Along comes Mac, a golden retriever... Mac, as a puppy, was all over the place. Has energy for days and wanted to play...where as Murphy was over it. Who knew that bringing these two together was going to require so much time and energy. Did some research and was given Ronnie's information. She provided such patience and time with my two furry friends, but more so to me. She explained information that I would have ever known. Sadly, Murphy and Mac wont be best buds...but we all now can live together. Ronnie explained how to best maximize both pups and my personality so that there would not be any fighting or hairpulling (on my part). Thank you so much and so honored to be there 1st to post a review for you.

When the whole family met him at the adoption center Bo seemed pretty chill and go with the flow. Upon bringing Bo home he exhibited signs of aggression. I knew right away that I needed professional help for Bo. I scoured Yelp for a positive reinforcement training program since it worked with our current dog. I came across Ronnie's listing and contacted her immediately. She was very personable and knowledgeable on our phone consult. I signed Bo and I up for the 4 lesson package deal. We learned the basic commands of sit and down, as well as, leash control. In between lessons, Ronnie was always available via email if I had any questions. Bo and I have completed our lessons and I have seen a huge difference in his disposition. He went from an aggressive dog to a dog that wants to be loved on and apt to learning. Bo and I will continue with additional lessons because a whole new world has opened up for him and there is so much to see and learn.

Raymond's training program was very thorough & we are very grateful for this program. Our dog Koda was 10 months old when he started the training program he had aggressive tendencies & would always require being carried into his kennel at night time for bed. When it came to walking our dog that wasn't even an option he wouldn't let us put a leash on his neck. After the training program with Raymond for five weeks, we saw significant changes. We were actually able to take him on walks & put a leash on him. When given a command he walks into his kennel without any issues. We highly recommend Raymond's training program.

Luna engaged in a lot of leash pulling and some reactivity when she would see other dogs. Luna is now able to walk calmly and does not overreact when another dog is around or near her. Nova is an anxious pup and her board and train helped her be exposed to public areas, while working on her obedience, learning to settle, gained more confidence in herself and does really well with leash walking. Raymond was thorough and explained things with care and patience on how to continue their training at home, answered any question and concerns we had and provided us with feedback when he had us practice the tools he used with our girls. Def would recommend and come back for extra support in the future if needed.

I called PS dog training and Ellen explained to me how it works. After everything was set up I dropped my boy off at her place for boot camp (yes boot camp lol - he stays with her for 2 weeks if you want that) Her house is in the middle of nowhere but it's really great out there. she has a little run for the smaller dogs and a bigger one for bigger dogs. she also has horses and geese and god knows what else :-) my little one is really scared of people but he didn't act up too bad with her (which is a great compliment) So after a week i wanted him back because....well i missed him :-) that was fine with her and we kept on with training in private sessions once a week. I don't know how it is now but back then she did it like that: you paid a set amount and she will work with you...well until the dog gets it. The next great thing: Boarding. Ellen takes her clients dogs for boarding. it's not cheap but also not really more expensive than others around. She even took our second puppy before he had all his shots (which means she had to keep him seperate from the others so he won't get sick - which she did. and it was HIGHLY appreciated. ) I was never worried when they were with her and they always got excited when they came to Ellen. Long story short - my dog has no perfect manners because I went back home during my husbands deployment and then we moved away from Cali. but if we would have had more time - heck I know she could have made a well behaved doog out of Stewie. He got a lot better (oh and geeez he learns SLOOOOOw lol) but the time was just too short to really accomplish everything we wanted. Ellen is a fun lady and she knows what she is talking about and the most important thing to me: she really cares about the dogs.

Why We Love It Here 1. Services Galore From full-service grooming to vaccination clinics that never charge a visit fee, Petco makes pet care easy and affordable for all our various (and continual) puppy needs. 2. Grooming: Tail Wags Guaranteed The ladies here are pawsome. While GSPs don't need a whole lot of grooming, we see our dogs' fluffier friends leave here tails wagging and owners smiling. 3. Training & Community Whether it's puppy classes or adult obedience, each of our pups--big, medium, and "will-sit-only-if-I'm-snacking" small--has thrived. And it's a comfort knowing they're learning from certified trainers. 4. Lastly, it warms my heart to see their pet adoptions. Knowing that local people are finding their new pals there and that the furry companions are getting a forever-home means the world to me and my children. My only frustation is that the lines can be a little long and it's not always easy to find help, but I try to remind myself that these people are not only caring for the community but also changing lives.

He's a…read morekind & loving male who was never taught commands but you could motivate him with treats, sometimes. I wanted a companion dog that I could take almost everywhere with me in private & public spaces. I soon became alarmed that my dog was not safe off-leash and around others whereas he sought attention from strangers and was "too much" around other dogs and they became aggressive due to his approach. On-leash was not good either; he would pull me like a cart and seemed unaware of me and my desire for us both to be "one team". My dog groomer saw my dog's potential and recommended Mr. Adrian Uribe at Ultimate K-9 Training and stated there was no other better trainer in the Coachella Valley. I had reached a personal fork in the road; return the dog or make the investment in Obedience Training. I chose the later and hired Adrian @ Ultimate K-9 Training, selecting the two week course (where he took my dog to his property without me there) and upon completion; my dog and I had a week of training together with Adrian, teaching the dog and I together at my home and a local dog park. Below please find "our achievements" A. I did not know all of the proper commands (although I thought I did, originally) and learned them via the final week of training with Adrian. He was very professional with me and I found myself challenged and eager to learn. B. My dog is now calmer but still loving. He obeys on command both; off-lease & on. My fear of him running into traffic or another home is now no longer a worry. My dog obeyed Adrian (he like him too) and also obeyed me; right from the completion of our training. C. My dog would get on my front room sofa & my bed while I was out; he no longer does that anymore. Thumbs up! D. Because of the proper Obedience Training; my dog enjoys completing commands and with me. He's now patient, waits and again he's more calm & enjoyable. E. Mr. Adrian Uribe is a professional, he shared video sequence training with me (via text & emails) while my dog was with him so that I could see my dog was safe, learning and his spirit was not broken. I could not be happier and this training gave me what I wanted; a well mannered (handsome) dog who I could enjoy, share, socialize with 100% happiness & confidence. "JOB WELL DONE; THANK YOU ADRIAN"

Our first, Paloma, is a 4 year old female Doberman Ashley has trained and boarded several times. Recently we had Ashley board Paloma and our newest rescue Paxie, a 9 month old female Doberman that was found on the streets eating out of trash cans and emaciated. Ashley's job was to train and care for both pups for a week while we traveled. We first had concerns with Ashley's attitude when we dropped our girls off. She was rushed, dismissive and never inquired about a training schedule. While we were on our trip we never received updates on their well-being until we saw Ashley posting IG stories calling Paxie "rude" "invasive" and "bullying". These words were used without context and without corrective behavior, it just appeared as ranting not training. Reminder, Paxie is only 9 months old and was abused, neglected and homeless her whole life before us. Later we observed on IG another local "trainer" that we did not hire had Paxie in her care. Ashley never notified or received permission from us to hand Paxie off to another person to care for. She then continued to use inappropriate name calling in a follow up email to us after we asked for an update on Paxie's training during her boarding time (see attachment). This has been very hurtful, disappointing and unprofessional. Our rescue dogs mean everything and we entrusted Ashley to care for them, not have an attitude because Paxie wasn't fitting into her "way of doing things". She talks about her approach being "relationship based". Relationships take patience, care, understanding and empathy. Not name calling and disrespect to clients that have supported Ashley's business for years. Mind you, do your research and confirm Ashley's "credited dog training". Thank you for reading this.
