant personality. A warm siopao and a refreshing halo-halo immediately came to mind, and as always, Goldilocks was the first place I thought of. This branch has been part of the Filipino community for many years, and walking through the doors brings a sense of familiarity and comfort. While the restaurant has remained largely unchanged over the years, it still carries that nostalgic feeling that keeps people coming back. The staff deserves recognition. Everyone I encountered was attentive, courteous, and genuinely willing to help. I had the worst pancit of my life here. The meat had a greenish discoloration, which is extremely concerning and completely unacceptable. I couldn't tell if it was spoiled or moldy, but either way it was clearly not safe to eat. It was seriously disgusting. Food safety should be a priority, and serving food in this condition is unacceptable. I immediately stopped eating it. Anyway, they were very polite and quick in getting orders and in delivering them to the table. I'm definitely going back for their food! I was by myself so I ordered only two dishes. They came and the portions are huge! Five people could have shared them and get full! The crispy and flavorful pork binagoogan is a must try. There's eggplant in it, fresh tomatoes and onions, and diced mango. It was delicious! Also, the chicken inasal shouldn't be overlooked. It's big, crispy on the outside and soft and tasty on the inside. They even give you a big bottle of Jufran Banana ketchup so you can have unlimited sauce for it. Everything is reasonably priced. You can also buy cakes, native delicacies, breads, etc at the bakery area inside the restaurant. Oh, they even gave me a free ensaymada which is one of their most popular types of bread. Thank you very much! The restaurant is clean and not cramped. It's properly ventilated and there's no annoying loud music. It's in a shopping complex so you'll find plenty of space for parking. During COVID-19 as of March 2021: You definitely cannot get this in the east coast, so I was excited to know that Goldilocks is in Las Vegas! Goldilocks is a popular chain in the Philippines well known for their polvoron and other bakery goods. When I found out they were on Doordash, I did a pickup order for some adobong pork, bam-i, and buko pandan. They have a decently large selection of traditional Filipino dishes, desserts, and drinks and a side wall of pandesal, mamon, bibingka, puto, and other delectable Filipino pastries. Like any Goldilocks in the Philippines, it's family friendly so expect groups to dine in here. (It can get paaacked.) The pork adobo and bam-i was expected. The bam-i was well-worth the price as it is a hefty portion for more than 2 people. The pork was tender and luckily we were full from the noodles, so we had lots of leftovers. My favorite was the buko pandan; they gave us a good amount of jellies over the amount of coconut strips. Overall, if you've never had Goldilocks and want to try traditional Filipino fare, visit this spacious location. There is ample parking in the complex. Pickup was fast, although online there was no option for me to choose what meat I wanted for my adobo.
