The most adorable cookie shop in the neighborhood! Hello Robin is a small storefront right across from Bellevue Downtown Park. It's just big enough for a case of cookies and a takeout counter. They have a small and thoughtful selection of cookies- all the classics and a few fun flavors! I opted for the classic Chocolate Chip Cookie and WOAH! Do not underestimate this cute shop. Worthy of the cost per cookies cause it not just an ordinary sugar creation. It's a sensuous treat that makes me smile and quiver between my thighs with each nibble. This location in Bellevue, WA is very small, with just enough indoor space for a person to peruse the small selection of cookies and purchase, taking it back outside. It has three locations in the Seattle area, with this location being the newest, just opening in early 2026. Pricing is pretty simple and there under 10 flavors available, with cookies being $2.65 and s'more being $3.15. Got a classic chocolate chip, s'more, and salted butterscotch. Coming here has inspired me to find the best cookies in Washington. Food: (4/5) The selection was pretty bare since we came a little before closing. We got the last birthday cake and butterscotch cookies, and one chocolate chip. Upon first impressions, they were definitely smaller than most cookies I've had from other places. Not a problem really. The chocolate chip cookie was an easy 10/10- small but powerful and is probably my fav chocolate chip so far. It was buttery, decadent, and soft on the inside. The butterscotch one could've been better if it wasn't covered in salt. I think whoever finished it off with flaky salt that day went heavy handed because there was A LOT. But underneath, it reminded me of butter beer! Lastly, the birthday cake was our least favorite because it just didn't have much taste compared to the other two. Beyond excited to have this spot right across from inspiration playground. A bit dangerous to have them in Bellevue now as I'll be eating their cookies all summer long while I keep track of my kiddos at the park. It's a cute little shop, no seats or bathrooms, just stop by for your cookies and keep it moving. Luckily bathrooms aren't far (right by the parking lot for the park). Staff was friendly and helpful. Cookies are dangerously delicious. My favorite was the brown butter snickerdoodle. My kids loved the ones with the sprinkles. read more

I WANNA GIVE THIS 10 STARS! oh boy the smell was what drew me to this plc. also saw it on tiktok! for a small corner store, hello robin had LOTS TO OFFER. not all cookies r created the same. salting cookies makes all the difference. they were crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside, soft but not mushy or falling apart in ur hands. gooey chocolate but it doesn't leave ur hands messy. 1. each cookie is $2.50. the s'mores is worth the EXTRA $0.50. it has the crunch of the graham, the stretchy sticky marshmallow, and the rich gooey chocolate. Wahoo finally a cookie place that does not carry nuts. All the cookies are NUT free. I was so excited that I did my happy dance inside the store. So many variety to choose from. I ended up with chocolate chip and birthday cookies for Mother's Day celebration and enjoyed them with my coffee this morning. Both cookies were perfect not overly sweet, chocolate chip was yummy and soft and birthday cookies were just right. Both very tasty and I can't wait to go back to try other flavors. Hello, Bellevue - we finally have a Hello Robin! I just love that all these Seattle-based businesses are planting seeds on the eastside, with Hello Robin being one of these wonderful businesses! I was so stoked to learn that Hello Robin has finally opened up a spot in Bellevue, making it all the easier to get my favorite cookies where I live! I love Hello Robin. The cookies are perfectly delicious and are made with love. My favorite is the Mackles'mores, which is a take on a s'mores cookies as it's a cookie baked on a graham cracker and has marshmallow and dark chocolate chunks throughout. It is divine! But you can't go wrong with any of the cookies here, and it's worth checking out their seasonal ones, which is currently a lavender chocolate one. If you're used to going to Hello Robin in Seattle, you'll know that they sell Molly Moon's ice cream and you can order an ice cream cookie sandwich, but not at this location. This spot is a takeout-only space as it took over where Molly Moon's used to be across from Bellevue Downtown Park. They may not have the ice cream, but Molly Moon's is just down the street, folks, if you want to build your own ice cream sandwich. The day I visited, Robin was there! I totally fan girled and let her know that I was so happy she opened up a shop in Bellevue. Robin was very kind and the staff were helpful. Get some cookies, which they sell individually or by the half dozen or dozen and you'll be happy. read more

Hello Robin finally opened their Bellevue location! This spot is a minute away from bellevue park, so it'd be perfect to grab a sweet treat and walk around. Grab and go only. I've been to their other locations and always get the s'mores, which I believe is their best seller. Can't recommend it enough. It's my favorite thing on their menu. read more

Cute little place near Bellevue park. We tried it for the first time today and just got a chocolate chip cookie. It was excellent and great if you like gooey soft cookies. Came across this place when taking my dog for a walk through the park. I got the seasonal Krispy Crunch and it was amazing! Great price and even better service. I was helped by Ainsley and was extremely helpful with what to choose and very friendly. They even had dog cookies! Gonna make this spot a regular stop for me and my pup. read more

No complaints of calories here folks! For this visit, I got 2 styles of pistachio raspberry pastries in mini cream cake and Basque cake. For mini cake, it was a beauty with the raspberry compote at bottom, pale green cream, a flower shaped biscuit, sprinklings of pistachios, and fresh berries on top. While it was delish in its own special way, I thought it could be enhanced with more chopped pistachios for texture and more pistachio nut flavoring . The fresh raspberries kinda stole the show. 4.5/5 The Basque cake was creamy, light in texture, light raspberry cream, but lacked a pronounced nut flavor. For my palate, It needed a bit more texture and flavor of pistachios. 4/5 Was able to finally get an almond croissant. It had a lot of almond filling, not too sweet, crunchy and nutty without being dry. 4/5 This little gem is one of my favorite places in Seattle's Eastside to frequently visit and to experience what the talented Chef has to offer for the day or season.

It's always a solid choice- strong teas and great drinks all done super well. My go-to is usually their Premium Jasmine Milk Tea. The tea flavor is fragrant, floral, and always shines through! Food & drink: (5/5) I got the ube s'more float and my partner got the Thai tea with cream. The float consists of Thai tea on the bottom, ube and tea soft serve on top, and ube marshmallow around the rim. It was my first time ever having OMO and my first time having ube and Thai tea together so I was very intrigued. Needless to say, they made a very good combo. I would describe the flavor as kind of earthy from the tea and custard-like from the ube. The marshmallow was pleasant for the first couple bites but by the end was a little too sweet. I got a sip of my partner's drink and it was also very good, though I can't say that I prefer it over a regular Thai tea without the additional cream. I'm hoping to come back to try the kaya toast and ube hot chocolate. Service: (5/5) We came in a rush at about 7:40pm because we were scared of a potential last call but they actually accepted orders until the very last minute. It's a very small store with only a front counter and one kiosk, and you wait in a line outside. It's definitely a different system compared to most places but they make great use out of their space. There was one worker very efficiently guiding the line and several others behind the counter, making drinks pretty fast.

They are fast and efficient. There is some eccentric limited seating outside in the front of store. More decorative than practical. #Overhyped Treat: OMO Dessert (IN STORE ONLY): ~ Ube S'mores Thai Tea Float - 3/5 While this looked brilliant, I fear it was just OK for me; definitely the case of looks better than it tastes. The presentation was absolutely brilliant! However I thought the taste fell short of the visual delight. The Ube S'mores was more like a light Ube foam instead of Marshmallow Ube S'mores. I didn't think the the Thai Tea or Ube flavor was impactful, I felt both flavors were muted and fairly light. I'll try this place again and order a few items just to be sure... but I won't have high expectations. I do wish to them well and hope they continue to thrive...

One of my friends and I have already had their location in Georgetown countless times so we were happy to recommend our choices for our other friend this Friday evening around 7pm. It was so full and more people kept lining up behind us that we decided to do takeout and eat our food on the hood of my car despite spaces opening up as we waited about 20 or so minutes for our food... did I mention the parking lot for this place was nearly full and spots were very unforgiving in elbow room? Also that it's peak dinner time? Anyway, you place your order on a lone kiosk up front which did contribute to the really long line forming near the outside entrance. Like their Georgetown location, they offer a ton of hearty donburi and some appetizers and soup. Staff were a little rushed with some orders and forgot to give me utensils when I requested them through the kiosk but this didn't affect my overall experience, as I went back and they were more than happy to give them to me. We got their unagi donburi, which consists of a ton of broiled freshwater eel with an umami seasoning and tender juiciness, all on top of a huge bed of rice and with some radish. One of my friends instead got their una-gyu donburi which is a mix of unagi and sukiyaki beef, though that means we all got their unagi. Eel wasn't too salty, and scales are very fine and small that you can just eat it as is. This was a warming, hearty meal that sat very well with me and my friends. For this location and the one in Georgetown, I am most certainly coming back for some more!

Most of the staff are warm, friendly, and welcoming. Service can vary depending on who's working, though; I found one of the hosts to be a bit dismissive, while everyone else has always been great. One small thing I don't understand is why they switched serving their 8 oz lattes from ceramic mugs to glass without handles. The glasses get very hot, making them a bit uncomfortable to hold and enjoy. I personally preferred the mugs.

So I waited thinking they must be packing my cheesecake (which should have been packed immediately after order was placed), but I realized nobody was packing it. Multiple employees would look at my drink to see that the other half of my order is still not out on the bar and then just leave my drink sitting there. This happened multiple times that I got so annoyed by their lack of a good system that I approached someone to ask about my order. The girl was confused and when I told her that I was missing the cheesecake, she said she'll go pack it immediately for me...only for her to pass that task down to someone else and they were packing mines along with someone else who just placed an order for some of the pastries, so it took even longer to get my order. The drink overall is a 3/10. It needs more durian as all I can mostly taste is just the mango. There was also jelly in there but couldn't quite figure out what the jelly tastes like and there was no description for what the toppings are in the drink. The black sesame basque cheesecake was really rich in the black sesame flavor which I love! But I would not wait 20mins for a slice of cheesecake again smh. Due to the poor customer service and a lack of a good system, I will not be coming back again or at least anytime soon.
