Not too fond of the way employees talk to customers. It's like customers are a bother to them. I came in with my daughter for pedis and quickly regretted it. First of all, they wanted us to sit in chair on the opposite ends of the salon. I asked if I can sit next to my daughter since there was a wide open chair next to hers. Then, the young lady that greeted us hurried me while setting my six year old in to her spa chair. She told me "Just sit down!" I said, i need to set her up first before I sit down. She's only 6! Then in the rush of trying to accommodate to this young lady, i dropped by entire ice chai. I felt bad they had to clean it up. However, i was also bothered they are so dismissive of customera. We have our usual nail shop on First Street, but since we were in this area, we wanted to give this nail shop a try. BUT DEFINITELY NOT RETURNING! I wish people were kinder nowadays. read more

BEWARE!!!!! 0 stars the WORST PEDICURE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!!! The owners wife dug into my toes and was SO ROUGH and careless...at one point I even tried to pull my foot away and I said "stop that hurts" and she held on to my big toe tightly and said "no no wait" while continuing to dig and pull out a ingrown when I clearly told her to STOP. Both of my big toes are swollen and throbbing in pain I hope they don't get infected!!!! I was so uneasy and uncomfortable I couldn't enjoy my pedi while being in agonizing pain the entire time. The WORST. GO ELSEWHERE!!! Also they tell you it's $25 but sit you in the spa charge and throw on extra fees.. I didn't leave a tip it was NOT DESERVED. read more

I came in to LA for a trip from MI. Went to get my nails done & was blown away! Great quick service. Thorough manicure & gel removal. Did great cuticle work and shaping. Ended up with very solid gel set, even did two base layers to ensure quality and longevity. If I didn't live to so far away I would come here regularly for a $27 gel manicure!! 10/10 recommend! read more

So every time my niece has came here they took super long the first time full set second time just a full.... as I sit here watching her get them done the only male in this place has now taken an hour to file nails not even put the acrylic on but file them.... they decided to replace my nieces full set with out asking (they were fine) let's see if this is another two hour trip. Also they told me only one person could do acrylics out of 4 in the shop so we'd have to wait and all of a sudden a lady who was just sitting here and said she couldn't do them decided she could and is working on my niece..... avoid coming here if you can Update (10 minutes later) the lady previously working on my niece went to a different client with out a word and the only guy who can do acrylics took a walking in making us wait longer to wax someone's eyebrows!!!! I've been coming here for a very long time and yes they are rude , no customer service nor they ever greet you however I did continue coming because Kaylee does great nails but that recently changed as she is no longer here. Now is only 3 ppl, I liked getting my pedi from Kathy but now I will find a new place. Now if you come in asking for a reg pedi they will sit you at the spa chair (even if you say no spa pedi)they will tell you due to covid which makes no sense cse they don't even clean the chairs and charge you extra jst cse they sat you there when you clearly said no spa pedi. read more

Been coming here for about 7 years already, i don't think they are rude I just think is an Language barrier because they don't really speak English fluently. I always get my pedicure done by Linda, she one of the oldest lady, she always takes her time with me, i have in-grow toe nails is very bad Im always in pain. But she's always patient with me. I LOVE this nail salon. I've been coming here for 13 years and I've tried other nail shops but i always come back to this one. For everyone harping about Kaylee, cut the girl some slack. She's been doing my gels for years and idc what attitude she may have, her nails are always on point, efficiently and they LAST. Andy, the owner and father of aforementioned female nail technician, does a TOP NOTCH job on eyebrows and acrylics. If I'm not tweezing my eyebrows myself, Andy is waxing them. I allow NO ONE else to touch them. The prices are great. They do get really busy but these guys are worth it. I wake up early on Saturdays to beat the crowd and I'm usually done pretty quickly. Hopefully they stick around a little longer read more

The service wasn't bad, I got a pedicure here and I liked how it came out. The only reason why I'm giving it two stars is because when she cut my cuticles my toe was bleeding I didn't mind much of it at first but a couple of days went by and my toe kept hurting and it was swollen and I realized it was Infected and it was really bad to the point that puss was coming out !! I really don't recommend to get a pedicure here it could lead to worse than an infection!! read more

Please beware of this shop. I came recently to get my old polish removed and a new manicure. Well let me say that their sanitation is not there. While removing my nail polish they used old nail drill bits and files. They were all USED! Thankfully they didn't cut my skin but please beware this is a big issue. read more

Great customer service with a friendly environment. It's by far the best nail salon out there nothing compares to this place. I have been coming here for over two years and I can't go anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly and know what they are doing. Not expensive and they are willing to try different designs on you if you ask. Gel is my favorite because it last much longer and doesn't flak. I went in on Monday night and got a mani and a pedi. The woman that did my pedi did a good job but the woman that did my gel manicure did a horrible job! First off all she messed up one of my nails and at the end when she was done she said that it looks good not even acknowledging the fact that the nail was completely horrible and to top it off she didn't even do the design i asked her to. She did some other type of design. I told her and she kind of hesitated to give me a response and at the end she just said "do you want me to fix it? I will have to take off everything? * i just told her not to do anything. I was just so over it. Well now its Wednesday night and what do you know the horrible nail is now even more messed up than before. The gel manicure is chipped off. I payed $38 plus the tip for this...ugh never going back! This is the worst place I have ever been to . The customer service is horrible I walked in and the guy was on his break so I waited but I guess that made him upset. He was working on my nails and he over filed them so when he put the acrylic it burned, then he went on to shape my nails with the machine but he went past my nails to the cuticle with the machine OUCH I obviously pulled back in Pain and he kept yanking on my fingers when I told him to stop he abruptly pushed my hand away and went on to put oil on my nails and then he slapped my hands as he gestured to go wash your hands. This place is always busy. The employees here take their time with every client so the wait is pretty long but worth it. The pedicure isn't a spa but the ladies take their time and leave feet looking clean and nails are perfectly trim. The full sets are reasonably priced and so are the fills. But I can't stand your daughter - she's a F#ckin Bitch. I don't know what I did to her but every time I walk in there it's just an attitude like I stole her baby daddy or something. Got my nails done this weekend by Kaylee and they're so cute! The wait time was decent but I didn't mind because I knew what kind of quality work I was going to get when it was my turn. They have a lot of colors to choose from for gel to just regular color. Their prices are pretty good compared to the other places and they seem pretty up to date with their spa chairs and that's always a plus for me (hate sitting in old spa chairs that don't work). Giving this place a 5 star because I actually tipped. Normally, the only tips I leave are recommendations on what could be done better, etc. However, with the amount of time Kaylee spent on me to make sure I was ready for my trip to Thailand, I just had to. I really like this place and will definitely return. Only slight downfall is that some of the customers are psycho af. No manners, rude, salty, and acting like they're Beyoncé when they come in.
