The staff was extremely friendly and the deals were unbelievable! I immediately signed up for their VIP membership program. I love that I was able to get 2 pair of leggings for $24 to start and for a little over $50 per month I can get whole set! The products are well made and really cute! They have many size options and styles. I also love that I have the option to skip a month, and not be charged, if I don't want to purchase. I also love the sales and prices offered to VIP's. One thing for sure, I'll never go back to paying $98 for a pair of leggings again.

Than brought me different type and brand of shoes to try! Never once tried to push a product or just make a sale. There were more costumers in the store and one could tell they are more interested in giving you as much knowledge and answering all your questions than pushing you to just buy something! They seem to take a lot of pride on what they do and that makes you feel good about walking into a store like that. I ended up buying a pair of running shoes, socks and a sole insert that goes with my specific foot arch. Probably the most comfortable running shoes I have ever had, hope it will make a difference! Don't think twice about walking in there, even if you never jogged or worked out before, they will take their time to put you on the FIT machine that analyzes everything about your feet and show you the perfect shoes, and most importantly, let you make the final decision based on their advice and expertise! They busier than normal for evening but were all very pleasant and walked us through the process of getting signed up and going for the fitting. Maggie listen to all my needs and treated like a queen. She made sure I was 1000% sure with my shoe purchase. They had a nice selection of brands to choose from. The pricing was fair and I even qualified for a health care worker discount. The other two young ladies working that even were amazing as well. They all communicated exceptionally to make this shopping experience everything I needed and more. I can't wait to shop at fleet feet in the near future. We needed some help, but there was nobody around. We went to the register, the lady admittedly said she didn't j ow how the Tilly hat adjusted. At $95.00, happy to get it, however, he wasn't quite comfortable with how to adjust it. We went back to loo, at others, I showed him another brand, it seemed easier for him to adjust. It was lighter fabric, covered his ears, and he was comfortable with it. We went to purchase it, the line had one register person and was 6 people deep. They finally called others to check people out. This helped. The store is pricey, no help and long wait at 10:45 am on a Wednesday. It offered no value that I couldn't get online next time. We could've easily ordered a few and returned what we didn't like. I love to support retail brick and mortar, but this experience does not provide a reason with no customer Service and a waste of time! The store was clean. That is a plus. Another plus, getting there at 10 a.m. when they open, parking is reasonable.

He was very helpful, professional and cared about satisfying our request and would not allow us to purchase anything that would not satisfy our needs. We appreciated his thoughtfulness and kindness. We picked up our boat two weeks ago and upon arrival, Pete introduced himself and gave us the King and Queen tour of our new purchase. Two terrible experiences with the marine service and parts department yesterday…read more 1) On Tuesday I called about getting a PWC battery. I was told to call ahead of time so they can add acid and charge up the battery, no problem. I was told the battery was $172 (before taxes, etc). I called the next day to order the battery and when I picked it up I was charged $203 (before taxes, etc.) I told the salesperson that I was told the battery was $172, he didn't care, he charged me $203. 2) They add 3% if you use a credit card, but not if you use a debit card or pay by check. No problem, I get it, but I told them you should let people know ahead of time (I would have brought a debit card), the salesperson said "sometimes" we tell the customer (huh?), the salesperson could care less. The salespeople's attitude was that they didn't care at all that they screwed this customer. I'm afraid they have lost a longtime and repeating (PWC and ski package) customer. Maybe business is so good they don't care about customers.

From personal experience, it is safe to say that this store is noticeably more exquisite than the flagship store in New Orleans -- one of the highest grossing locations in the nation. In fact, and indeed in my limited experience, only the NYC stores trump this BB in both decor and inventory. My only regret is the seemingly limited store hours. That being said, if one wants Brooks Brothers, one waits for Brooks Brothers. That is just the way it is -- and ought to be. Grade: A
