All the stars aligned for me in the WRONG way for me to reach out to Tal, but I must say that he was the most efficient, professional, honest man and knowing that put me at ease right away. You can just tell when your talking to the right business owner! He allowed me to set a time that was really flexible with my schedule and he came out on a Saturday night for me!!! I cannot rave enough about Tal at Good Lock. I just recently opened up a new retail store and the day I finalized my lease with my new building I called Good Lock and he was here the next morning ready to change all my locks...AND it was a Saturday! I have multiple locks all around the store and he was able to minimize the amount of keys I would need for all of those locks. Amazing service. My neighbor got locked out of her home & all I could do was text her daughter but I had to leave for an appt. On my way I decided to call a mobile locksmith (me being in the holiday spirit) & arranged w/ Tal to go to the house & let her in. He wouldn't take payment until after he finished (5 stars for that alone) & then when he got there my neighbor informed him that his daughter would be there in 8 minutes. He came quickly to our house, figured out he could solve the problem with our broken lock without ordering any new parts, and even fixed a second problem with another lock while he was there. He was great at communicating and keeping me updated. Good work but expensive. I would suggest shopping around because he charges a lot. I got locks changed on my place and rekeying and you only get 2 keys with each - and he charges $10 per key. He's fast and knows what he's doing but def not a deal. read more
