Menu with V & GF options

A carry-out cookie store that everyone can love, including those needing vegan (V) & gluten-free (GF) options. The Brown Butter Snickerdoodle is an upgraded classic - caramelized butter as the backdrop to crystalline sugar, light cinnamon. A GF Flourless Chocolate is rich & chewy, like brownie batter with crisp edges. Surprisingly Salted Butterscotch may be my fave - chewy like an oatmeal cookie but dynamic with buttery-sweet chips and crunchy flaked salt. A trifecta of treats! But 2 locations (+ 2 delivery options) to try all 13 around Seattle!

Coming here has inspired me to find the best cookies in Washington. Food: (4/5) The selection was pretty bare since we came a little before closing. We got the last birthday cake and butterscotch cookies, and one chocolate chip. Upon first impressions, they were definitely smaller than most cookies I've had from other places. Not a problem really. The chocolate chip cookie was an easy 10/10- small but powerful and is probably my fav chocolate chip so far. It was buttery, decadent, and soft on the inside. The butterscotch one could've been better if it wasn't covered in salt. I think whoever finished it off with flaky salt that day went heavy handed because there was A LOT. But underneath, it reminded me of butter beer! Lastly, the birthday cake was our least favorite because it just didn't have much taste compared to the other two. I would love to come back to try other flavors! Service: (5/5) It's a tiny store with a minuscule counter so it's a very quick in and out. Kind and straight to the point.

Adorable little cookie place. We got some warm chocolate chip cookies. The staff was so nice.

Beyond excited to have this spot right across from inspiration playground. A bit dangerous to have them in Bellevue now as I'll be eating their cookies all summer long while I keep track of my kiddos at the park. It's a cute little shop, no seats or bathrooms, just stop by for your cookies and keep it moving. Luckily bathrooms aren't far (right by the parking lot for the park). Staff was friendly and helpful. Cookies are dangerously delicious. My favorite was the brown butter snickerdoodle. My kids loved the ones with the sprinkles.

i'm a BIG cookie connoisseur and this is the FARTHEST thing from ur everyday supermarket cookie. I WANNA GIVE THIS 10 STARS! oh boy the smell was what drew me to this plc. also saw it on tiktok! for a small corner store, hello robin had LOTS TO OFFER. not all cookies r created the same. salting cookies makes all the difference. they were crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside, soft but not mushy or falling apart in ur hands. gooey chocolate but it doesn't leave ur hands messy. 1. each cookie is $2.50. the s'mores is worth the EXTRA $0.50. it has the crunch of the graham, the stretchy sticky marshmallow, and the rich gooey chocolate. A MASTERPIECE. 2. butterscotch is salty/caramel. the flavors are multi dimensional. it's not just straight up butterscotch and sugar but u taste the carmelized/charred essence out of it. 3. had some of the lemon poppyseed later, a more cakey cookie. average, okay PLEASE VISIT IF YOU R IN BELLEVUE!! i need these to offer countrywide shipping.

Lovely little shop that's neat and clean, serving up locally baked cookies! They just opened up across from the downtown Bellevue park and it's a perfect stop for a romantic date or a nice treat for the kids after a day at the park. 2.50 single cookies Signature smore cookies $3 Half dozen $13.6 Dozen 25.5 Service is fast and the employees behind the counter are absolute sweethearts. Stop by to support our small local cookie dealers!

Wahoo finally a cookie place that does not carry nuts. All the cookies are NUT free. I was so excited that I did my happy dance inside the store. So many variety to choose from. I ended up with chocolate chip and birthday cookies for Mother's Day celebration and enjoyed them with my coffee this morning. Both cookies were perfect not overly sweet, chocolate chip was yummy and soft and birthday cookies were just right. Both very tasty and I can't wait to go back to try other flavors. Service was great. Team was friendly and helpful. Location is across from Bellevue Park so street Parking is available.

One of my favorite places to grab a cookie in Seattle. Very convenient, very tasty, and very unique! I really liked their smores cookies I highly recommend and would come back!

Classic chocolate chip, whole wheat chocolate chip and s'mores cookies

Oh Hello Robin, welcome to Bellevue. Yum, our Hello Robin cookies were so delicious. We tried the classic chocolate chip, whole wheat chocolate chip and of course the s'mores cookies. All were amazing and what a fun surprise to have a graham cracker as the base for the s'mores cookie. You'll definitely want to stop by for really yummy cookies. We'll definitely be back soon!!

Hello, Bellevue - we finally have a Hello Robin! I just love that all these Seattle-based businesses are planting seeds on the eastside, with Hello Robin being one of these wonderful businesses! I was so stoked to learn that Hello Robin has finally opened up a spot in Bellevue, making it all the easier to get my favorite cookies where I live! I love Hello Robin. The cookies are perfectly delicious and are made with love. My favorite is the Mackles'mores, which is a take on a s'mores cookies as it's a cookie baked on a graham cracker and has marshmallow and dark chocolate chunks throughout. It is divine! But you can't go wrong with any of the cookies here, and it's worth checking out their seasonal ones, which is currently a lavender chocolate one. If you're used to going to Hello Robin in Seattle, you'll know that they sell Molly Moon's ice cream and you can order an ice cream cookie sandwich, but not at this location. This spot is a takeout-only space as it took over where Molly Moon's used to be across from Bellevue Downtown Park. They may not have the ice cream, but Molly Moon's is just down the street, folks, if you want to build your own ice cream sandwich. The day I visited, Robin was there! I totally fan girled and let her know that I was so happy she opened up a shop in Bellevue. Robin was very kind and the staff were helpful. Get some cookies, which they sell individually or by the half dozen or dozen and you'll be happy.

Some of the best cookies in the area. I love all the flavors. Best when they're baked fresh

My top picks are the new milk tea flavor and ham & cheese! The milk tea salt bread has a subtle, well-balanced sweet milk tea aroma, not overly sugary. Ham & cheese was such a pleasant surprise. It reminds me of a hot dog, but wrapped in the uniquely chewy, lightly salty salt bread crust -- such a fun combo of savory ham and melty cheese. You've got great options for both sweet and savory lovers. Savory: ham cheese, pork floss Sweet: taro, milk tea, chocolate, pistachio The bread texture is perfect: chewy, soft with that signature slight saltiness on the exterior. Great for breakfast or afternoon snacks. Will definitely come back to restock!

Asian bakery so they had breads, buns, cakes, and lattes. But menu was limited and the shelves were pretty bare. It was also pretty empty. The service was fine, but nothing super exceptional there. Small space. They have self service kiosk. They seem like a bakery that specializes in custom cake orders. Looks like mainly buttercream and not fondant work. But very clean and pretty work. Pricing was average for their category. The desserts were fine in terms of flavor. They do not have a restroom though, the restroom is outside in the center of the office building and not inside the bakery suite.

First impressions: the space is genuinely charming. Everything is thoughtfully presented--very dreamy, almost cloud‑like in aesthetic. You want to love it before you even take a bite. The fruit cakes were pleasant, but this is where personal preference really matters. For me, I always lean toward more fruit, less cream. While the whipped cream feels light at first, after a few bites it starts to feel heavy and a bit greasy on the palate--pretty, but not especially restrained. The black sesame cake was the most interesting--and the most polarizing. The first bite was a true wow: deep, nutty, and indulgent. But as I worked through it, the texture became confusing. There were jelly‑like cubes mixed in that broke up the experience in a way I couldn't quite reconcile. I love black sesame, but this particular execution wasn't entirely my thing. The standout, without question, was the croissant. It's excellent--beautifully laminated, crisp where it should be, tender where it counts. I completely understand why they've earned awards here. I only wished there were a savory vegetarian option to explore the full range of what they can do. As for the coffee: visually, it's spot‑on. Flavor-wise, it misses the mark. Pouring caramel over the top without integrating it into the pulled shots means it sinks straight to the bottom. The result is an unbalanced experience--mild up top, an overwhelming sugar bomb at the end. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish it. All that said, it was genuinely fun to try, and it's the kind of place I'd revisit out of curiosity--especially to see what shows up seasonally. I'd absolutely be intrigued by something like a passionfruit offering.
