Tal came in the evening during the week and did not charge me extra for "after hours" or an "emergency" call. He was very professional with his advise about what I should install, how many different keys etc. I wanted a deadbolt lock on my rear door which would use a key on each side. He talked me through safety vs. security. What if there was a fire and the key was not handy? I myself had not thought that through and under his advisement decided to go with a regular deadbolt. Good lock is fast and convenient. I had an issue with my front door lock and this dude came within 15 minutes assessed the situation and made a solid recommendation. The item had to be ordered so he ordered it, and within a day he was back at my place to install the lock. While there I also had him re-key a couple doors. His prices were fair, and comparable to everyone else who I called. He changed out 5 of my locks, and was also able to fast order a part for my front door that could have taken 3 weeks to arrive.
