They let us know when we're running low on supplies and they really go the extra mile noticing the details, which we appreciate. I really like that they offer special services like deep cleans as well as refresh options on top of their regular cleaning for good pricing. Her team manages a number of Airbnbs in the area, so I'm always impressed by how quickly they can turnover our homes in time for guests to arrive, even during busy tournament/festival times. We live in British Columbia, Canada, and recently…read morerented a unit from Best Rental Properties at Palm Desert Resort Country Club for the month of November 2022. The owner insisted it be paid in CASH and we sent him a bank draft as we are in Canada, for $4800 US - that in itself should have alerted us to a problem! We knew that it was non-refundable under the specific rental conditions. A week before we were due to be in the unit, my husband had a medical emergency (ended up in ER) and was told by our doctor not to travel. The owner said that if he was able to rent the same unit for any amount of time during the one month that we had booked it for, he would refund us that amount. Great. No problem. He said he would list it again. He never did! Then he put another renter (who asked to be moved closer to a pool because their unit wasn't as well located, and thereby making the unit that we had rented now "unavailable." So now he was making it harder to rent any other unit other than the one our contract was for. Instead of showing any kind of compassion or "doing the right thing," he has continually said that he will not refund us any portion of our paid amount. In our numerous email exchanges (where I have been nothing but polite and to the point), he chose to swear and use derogatory language. What kind of business owner does that?? We would have even been happy with half our rental money returned, but no, he is keeping the entire amount for himself even though the unit we rented had actually been "rented." We filed a complaint with the BBB, and are still in that process. We have seriously considered taking this man to small claims court, but that would be another added expense for me to fly down from British Columbia, stay in a hotel, all the while having my husband not being able to fly and still ill. As it is, we have lost $4800 already (apparently he is returning our $500 security deposit, but after over a month, that has not yet been returned!). I hope no one else ever rents with this company as you are taking a huge risk with your money!

You walk in and there are things to do from little kid toys, to arcades, and a pool table. TV works well and the couches are comfortable. Would highly recommend this cabin for 2-3 families comfortably. 4th family could work also if people are ok sleeping on the couches. (I would be!)

Today I want to give a shout out to the excellent facilities management as experienced this morning when I had a stuck garbage disposal and Alvin came to my rescue and quickly restored it to functioning. When I arrived, Chico helped with getting my sliding glass door unlocked. Alfred, Broddy and Jesus were all helpful with a washer malfunction on another day. Also excellent, Erica, who cleans the common areas around the units and brought me an extra sheet when I needed one. You will find a stay at Desert Breezes relaxing and stress free due to the attentive staff. Fernanda, Jocelyn and especially Erica at the front desk were all great and made me feel well taken care of. She worked tirelessly to hook us up with the trip of a lifetime. My husband is half Croatian so this was a first time bucket list visit and we hope to return again someday soon. Inez is Croatian and spends her time there and in LA. Seriously flawless. We are fairly well traveled and I can honestly say this trip came off without a hitch. We were so incredibly fortunate that nothing went wrong and everything was perfect. When does this ever happen? Especially when traveling abroad! Everyone we dealt with provided exceptional service. We visited several different cities, Zadar, Zagreb, Split, Hvar and Dubrovnik. We had personal drivers to take us to each city and private tour guides who showed us some amazing sites. Both the drivers and guides were awesome. So warm and engaging and super professional. They were all about making us feel completely taken care of. It really comes across as so sincere that the Croatians want you to have the best time ever. We had a long drive one night after and day of sightseeing in the sun so we were very tired. When we got to Split, in my fatigue, I accidentally left my hat in the car. My new handmade $400 hat my husband just bought for me and this amazing hat shop in Zadar. I was crushed. When I called the company to see if they could send it to me in the US, they did one better, they jumped through serious hoops to hook up with another driver going to the next town we were in to rendezvous a pickup. We were beyond impressed! The level of service was absolutely outstanding! These people really care that you're having the time of your life and want to make it a truly memorable experience. All the hotels and restaurants we experienced were wonderful. We are very fortunate we were able to spend $$$$ on the trip, but they have all sorts of packages they can put together for all budgets. We went first class all the way to celebrate my husband's 60 birthday there. It was a very luxurious adventure with 5 star hotels and all the cars we traveled in were Mercedes Benz. The people of Croatian are so lovely and inviting. It's an extraordinarily beautiful country so rich in culture and history. It's also super inexpensive once you arrive! We had a glass of wine and a beer at a gorgeous restaurant with an epic view and the bill was $4 in US currency! Of course there are numerous fine dining establishments that Adventure Croatia can facilitate for you. They have all the hookups and make excellent recommendations. When we go back again, we may not go super high end like we did on this trip, but we will absolutely use them again to plan another trip. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
