Everything was delicious with not a single miss!! Food was prepped and ready at the time requested, and was still warm and ready to eat. Packaged well and nothing missing. Usually I get Korean catering from k-town, but it was too inconvenient this time around. I was pleasantly surprised at how good everything was, and I was not disappointed by anything. The galbi was a bit pricey, but galbi costs now are ridiculous so not shocking. It was tender and the marinade was solid. The chicken wings though...wow. They really stood out and were some of the best Korean chicken wings I've had. Banchan all solid and good to go. If you need kfood catering, give them a try!

I wasn't expecting fried chicken, but I have to say this place offered way more healthy options and variety than I was expecting. The highlights of my experience were the fried chicken, corn bread, and the super cheesy mac n cheese. The herbs and the crispiness of the chicken was definitely a league above any thing I've had at fast food places that serve fried chicken. The seasoning was done just right without any of bit of saltiness. I am not sure what kind of cheese was used, but the mac n cheese had a firmness to the cheese that was refreshing (I don't like my mac n cheese too runny), and the flavor profile of the cheese tasted of a high end caliber. Corn bread was just the best darn corn bread I've had, with mild sweetness, strong corn flavor, and even good bits of corn mixed in. Very moist and tender, yet crumbles a bit when you handle it. Mixed greens were crisp and fresh and really balanced out the meal with much needed fiber for me. I felt the mushroom and string beans were pretty good, but nothing earth shattering. The shrimp on skewer sticks I felt were a little dry and plain so I don't recommend this as highly as the other items. Sheperd's pie was made from a ground beef layer along with a top layer of mashed sweet potato. The potato layer was very delicious, but the bottom meat layer could have used a little less salt IMO. Overall I had a very positive experience, and even my kids sampled a little of everything. They echoed my sentiments, except for the sheperd's pie, which my daughter was not a fan of.

I worked with Brooke Kazebee, Director of Events, for about a month leading up to the event. Brooke was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating as we made adjustments to the menu and guest count. She made the planning process easy and stress-free. On the day of the event, the Olive Wood team arrived early, giving them plenty of time to set up their ovens and prepare for service. All four team members were friendly, professional, and communicative throughout the event. And most importantly, the food was AMAZING! Our guests couldn't stop talking about how good the pizza was. We offered seven different pizza options, and every one was a hit. The fresh pasta was delicious, the salad was excellent, and the appetizer trays were beautifully presented and practically works of art. The desserts were incredible as well. After food service was finished, the team carefully packed everything up and cleaned the area before leaving, which was greatly appreciated. This was our first experience with Olive Wood Pizza, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations. From the planning process to the food and service to the cleanup, everything was first-class. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Olive Wood Pizza to friends, family, or colleagues, and we would definitely use them again for a future event. People kept raving after the wedding on how good the food was and how great the quality of the pizza was. On top of that the entire staff was extremely polite and all had a great attitude. The tray passed appetizers came out looking sloppy (was a spring roll which should be rolled nice and tight) but upon taking a bit would fall apart everywhere. Was served a raw chicken skewer, and when I let the caterer know what happened she seemed very unbothered by the fact that she had served raw chicken and let me know she needed to pay better attention which was kind of alarming to me. The server she had accompanying her was actually lovely and very kind, and very apologetic about serving the raw skewer. Prior to posting my review I did go on to read other reviews and it seems as if this isn't the first time that raw chicken has been served which is very concerning. The appetizers lacked flavor to me, and unfortunately after consuming the raw chicken I threw my plate away as I was too concerned to keep eating. Not my favorite experience to say the least.
