Food was prepped and ready at the time requested, and was still warm and ready to eat. Packaged well and nothing missing. Usually I get Korean catering from k-town, but it was too inconvenient this time around. I was pleasantly surprised at how good everything was, and I was not disappointed by anything. The galbi was a bit pricey, but galbi costs now are ridiculous so not shocking. It was tender and the marinade was solid. The chicken wings though...wow. They really stood out and were some of the best Korean chicken wings I've had. Banchan all solid and good to go. If you need kfood catering, give them a try!

I found this place because I wanted to find a good place that catered Korean food. I'm not Korean but sometimes wish I was since the food is so good. First things first, if you're reading this and do not know Korean, know that the owner knows limited English. If you go see her, ask for her son, Jason, and she'll give you his phone number to coordinate. Jason was a lifesaver and helped me order everything. He was easy to work with, patient and understanding. I had no issues coordinating with him. Then when it came to the food, I got bulgogi, marinated chicken, kimchi fried rice and kimbap to serve about 35 people for a total of $650 so it came out to just shy of $20/person . As you can see prices are pretty high but its Korean food and the meat is grade A quality, tender and the fat has been trimmed so its somewhat expected. Also even feeding that many people we had quite a bit of left overs. I've eaten it the last two dinners and still enjoy it as much as the first day! The food was prepared on time, well packaged and everything. Oh and they prefer cash for best price. Try them out and you won't be disappointed!

Was served a raw chicken skewer, and when I let the caterer know what happened she seemed very unbothered by the fact that she had served raw chicken and let me know she needed to pay better attention which was kind of alarming to me. The server she had accompanying her was actually lovely and very kind, and very apologetic about serving the raw skewer. Prior to posting my review I did go on to read other reviews and it seems as if this isn't the first time that raw chicken has been served which is very concerning. The appetizers lacked flavor to me, and unfortunately after consuming the raw chicken I threw my plate away as I was too concerned to keep eating. Not my favorite experience to say the least.

Updated reply to Larry: Larry, I was recommended by my sister in law who even thought this was odd and never had this issue with you folks before. I appreciate you taking the time to respond, but your reply comes across as dismissive rather than addressing the real issue. The problem isn't a misunderstanding of your business model--it's the lack of clarity and customer service at the event. If you advertise an "all-you-can-eat" taco bar for a set time, guests reasonably expect food to be available throughout that period, not just until you decide to stop serving. Additionally, the way you've framed your response--blaming the customer for leaving a review rather than taking constructive feedback--only reinforces the frustration. Instead of assuming we didn't read your policies, perhaps consider whether your policies were communicated effectively in advance and during the event. At the end of the day, customer satisfaction should matter more than simply justifying how your business operates. Based on this experience and your response, I wouldn't recommend your services!!!
