We requested the photo booth services from Party Rockin Productions but unfortunately my cousin was never able to capture those great memories because they NEVER showed up to the event! This was truly unacceptable and angered everyone involved in the birthday production. I had to reach out to Mike on several occasions, prior to the event, only to receive no response. I should've of know better, that when the business does not take the effort to reach out to a client, I should've start looking around again... but I gave them the benefit of doubt, hoping that I would be treated with respect as a customer. The day of the event, I finally was able to get hold of Mike in the morning and he had said, "No problem, I will make sure someone is available to arrive to your event and we'll even come by early to set up. I will come by later to set the program and make sure everything is running." Yet alas, no one was to be found nor did anyone show up! I never received a call, text, or FB message. The reservation system online is super easy to use (with no deposit required) and subsequent communication with Zeb professional, responsive, and accommodating. I ended up adding tables and chairs to the bounce house and changing the quantity until the day before and Zeb made updates as we went along. In addition, he changed the pricing for me to the package deal in order to be more price efficient (thank you!!). An email confirmation went out approximately a week before my event, and Zeb did a final evening before the event call confirmation as well. (To be finished...)
