This was a very painless process. I called at 1pm on a Saturday and was told someone was coming within the hour - and then I got a call back to say that he'd be there in 15 minutes! I was looking for a locksmith to have the locks on my home rekeyed and the original lock on a vintage door fixed that had been painted over. Tal came in the evening during the week and did not charge me extra for "after hours" or an "emergency" call. He was very professional with his advise about what I should install, how many different keys etc. I wanted a deadbolt lock on my rear door which would use a key on each side. He talked me through safety vs. security. What if there was a fire and the key was not handy? I myself had not thought that through and under his advisement decided to go with a regular deadbolt.
