The course is beautiful with a fun and challenging layout. A lot of different looks, with varying dog legs and elevation changes. Greens and fairways were in great condition, and a number of holes had picturesque tee shots. There a handful of blind tee and fairway shots so playing with someone familiar with the course was a huge help. The cart girl came by a few times during the round. In order to get ice, you have to buy something from the bar. The starter held people accountable to tee off on their scheduled time, so make sure to show up on time. The unisex bathrooms around the course were pretty gross, had stains on the floor and smelled. There is GPS on the cart, but it's pretty outdated. Note: Cell service on the entire course is non-existent and the WiFi provided wasn't very reliable. read more

Course maintenance team is at the top of their game! Another great round played, friendly staff in the clubhouse remains a good start. Starter team are all hilarious guys, makes the day more fun. Reminder that carts CAN be taken to the parking lot, big win (I'm tired after a round, don't want to haul all that gear). Carts have no coolers but there are ball washers on several holes, something not always seen. Best of all? Played 18 in FOUR HOURS! Thats my kind of round. Five star golf course! A beautiful but frigid day at Crosscreek last weekend. Super fun course tucked away in the hills of temecula. Little to no cell phone service (i had none) which means you can check out and just play your game. Our group of seven (split among two tee times) moved through the course quickly and I think the way they spaced out the tee times helped. The tee times are on the mid to high end price wise but you definitely get what you pay for which is not always the case! When the weather warms up we will be back! In other news which may be important to some...the beverage cart showed up twice during our round once on the front and once on the back. No bevvie cart can be a deal breaker for some so...take that as you will. read more

Difficult and challenging, but beautiful. Course was in decent shape for winter golf, but the course Marshall is what ruined the round. He was a jerk and had very poor etiquette, driving up on us multiple times and suggesting we were the reason the course was backed up, but there was a 6 some ahead of us. We stood at 4-5 tee boxes for over 10 minutes each. Very unpleasant person. read more

This is our favorite golf spot in Temecula. We come here about twice a week to bring our family and friends and seriously love it. This place is always kept well maintained and clean. The views are amazing and the course is pretty solid. The staff are always super friendly, can't recommend this place enough. read more

Nice course layout Nice greens Rest of course conditions needs improvement We were in a blind spot on the fairway and the 4some behind us hit a tee shot that hit the inside of our cart window on a fly then bounced around while my wife was in the cart. It wasn't the golfers fault. The course has monitors on the cart that tell you when it's clear to hit. We were often given the clear signal from the monitor when we could see that golfers were in front of us. I reported the incident to the front desk (cart getting hit and monitors not working) The front desk only said "we know they don't work" and then asked for the cart number so they could report the damage to the cart. Awful food service. Waited 25 minutes to get 4 plain Hotdogs after we placed our order. . No chips, fries or condiments. Just hotdogs. We had to let one 4some pass. read more

We chose The Oaks at Cross Creek venue for my husband's celebration of life. We could not be more pleased with the beautiful location and the compassionate and extremely competent staff. Blake, the food and beverage manager went out of his way to make this emotional day as easy on us as possible. We had 130 guests for the ceremony followed by delicious food and beverage. Amazing views. 7/10 challenging par 4 (on average) course. You get the hills, slopes, and tight fairways, but all worth the phenomenal views. This course boasts their huge acreage of land with valleys in the middle of the fairway. Actually, I should stop describing this place because I'm not doing it any Justice. It's absolutely stunning here with enough idyllic spots to enjoy every hole. Tee up and enjoy! The value is also incredible. I got twilight for $32 for 18 holes. Now, I didn't finish all 18 because my tee time was 5::30pm. I recommend arriving at 4pm to finish all 18. Downside, I must PSA this, no phone signal for Verizon users very big deal. read more

One of the worst golf experiences I've had in a while. 1:20 on a random Wednesday, course was not very booked at all and 9 holes took almost 2.5 hours. Not sure what the deal is with pace of play here but standing over your ball for 5 mins before each shot is not fun. pretty disgusting that they charge $50 instead of $35 even with jc 20/30 for these conditions. will not be returning here if the course doesn't improve and prioritize pace of play. should've asked for my money back. read more

5-1/2 Hour round- ridiculous!! They obviously overbook weekend tee times. Some holes had 4 groups on them. Saw ranger for the first time on the 14th hike. Great guy but asked me what I thought the problem was! He thought maybe people were playing the wrong tees. read more

At $90 a person the green fees are way to high given the courses poor condition. We got rained out after three holes and the management team said they weren't giving any rain checks. This was genuinely the worst corse and experience I've had on a golf course. First of all they didn't let me drive a cart even though I am 17 and have a license. I can deal with walking but the course layout was so bad I couldn't help mention it. Another thing is the grass was horrible, I don't think I took a divot the whole round and there are several spots they are completely dead. Which is why it's confusing that they charge $150 for an adult and $60 for me. This course is way too expensive for the quality of golf that they provide and I will not be returning. The one good thing about the course is the burger but it still doesn't deserve a second star. read more

Just played here today on June 12th 2023. 11am tee time. Some holes have narrow fairways, a few have wide open fairways but you still want to draw or fade no slicing your driver. Scenery was nice you can pretty much drive your cart next to wineries grapevines. Cart girl was out saw her several times she was nice and pretty. Driving range was next to starting booth but in my opinion the buckets of balls were too expensive. read more

The scenery is spectacular. I wish I could say the same for the golf course. This course needs some TLC. The greens are tricked up to the point of goofy golf. The fairways are like concrete. Don't worry about filling divots, taking one will result in a wrist injury! Some TLC would make this place a gem. The carts are old and not well maintained. Be very careful on the downhills. It's cheap but you get what you pay for. read more

We booked a back to back tee times with a trip planned down to Temecula for a friends going away party weekend. 3 days before, they call us and lets us know that we shouldn't have been able to book those time online because they had a tournament. They said we can play but it won't be til 4:00pm. Really disappointing. They mentioned they might send me a discount coupon but never heard from them again. read more

Five stars for Cross Creek! This is by far the best course in Temecula. I honestly don't understand how anyone can play here and leave a bad review. The staff here is always amazing and happy, love everyone in the pro shop to the starters and greens keepers! The cart girl (who's name I can't remember) is always so sweet and helpful, the girls under the beverage/food tent are also amazing! Especially Shelby!! She deserves a raise! Shelby gave the best service I've ever had at a course and by far makes the best bloody Mary's I've ever had in my life. If you want a Bloody Mary ask for Shelby! Both carts died mid round... if you want to spend 6 hours on a round of golf, this is your spot.

It doesn't look like a tough course but in reality it's quite tricky as you can lose a handful of balls as you don't want to venture outside of the fairway (poison oak, bushes, large trees, and ravines). We had a nice time during the work week. Very mellow on top of mountain with rolling hills. Price is good and fair. They doing some renovation on the 18th hole. Verizon service is non existent. It picked up a bar at one of the back nine. So if you want to stay off grid and not worry about being in touch with the world this is the place. :) read more
