I was referred to this place by friends and my sister who had her car worked on by this shop a couple weeks ago. I was told to ask for Hoss. I walked in, asked for Hoss, and explained my problem. He took my keys, walked away, and said he'll have someone take a look at it. No worries... I don't mind waiting. I understand when you deal with busy shops there is typically a lot of movements. I waited for about 15 minutes before I had to track down Hoss and ask him for my keys back. Explained to him I had someone blocked in who was trying to leave. I could tell they were busy and even suggested I come back later (even though he started helping another customer who came in after me). He gave me back my keys and snapped... telling me they might be closed and they don't do the back and forth and then clapped and told me if I was going to leave then just leave. Bro... wtf. I'm a grown ass man. I'm always respectful and courteous. I thought by me coming back was doing them a favor. Lol. Hoss is a definition of an asshole who is probably overwhelmed or hates his job. The owner and manager, Hoss, is a very friendly and accommodating man. I brought my 2018 Nissan Versa in to repair about four small, dents clustered together on my hatchback on one on the bumper. Hoss gave me an estimate of $850-$900, which he held to. He told me it would take several days but couldn't be exact. However, Hoss lent me his Toyota Prius to drive, free of charge! I had to put gasoline into the Prius but I didn't mind, in fact I filled it up as thanks to Hoss. I truly was grateful to Hoss as I needed a car to drive to work. Hoss and his technicians finished the repairs in three days, shorter than expected. I examined the repairs. It was all good. one plastic piece on the hatchback was slightly loose. I pointed it out to Hoss and he cheerfully had one of his techs tighten it up. Two of the small dents had been repaired but needed touch-up painting. Hoss cheerfully had it buffed out, no questions asked. I asked and Hoss had one of his techs reattach the holding cable to my gas tank cap, free of charge. I was happy with Hoss' friendly customer service attitude and accommodation. So I brought my Nissan Versa back the following week to have the hatchback lock replaced. The old one was worn out and would lock but not open. Hoss' tech replaced the hatchback lock in fifteen minutes. Hoss initially quoted $130 but the bill came out to $150. I paid it with no complaint because Hoss had previously loaned me his car without charging me. Plus his tech fixed my gas tank cap's holding cable for free. I would recommend going to Good Auto Repair since my experience was satisfactory. Just get your quote, estimated time of repair. Examine your repairs when finished. If you're not satisfied, make sure to point it out to Hoss so he can have it fixed on the spot. If you don't it's all on you. read more

The way they do auto repair, it is the worst place I could have ever went I have 1 problem when I went in , then 1 week later another problem when I called they were so rude saying I don't do work in that area so couldn't be from that then I still took it back for 2nd fix for it to be one of the worst experiences I've had with a man , yelling at me and saying my car has more problems because you had them but if you diagnosed it then you should have known all the problems well now it's been 3 weeks and I have an oil leak it's almost like he set it up this way because supposedly he cut me a deal but really it's all after market parts 1800$ and still my shits messed up ... 10/10 never refer or go here unless you want to pay to have a broken ass ride,and spit in your face from a crippled old man trying to defend his workers poor work!!! We left my car there overnight to get checked and the cost was going to be about $200-300 for a key issue. When I went to the location, a worker told me they had not even checked it correctly and it COULD be $350+ but could not give me an estimate. The owner was murmuring words under his breath and was being very rude. They just gave me my car keys back and refused to give me service due to a language barrier between English and Spanish. My car was taken to Good Auto 3 times back to back the first day I told him the problems I was experiencing which was misfiring and shutting off while driving and I explained after I drive 7or 8 miles I have these problem I only want you to find the problem why is my car shutting off and misfiring. This machanic said he will find the problem I left my car over night for 2 days and still have the same problem I took it back for the 3rd time no changes my car have the same problems I paid this machanic $350 not to fix what he wanted to fix I think if he's a machanic he should of found the problem of misfiring and shutting off that's what I paid him for, so I lost $350 after 3 days going back and forward to this machanic.I called his today to let him know I was having the same problems what can you do about it he said your car have lots of problems but he didn't do anything to solve the problem if he did why am I having the same issues.I'm not finish with his yet I'm taking him to court and writing the report about the poor job for $350 I paid for nothing resolved. He hooked me in by not charging co-payment on work Pais for with insurance (warranty). He said I needed new ac compressor and changed it out problem still existing. Final DX needed an air filter' $30. Traction Control light came on. He said Catalytic Converter. Traction light back on which is how I learned it's not catalytic converter. Changed Alternator. Had to see another mechanic to fix his serpentine belt mess after 4 belt issues, no more problems. Every repair he made on my car have all failed and requiring another visit to mechanic.
