Really great service! He came out right away to check out our gate and back sliding door. The sliding door was a bit complicated and he needed to order a special part. Got locked out of our place really late at night. Good Lock answered phone at 3am very quickly (after calling 2 other closer places that were supposed to be "24/7" also but didn't pick up) AND arrived earlier than the time estimated. Most impressive was the locksmith's ability to look at two doors (front door and patio) and immediately know which one would be more difficult and damaging to open, and which was a much easier and cleaner job. Tal answered my call. I sent him a few texts, including a photo of the broken lock, which is on a gate at a condominium building. He responded with prices. I asked if he could do the work the same day, and after a few texts and one call, he said he could. He arrived about an hour and a half after I first called him. He attempted to repair the lock, but he could not. He replaced it for the price he had quoted me and did not charge extra for the time he spent trying to fix the old one. He even ground down an edge of the flange to eliminate a space between it and the gate. He finished the job in under an hour. He accepted payment via Zelle, which was easy for me.
