A LAS VEGAS MUST! I've eaten here more times the past year than I have any other pizza chain or local pizzeria back home in Los Angeles. I don't know if that says I go to Las Vegas a lot or that I don't typically throw myself at the option of pizza first-chance, but one thing I do know is this is my favorite pizzeria, and for a couple reasons. There are many options of different style pizzas you can choose from like Chicago, Detroit, Brooklyn and Grandma Style, all unique and delicious in their own right. My personal favorite is Brooklyn for the simple fact that I have a knack for the traditional. The crust is unlike any other crust I've ever had, too! I like to say, "The crust is the last part of the pizza you eat, but the first thing you remember" (At least that's how I see it, and I'm sure other crust-lovers would agree). If you're in a hurry or don't feel like sitting in one of their comfortable dining booths, grab a slice to go from their to-go window just under their big, bright logo outside. So far, I've tried their quality meats and white pie pizzas, both of which I would recommend. I used to think Secret Pizza had a good white pie, but that was until I tried Good Pie. So if you're looking to slow things down from the busy Strip, come a few miles over to the Arts District where you're sure to discover good eats and drinks alike. read more

I got a little too excited to eat that I forgot to take pics of my pizza lol. Had dinner here last night during happy hr, which is between 4-6pm, they slice pizza are buy one hakf off which turns each pie into $3 something. Not a bad deal cos their slices are a pretty big. I had the supreme and one with all the meat. I enjoyed both! We also got small cannoli to share and probably best that I had in a while. This is my second time visiting and had always enjoyed it. Saw it on Instagram and had to give it a try. It just looked so mouth wateringly insane, and that it WAS! We ordered 2 slices for a sit down meal and lasagna with vodka sauce. There was no wait. Food was out fast. Customer service was friendly and tables were clean. We tried a grandma special meat lover slice. It was good but not great. What was great was the sicilian pepperoni. The sicilian is a square, fluffy yet crunchy, airy, amazing za. We asked for a side of ranch. Perfection. Not every restaurant has good ranch. This one had TASTY ranch. Nom nom. The star of the show is the lasagna with the vodka sauce. The lasagna had a wonderful flavor and melts in your mouth. SOOOO much sauce, amazing amount of cheese, yet it did not feel heavy. Good Pie is my new favorite pizza place in Las Vegas. I tried it for the first time last night, and I ordered two slices of Grandma style mushroom pizza. It was served hot, the crust was flaky, and the cheese was decadent and delicious. My friend suggested I order hot honey to add to my pizza, and I absolutely loved it. It brought a slightly sweet and slightly spicy flavor to my shroomy pizza. On their menu, I noticed a large selection of different slices and sizes of pizzas. When I return to this location, I'm definitely going to try either one of their Stromboli's or their calzones because it looks like a great choice. I've heard wonderful things about this place. It was definitely good and hit the craving but the flavors are a little blain for me from the salad dressing to the pizza. But I'm a hard judge when it comes to pizza. As the pizza in Buffalo is outstanding, over all it's a cute spot and the pizza is good. Everything was definitely fresh and real ingredients. Just for need needed more salt/ flavor. They also have a walk up window if you just wanted to get a slice. People working in there seemed happy which is always a good sign. The vibe inside was charming and the pizza was fantastic. We got the Grandmas pepperoni. I loved the crispy edges. If I lived here I'd probably come back all the time. We order a caesar salad, garlic knots, meatball Stromboli, slice of cheese Sicilian style, slice of cheese grandma style. Food was good. The garlic knots are pretty dry and large chunks of garlic aren't my favorite. Next time I would pass on that. The ambiance is cozy. Try and get a booth. Service is was ok. Not friendly but not rude. Took a while to get items throughout the meal. Burned the slices so they had to reheat new ones. Gave our order of garlic knots to another table so we waited for a new one. The thicker crusts I wasn't super enthused about but still good. It's really expensive for pizza especially in such a casual place. They have 4 different pizza styles and the one we tried was the Grandma style and it was just ok nothing that made me say wow but it was ok. The pizzas we have ordered have been great. We tried both grandma style and Detroit style. Some of the best in town. But on the down side, if you order a salad to go, check it before you leave. I was so excited to try this place after living in Vegas for so long I had always heard how good they were but unfortunately I was unable to because from the moment I walked through the door the host was on her phone ignoring me and when I told her I wanted to place a to go order she pointed me to the counter. I stood there waiting for someone to come and take my order for over 15 minutes. I then was told by a customer that to go orders are taken outside through a window. As I walked out I turned to the host and she was STILL on her phone ignoring her surroundings. I then wait at the window and a kind young lady took my order but they apparently do not take cash so I left. The ambiance was good and it smelled fantastic. But it would have been nice to see some signage or be told by the host where to order and it's a card only establishment. Get off your phone and do your job. Our friends thought pizza would be a safe bet, and good pie met the standards! Exceeded our needs! A little busy, but we got sat for a table of 4 in less than 15 minutes. It's a cozy spot, and the service was quick and nice. The calamari had good flavor but was a tad chewy, but everyone was enjoying their beers and wine while I had a great mocktail that was made! My partner and I enjoyed the meat pizza, it was flavorful, full of toppings and cooked super well! The other two enjoyed their pizza as well! Serving sizes left us with some leftovers to bring home. I loved the tiramisu!! It was the right texture and flavor. Pricing for the four of us was reasonable especially down in Arts District. Very happy we tried this place! When I lived on the East Coast, I was in a Pizza Meetup Group for a couple years. So, I've had my fair share of pizza. Good Pie can stand with the best of them and is my favorite pizza shop in Vegas. On my most recent visit, I ordered a Detroit-style white pizza with caramelized onions and mushrooms. It was dreamy and delicious! My dining companions ordered their own individual pies and gave rave reviews as well. The shop is very cute, but a bit of a tight squeeze on the layout. To your right is the cashier, slice window, and a bar and then it's a narrow hall all the way to the back where you can pick up your pie/where the pies are made. We ordered to go, 6 Slice "Detroit Style" Veggie pizza and it broke my Detroit loving heart. The crust was crispy to the point of complete char. It couldn't hold up the composition of the pizza so there wasn't the satisfaction of biting into a buttery crunchy crust and then to a cheesey soft bread. The sauce was also on top of the cheese with the toppings instead of under the cheese, so it was like a Detroit-Chicago hybrid. I don't like saying this type of thing but; it was so horrible I could barely eat the 2 pieces I had and I regretted every bite. The Cannoli's on the other hand absolutely SLAYED, so hell yeah get those cannoli! They're so good, and the other styles of Pies seemed just fine, so I'd try one of those if I were to go back. I was on a mission downtown. Some hours after having some bbq I decided to give good pie a shot to cement my day out. Perfect timing as they have happy hour from 3-6. They had drink specials and pizza by the slices specials which was buy one get one half off. We sat at the bar and we were taken care off with no issue. The bartender was friendly and she took great care of us! I ordered the meatball and ricotta and the slice was more then enough. The prosciutto pizza looked great and my Friend said it was top notch.
