    Stonehouse Course

Another great round at TV today! This time it was the Oaks course (Stonehouse closed for reseeding). Beautiful conditions. Well maintained, challenging but playable. Love the open fairways. Water only in play on the closing hole, but sand 'o plenty Staff always pleasant, making an even better day. Well done TC! Consider membership, it's well worth it. Inquire within clubhouse for more info.

My friends and I had a great time here today. Weather was nice, so we went to the driving range to practice. Price of a large bucket is only $24, small is $8. Service was excellent. The store has a large selection of items and worth looking into the Golf shop.

What's not to love about this course? 27 holes. If you want to play a nice, practice round hit creek and oaks. If you want to challenge yourself (and lose a few balls) play stonehouse. Owned and ran by Pechanga, they have a superior level of service and the rounds move well. I have played several times here and love it. You can play an inexpensive twilight round or get a good midweek rate. Also, their membership is a steal. Big upfront, but several free rounds including one at Journey ($200 value alone). The course is always in good condition. Greens are straightforward. Fairways are groomed and open. Thanks to El Niño this year (2023) it can get a little soggy in some low areas, but that's less than 1% of the course. Cork and fire is also the best way to finish a round!

Course in bad shape! No water on course during a Sept. 5 , scga four ball tournament and temperatures reached 108 as we quit after 9 holes.

She wanted to see if he'd be interested too. And she was tickled that he enjoyed it so much. The interior is no frills and very clean. There is a waiting area for observation. The instructor/owner was very patient & encouraging providing tips to improve his swing & grip. It was apparent it had a positive outcome. My daughter was amazed at how much he had progressed from the first lesson. My grandson absolutely enjoys it and he hit the ball really well. I was so proud of him. I can tell he has a great rapport with his instructor. My daughter wants to continue these lessons as long as my grandson desires. As his grandma (I may be biased) I came away impressed.

It's nice to be able to have schedule a lesson after work when the driving ranges are closing or just getting out of the heat to enjoy some air conditioned swings. The TrackMan simulator is so great for dialing in club distances and the data helps to easily figure out how to address any issues. I have improved so much in a short amount of time and it shows on the scorecards. I would recommend GolfIn Team to anyone considering lessons... you'll love it. Thanks Coach Brandon! 5 STARS!!!

Unfortunately, the room I received absolutely did not justify the price. I was placed in one of the older, cabin-style rooms, and it was extremely disappointing. The room felt dingy and dirty and had a very unpleasant musty smell. There was really nothing inviting or appealing about it. I also arrived in the evening, and the lack of outdoor lighting made it surprisingly difficult to even find my room. At check-in, the front desk simply confirmed my reservation, handed me a map, pointed me in the general direction, and sent me on my way. Considering how dark and confusing the property was at night, that was not very helpful. There was also no room service or convenient way to order food to the room, which added to the disappointment. Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay, and I would not return. The only reason I'm giving it one star is because they had availability on New Year's Eve and the location was convenient for getting to Pechanga Casino. Other than that, I can't recommend it.

I was told I needed to wear a collared shirt just to hit balls at the driving range--something I've never encountered at any range. This is not a Country Club nor was I playing a round on the actual course. There was also no place outside to set golf clubs, so I brought mine inside, only to be scolded by an employee in a way that was rude and completely unnecessary. It was embarrassing and unprofessional. The tone and treatment I received were disrespectful from the start. I left feeling singled out and uncomfortable, and I can't ignore the possibility that I was being unfairly profiled. To make matters worse, the facility itself is run down and poorly maintained, which makes the strict attitude toward customers even more ridiculous. I work for a prominent golf brand and have spent a lot of time at courses and ranges--this was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I have been in the golf industry for 25 years. I will absolutely be sharing this experience with others. Avoid this place if you expect even basic respect as a customer. TCI will continue to get my business as well as all of my golf connections.

A few are still floating around, but not in the black color or size I wanted. I called several golf shops who didn't have any (or were not willing to look) and was even willing to drive from Menifee to Golf Mart in Escondido. I intentionally avoided Roger Dunn because I'd experienced being ignored by the staff last year--similar to what Charles D. described in his 7/26 review AND because of Charles D. review and others like it. After striking out everywhere else, I decided to give Roger Dunn one more chance. That's when I met Jacob, and everything changed. Jacob showed me the grips they had in stock (right color, wrong size), then immediately started working to solve the problem. He called another store that had a few of the grips and arranged to have them transferred to the Temecula store the very next day. When they arrived, they turned out to be the wrong color. No problem--Jacob spent another 15-20 minutes (insisted on) calling two more stores trying to track down exactly what I wanted. In the end, he couldn't find the exact match, so I had him install the grip that had been transferred. It was close enough, and I left happy. To the management and staff at Roger Dunn: this is what customer service looks like. You're one bad experience away from having someone drive from Menifee to Escondido just to buy a $12 golf grip or, you're one great employee away from selling a $500 used driver (sadly couldn't justify the expense) I discovered while Jacob was making calls. Jacob went the extra mile. He was professional, persistent, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right solution--even for a single $12 grip. Shout out to Jacob. Thank you Roger Dunn. I'll definitely be back.
