Their scale showed my bracelet at only 17.26 grams, and they tested it as 18K gold, even though I know for a fact that it is 21K gold. Based on their results, they offered me only $2,200. I then went to another pawn shop in Arlington Heights, where my bracelet weighed 25.7 grams and I was offered $2,600. The large difference in both the weight and offer raised serious concerns for me.
