When I asked if they could repaint it, they said, "We can offer you a discount on another paint job, but we cannot repaint it for free." Not only did management not inform me of the damage, they filed a claim with the truckers insurance using my name and information and attempted to pay themselves to repair the damage (valued at over $2,000). I'm currently working with All-State (who recommended this shady shop, and was outraged by the aberrant behavior) and the NC Department of Insurance Fraud division, as this is both Insurance Fraud and Identity theft. They claimed 'new ownership', although the staff and management that I dropped the car off with, was the same as I when I picked it up and it was under Classic Management when the car was picked up. Whatever you do, don't trust these people with your vehicle.
